About Jacquees:

A thirteen-year grind ushered Jacquees into the forefront of modern R&B with multiple platinum records, billions of streams, and sold-out shows everywhere. Behind all of those flashy vocal runs and silky bedroom jams, you’ll find the same humble music-obsessed vocalist who first picked up a microphone at 9-years-old in his hometown of Decatur, GA.
He’s come a long way too. After the success of his independent 19 EP in 2014, he inked a deal with Cash Money Records and cultivated a signature style steeped in throwback soul with the right amount of 21st century sizzle. His 2018 full-length debut4275 scored a gold certification from the RIAA and boasted the double-platinum “B.E.D.” and platinum “At The Club” featuring Dej Loaf. A year later in 2019, he returned with King of R&B, which yielded the gold-selling “Your Peace” featuring Lil Baby. Not to mention, he teamed up with Cash Money Records Co-Founder and iconic rapper Birdman for the collaborative Lost At Sea [2016] and Lost At Sea 2 [2018]. He also closed out 2019 with the Christmas in Decatur EP.

Now, he’s turning the page on the next chapter of his career.
“It’s a new chapter, for sure,” he affirms. “I’m rebranding by getting back to how I started. I’m having fun again. Of course, it’s still a job, but I’m having a really good time. I took a break from everything for a minute and I’m stepping out now.”

Leveling up to his latest release “The Realest,” Eighty8 continues to deliver on his pledge to showcase the depths of his dynamic artistry that stands separate from any artist alike.

About Eighty8:

Roots can shape personality. Our lineage informs how we act and how we react to any given situation. Drawing on Jamaican and Haitian heritage, Eighty8 translates emotional extremes into an unpredictable and undeniable hybrid of R&B, hip-hop, pop, and island flavors. Generating nearly 3 million Spotify streams independently, receiving acclaim from Hip Hop DX, Hip Hop N More, On Smash and signing to Cash Money Records in 2020, he’s ready to formally introduce himself. He adopted his name during a period of self-discovery after learning that the number 8 represents a sense of power and exemplifies peace and unity.

Born and raised on the North Side of Miami, at three-years-old, he realized he could sing and spent hours replaying an old Michael Jackson VHS as he obsessively studied the King of Pop. Throughout middle school, he sang to girls in the hallway and shutdown the stage with show-stopping performances at pep rallies and talent shows. As a teen, he joined the R&B group 4th and Ocean, recording music for Warner Bros. Records. Following the group’s split, he caught the attention of Balistic Beats and dropped the single “Pree.”The music made its way to Cash Money Records and Eighty8 was signed to the roster in 2020.

ABOUT GIVĒON

GIVĒON has always used his raw, evocative songwriting to mine a confusing world for answers, and that approach has connected to the tune of over 1 billion global streams and nearly 1 billion YouTube views thus far. But, lately he’s been fixed on a problem he can’t solve. As he puts it, “Sometimes the truth is rewarded, and sometimes it’s frowned upon. Does a little deception make us feel better?” This sort of tension is at the heart of GIVĒON’s work. His debut album Give or Take shows off the emotional curiosity and deep warmth of his songs over cinematic R&B arrangements. This sensitivity and love for storytelling traces back to his upbringing in Long Beach, CA, where his mother shielded him and his brothers from the area’s gang culture and encouraged him to sing. After years of hustle, he bonded with producer Sevn Thomas (Drake, Rihanna) in 2019 and placed “Chicago Freestyle” on Drake’s 2020 mixtape Dark Lane Demo Tapes. GIVĒON’s March 2020 debut EP Take Time held his first top 40 Hot 100 hit, “Heartbreak Anniversary,” and by March 2021, his When It’s All Said and Done… Take Time compilation debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 (It’s since gone Platinum, and highlight “All to Me” went Gold—his 10th RIAA certification). Since then, the seven-time Grammy nominee has been forging connections in person on tour, and he’s been hard at work writing Give or Take. Its arrival shows just how much he’s grown, both as an introspective songwriter and an empathetic human being.

About Wizkid:

Grammy award winning singer/songwriter Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun (aka Wizkid) began his career in music when he was just 11 years old in Lagos, Nigeria. His first record, Lil Prinz, was recorded in 2001 in collaboration with Glorious Five, a group consisting of Balogun and his friends from church. In 2006, he started pursuing music full-time, at first collaborating with various Nigerian pop acts including OJB JezreelNaeto C, and Banky W. By 2011, he was ready to record his debut studio album as a solo artist: Superstar was released via Empire Mates Entertainment to great critical and public acclaim across Africa, propelling him to stardom in his home country. After multiple delays and label disagreements, Balogun released his sophomore album titled Ayo in 2014. This second studio album had a multitude of guest appearances, including a spot from Femi Kuti. It also featured Balogun’s global breakthrough track “Ojuelegba.” Not only did the single cement his status as one of Nigeria’s biggest pop acts, it was also picked up and remixed by Drake and Skepta, thrusting Wizkid into the international spotlight. In return, Wizkid appeared on Drake‘s 2016 smash single “One Dance.”

In March 2017, it was announced that Wizkid had signed a major deal with RCA and Sony International, which released his third LP, Sounds From the Other Side, later that year. A handful of singles appeared in advance of the album, including “Daddy Yo”, “Sweet Love” and “Come Closer”, and were successful; the latter is certified Gold in the USA and the UK .

Following his impressive international campaign, Wizkid refocused energy on his Starboy imprint in Africa. From releasing viral records like “Soco” with his affiliate acts to securing partnerships with brands such as Puma, Wizkid has solidified himself as a millennial pioneer for African entertainment. As an ode to his hometown, Wizkid released his fourth full-length project titled Made in Lagos in 2020 with guest appearances from Burna BoySkeptaDamian MarleyH.E.R, Ella Mai, and more. The album is the highest charting Nigerian album on the Billboard 200 of all time, the longest charting Nigerian album of the century on Billboard World Albums chart, and the first and only African album to be RIAA certified Gold in the US with half a million in sale units. Hit single “Essence” became the first Nigerian song to feature on the Billboard Hot 100 and peak #1 on US urban radio. Made in Lagos, along with his Grammy award winning feature with Beyonce and five sellout shows at the o2 Arena, prove Wizkid’s movement to be one of lasting global impact.

Blair Lee releases Flower Mind via 360 MAGAZINE.

BLAIR LEE – FLOWER MIND

BLAIR LEE TENDS TO HER THOUGHTS AS IF THEY WERE A GARDEN IN “FLOWER MIND” – STREAM

FINAL SINGLE BEFORE HER DEBUT EP THE PUPPY GAME

ARRIVES ON DECEMBER 2 – PRE-SAVE

WATCH THE “FLOWER MIND” VISUALIZER BY DROOPHEAD HERE

An act of cultivating her own garden, Blair Lee today releases the wishful new single “Flower Mind.” The final single before the December 2 release date of her debut EP The Puppy Game, the song pulses like a heartbeat through narratives of wanting your own life to have as much color as other peoples’ seem to have, whether it be real or a façade – Stream.

“I was sitting on the streetcar going nowhere – I had no plans other than to leave the apartment. I saw a girl riding her bike along the waterfront, a basket of flowers hanging off her handlebars and I thought ‘hmm… I’d like to be like that.’ She looked like she had some place to be,” Blair said about the inception of this track. Continuing, she said “Flower Mind” is about, “Having strong envy for certain characters/people I encounter who seem so bright and bubbly and charismatic and charming.”

Over the past few months, Blair has been rolling out a few of the singles off of her upcoming EP. The first release “Hurdles” was followed by “Peachy World,” both of which were produced by close collaborator ModMaxx (Drake, Roy Woods, Tinashe). Throughout this rollout, Blair has been on the cover of Spotify’s Indie Pop + Chill, joining previous support from the likes of New Music Friday CA, Fresh Finds and Fresh Finds Indie.

ABOUT BLAIR LEE

Blair Lee is driven by her feelings.

That momentum comes through in the soft ways her music explores the darkness that comes before the light, in the cinematic promise of a happier ending. Blair uses her lyrics to work through the things she doesn’t understand and the places she doesn’t fit in. Through some of the sadness, hope and warmth always make their way through. Her songs perfectly pair a delicate vocal style with her penchant for 90s style electric guitars and the kind of stark honesty that evokes a gentle nostalgia.

A classically trained pianist, Blair started making music when she was 10 and living in Cambridge, Ontario. She would use techniques learned through her music classes and apply them to songs she wrote herself. Sometimes learning by ear, she was drawn to the “minor” parts of songs. Chords and chord progressions are the emotions of the songs, and Blair learned to use them to color her own music.

Blair finds inspiration in the little things: her friends, interesting strangers, walks in the woods, moments of stillness, small towns, and quiet thoughts. She’s drawn to stories and the ways that music can shape and hold them. On December 2, she will release her debut EP, The Puppy Game.
