Global superstar Gwen Stefani releases her new reggae-tinged single “Let Me Reintroduce Myself” today on Interscope Records. With the release, Stefani is featured on New Music Daily on Apple Music. “Let Me Reintroduce Myself” is available now at all digital retailers. Watch the lyric video for “Let Me Reintroduce Myself” HERE.
Recorded in quarantine and co-written with relentless hitmaker Ross Golan alongside rising songwriter/producer Luke Niccoli, the single finds Stefani reminding fans of what she does best: create vibrant, uplifting music that is real and honest to who she is as an artist.
“This song is a way of saying I’m back with new music. It’s a fun, lighthearted song because I got inspired and hope to bring a little bit of joy, said Stefani. “The idea was to write a song that had a bit of a nostalgic feeling to it, so I think musically it reminds you of back in the day, going back to where I started musically which was with ska and reggae. I’m still the same me but here’s something a little bit new in case you feel like hearing a little bit more of me.”
Musically, “Let Me Reintroduce Myself” is a full-circle moment, with an instrumental that nods to her roots with the ska-punk band No Doubt. Bass-heavy beats and breezy acoustic guitars course under and around her laid-back vocals, as Stefani confidently asserts her space in the modern musical universe: “In case you forgot—no, I’m not records on your shelf.” The single also offers a sly callback: “I already gave you bananas,” she sings playfully, nodding to the cheerleader chant on her 2005 Pharrell Williams-produced No. 1 hit, “Hollaback Girl.”
“Let Me Reintroduce Myself” caps off a busy year for Stefani. She had two top 10 hits on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart with fiancé Blake Shelton, “Nobody But You” and “Happy Anywhere.” And her holiday album, You Make It Feel Like Christmas, was just reissued with two new songs, including Ryan Tedder co-write “Here This Christmas.”
Gwen Stefani continues to affirms her pop dominance with her first single of 2021, “Slow Clap,” available now at all digital retailers via Interscope Records. With this release, Stefani is featured on New Music Daily on Apple Music. Listen to “Slow Clap” HERE.
Stefani co-wrote “Slow Clap” with hitmaker songwriter/producer Ross Golan and songwriter Luke Niccoli, the same team behind her 2020 single “Let Me Reintroduce Myself.” “Slow Clap” is, once again, classic Gwen. The song mixes pop with easy-going grooves inspired by reggae and hip-hop. Stefani offers up vulnerable lyrics about embracing resilience and staying confident despite feeling like an underdog. “Been the champion, rang the bell / Rocked the bottom, been through hell,” she sings. “Climbed the mountain, now I’m well / I just feel like coming back for the belt.”
“Slow Clap” builds on the momentum Stefani kicked off with “Let Me Reintroduce Myself,”which reached No. 1 on the iTunes chart upon its release. A three-time GRAMMY® Award winner, Stefani has achieved global success as a performer, songwriter, and frontwoman of No Doubt, and a multi-platinum solo artist, among other accomplishments. To date, she’s sold more than 50 million units worldwide. Her 2015 solo album, This Is What the Truth Feels Like, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. She also spent five seasons as a coach on the Emmy®-winning NBC series The Voice where she led contestant Carter Rubin to be crowned the season 19 winner. The classic warmth of “Slow Clap” sets the tone for what fans can expect from Stefani as she plans to release more music this year.
Logic drops the official music video for “Dad Bod” from his latest album “No Pressure”. “Logic’s contribution to hip-hop is deep-rooted in inclusivity and compassion, and ‘No Pressure’ continues the trend even as he bids farewell to the art form that raised him and gave him a platform to speak his truth.”
“The 15 tracks that comprise No Pressure is a reminder of the Maryland native’s pure skill and dedication to the craft. His passion and talent are evident in all the sonic aspects of the album, from his double-timed flows to his melodic offerings and engaging lyricism.”
“…Logic at his finest, raging with righteous indignation and heightened melodic skills.”
“Logic’s No Pressure does what all retirement albums should aspire to accomplish: conclude a rapper’s career on a high note. The music is on par, lyrically, with the best material Logic has released throughout the past six years, and the Maryland rapper is keenly aware this is it.”
Multi-platinum, Grammy Nominated artist Logic (aka Sir Robert Bryson Hall II, aka Bobby Hall) – among the top streaming artists in the world with billions of streams to date – burst onto the music scene through a series of mixtapes that led to a significant, rabid underground fan base. Those tapes – Young, Broke, and Infamous (2010); Young Sinatra (2011); Young Sinatra: Undeniable (2012); and Young Sinatra: Welcome to Forever (2013) – garnered millions of downloads and streams. They jump started a worldwide tour that led up to his record deal with Def Jam Recordings in 2014, and the release of his debut album Under Pressure that year. Logic kept up the pace with his second album, The Incredible True Story (2015, with the RIAA gold “Fade Away”), followed by Everybody (2017), containing the landmark 5x-platinum “1-800-273-8255” (National Suicide Prevention Lifeline) featuring Alessia Cara and Khalid.
Overlapping Logic’s albums were new mixtapes Bobby Tarantino (2016, with the RIAA gold single “Flexicution”), and Bobby Tarantino II (2018, with the RIAA platinum “44 More” and “Everyday”). YSIV (September 2018), the fourth chapter of his Young Sinatra saga, contained “One Day” which Logic performed with Ryan Tedder and over 200 immigrant children, their siblings and parents at the MTV VMAs. 2019 kicked off with the publication in March of Supermarket (Simon & Schuster), the debut novel written by Bobby Hall, which entered the New York Times Paperback Fiction bestseller list at #1 – first-ever for a hip-hop artist. It was accompanied by the Supermarket “soundtrack” album, which debuted inside the Top 10 on the Billboard Alternative Album chart, an ‘Alt’ chart first for Logic. The prolific artist dropped his fifth studio album in May 2019, Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind. It was preceded by the title tune single and video, “Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind,” and RIAA platinum “Homicide” featuring Eminem.
Grammy®-nominated, multi-platinum artist Logic gets back to the roots of his craft with the completion of his new album, NO PRESSURE, set to arrive at all DSPs on July 24th via Def Jam Recordings/Visionary Music Group.
After six years of major career accomplishments, including four #1 albums, NO PRESSURE finds Logic back in the studio with renowned producer No I.D., who produced Logic’s groundbreaking RIAA gold debut album of 2014, Under Pressure. Working again with No I.D., and 6IX, NO PRESSURE is the full circle career moment for Logic, making the music he loves with ‘no pressure.’
Prior to NO PRESSURE, the ever-prolific Logic released five albums: Under Pressure (2014); The Incredible True Story (#1 chart debut in 2015); Everybody (#1 chart debut in 2017; YSIV (#1 chart debut in 2018); and Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind (#1 chart debut in 2019). His Bobby Tarantino II mixtape entered at #1 in 2018.
In March 2019, “Supermarket,” the dazzling debut novel by Bobby Hall (aka Logic), entered the New York Times Paperback Fiction list at #1, making him the first-ever hip-hop MC to author a New York Times fiction bestseller. Logic’s accompanying Supermarket “soundtrack” album was simultaneously released via Def Jam/Visionary. The album’s Top 10 debut on the Billboard Alternative Album chart was an ‘Alt’ chart first for Logic.
Logic’s most recent Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind Tour, presented by Live Nation in October-November 2019, was a 26-city tour of the U.S. and Canada. He was joined on most dates by special guests J.I.D. and Confessions collaborator YBN Cordae.

Multi-platinum recording artist, DEV is set to release her sophomore album, I Only See You When I’m Dreamin’ (IOSYWID)September 8, which is available for pre-order now HERE! Fans who pre-order the album will receive two new songs, the sassy-sweet “All I Wanna Do,” and the female anthem “Come At Me.” This will mark DEV’s first album to be released simultaneously to retail and streaming platforms. With a crew of collaborators that include Sarah Hudson (Katy Perry, Halsey, Rita Ora), MNDR, Marko Penn and producers Sam Sumser, Ritual, Isaac Valens and Mike Mac, the album finds Dev reclaiming her bass-heavy hip-pop beats that shot her to chart stardom, but with a reinvigorated sense of singer-songwriter swagger.
(Album artwork; Photo Credit: Maezee Tailes)
“All I Wanna Do” prompts the familiar Dev-like bounce, while lyrically the track ventures into Minaj-worthy raunch, but it’s Dev’s vocals and harmonies that shine through the sass. “The balance of how bouncy it is, but with how sexy and girly the lyrics and melody are fit really well,” Dev says of the track. “Usually a lot of male driven songs will usually be like ‘I wanna F you!’ so this will be so fun to perform from my point of view.” The additional release, “Come at Me” is somewhat of a yin to “All I Wanna Do”’s yang. Lyrically, Dev urges a “don’t-take-any-BS” attitude over a highly catchy melody.
In it’s entirety, IOSYWID, serves as ode to Dev’s past—the good, the bad, the fun and the sad. Inspired by dreams and thoughts about those who she has since lost touch with, the vibe of the album radiates a theme of self-reflection from her current perspective. Dev takes listeners on a full-circle journey from late night sexting (“Drunk Texting” – OUT Thursday 8/4!) to piano-laden heartbreak (“Alone Again”).
This full-length album follows Dev’s break-out 2012 debut album, The Night the Sun Came Up, which features the platinum “In the Dark,” and landed her critical acclaim, spots on influential end-of-year lists, numerous brand syncs and commercial success. In 2013 and 2014 she released two complimenting EPs, Bittersweet July Part I and Bittersweet July Part II. 2016 saw the release and success of “#1” f/ Nef the Pharoah, which peaked at #15 on the rhythmic radio chart. With over 350M video views, a Billboard #1 hit, multi-platinum & gold certified song successes, and countless collaborations, IOSYWID promises to propel Dev as the sleek, speak-sing, pop pioneer of her generation.

Q&A’s
— Tell us about your new album. How did it come together? Who did you work with?
My new album! It’s called I Only See You When I’m Dreamin’ and I had an awesome opportunity to work with a bunch of different people on this project. Amazing artists, writers and producers. Everyone involved in this album helped to push me out of my comfort zones and create everything I could’ve wanted. I had such a specific vision for this project. I was having vivid dreams of someone who I no longer speak to and these songs reflect that person and specific moments of my past. I’m so happy with the overall outcome and I’m so excited for everyone to listen!! Shout out to Marko Penn, Isaac Valens, The 87’s, MNDR & Rey Reel!
—Do you have a favorite track or tracks on the album? Why?
I love them all for different reasons! There’s some slaps, some with more emotional vibes and even a couple voice notes from people close to me. It was a process of gathering these songs over the course of two years so they’re all special to me.
—It’s been 5 years since your debut album. Since then you’ve put out some mixtape EPs and singles. Why the long gap in between LPs?
Honestly, the timing never felt right to release album 2 until now. I had been through a lawsuit for a year and a half where I couldn’t release music, my daughter was born with a gnarly birth defect that had us living in and out of the hospital, I never stopped touring and I was in the studio a bunch, so everything felt very intense for a few years. I needed to keep living, experiencing and finally come around to putting together songs that felt right. I had the opportunity coming off of having successful songs in the past to be true to myself and be patient. And one day the list of songs came together, the title and I knew it was right!
—How have you changed since your debut album? Musically and personally?
I’ve grown up a bit since my first project. I’ve grown more aware and appreciative of life and opportunity. I still love to pop bottles though lol! But I think the lessons I’ve learned in the past 5 years have been crucial to me becoming the BEST ME & I’m getting there.
—How do you think your fans will react to this new body of music? And do you feel like it’s different from the previous music you’ve put out?
I hope they’ll love it! I hope it makes them happy and want to have a good time! I think this project isn’t as “dancey” if you will – as my first project, but the core of who I am is still very present. Times have changed and music continues to change, so there’s obvious differences, but it’s still allllllll me!
—Can fans expect to see you on tour soon?
Yes! I’ll be announcing dates very soon! I can’t wait to get back on the road.
—Any fun stories from the studio you can share?
So many fun times recording this project! I’ll never forget the night I was working on ‘come at me’ and when I was finished we opened all the doors to the outside are and played it super loud and I remember feeling infinite. All of a sudden all the crazy shit I went through in the past 5 years didn’t matter/we’re okay. I felt strong. I’m sure the neighbors hated that I played it 100 times haha but I couldn’t help it. It was awesome. That feeling is why I make music, it’s pretty indescribable.
—What are the most important lessons you have learned on your journey in the music industry?
The most important lessons: stay true to yourself, no one else can ever be you even if they try! Surround yourself with the right people, people who believe in you even when you might slightly question yourself. Work hard and then work even harder. And live in the moment! Music is a magical thing.
—Any particular people you’d like to collaborate with in the future?
Robyn. Karen O. Nelly Furtado. Gwen Stefani. Flume. Mnek. Mo. I don’t know I’m a fan of so many people!
—Describe the sound of the new album.
It’s light. Wild. Fun. Top down on an unexpected road trip type album.
