Lexus’ Wellness Travel “Retreats in Motion”

Automaker offering self-guided retreats to recharge travelers.

Lexus is elevating the American road trip. To meet the growing need for deeper, meaningful experiences that promote wellbeing, Lexus is putting travelers behind the wheel in its first-ever “Retreats in Motion” program. These five-day, four-night driving retreats allow guests to take a scenic, restorative drive in a new 2021 Lexus IS between two of the brand’s luxury hotel partners, with curated self-care activities along the way.

“These days, the desire to escape on the open road to rejuvenate mind and spirit has never been more enticing,” says Vinay Shahani, Lexus vice president of marketing. “The ‘Retreats in Motion’ program not only provides perfectly planned, luxurious getaways in a Lexus vehicle, but they also elevate the classic road trip with much-needed recuperative experiences.”

The Lexus partner hotels selected for the “Retreats in Motion” program have been hand-picked for their exceptional service, beautiful design and culinary offerings. Guests will spend two nights at each resort – with an average three-hour drive between each property – before returning to the originating hotel. Participating hotels in the three California-based retreats include:

In spring 2021, those visiting the East Coast will be able to travel between XV Beacon and Chatham Bars Inn in Massachusetts.

Travelers will be paired with the new 2021 Lexus IS sport sedan at their originating hotel before embarking on a customized route featuring suggested stops and wellness activities to enjoy throughout their drive. They’ll feast their eyes on beautiful views, relax with aromatherapy or guided breathwork, and have the option to indulge their taste buds with healthy gourmet meals at the end of each day.

Unlike typical getaways, the “Retreats in Motion” program incorporates the vehicle as an integral part of the wellness experience. More than just transporting travelers from each partner hotel, the Lexus vehicle is a destination and sanctuary in and of itself and is equipped with a mobile wellness kit to help travelers get the most out of their journey.

In creating the program, the automaker has partnered with mindbodygreen, a health and well-being lifestyle media brand, to create custom content featuring some of the world’s most-loved wellness experts for each retreat. Highlights include podcasts on sustainability with best-selling author Jonathan Safran Foer and a guided walking meditation with teacher Mary Beth LaRue, along with content covering topics from mindful eating to movement for longevity. Additionally, an immersive in-car sound bath with expert Sara Auster – designed to be played through the signature Mark Levinson sound system – helps clear energy blockages and deliver a sense of calm.

“Mindbodygreen has enjoyed being a trusted destination and resource for well-being for over eleven years, bringing together experts across all facets of health and wellness for our collective audience,” says Colleen Wachob, mindbodygreen co-founder and co-CEO. “Our team is so excited to work with an innovative, forward-thinking brand like Lexus on this partnership. Together, we’re creating something really unique and so vital to people’s well-being.”

Guests are responsible for the “Retreats in Motion” registration costs and travel expenses. Fees start at $2,700 for two guests, and include:

  • Five-day, four-night stay at each property
  • Loan of a new 2021 Lexus IS vehicle
  • Intimate access to curated wellness content, including self-care discussions, in-vehicle sound bath, meditation, guided breathwork and more
  • Complimentary welcome wellness kit

Lexus and its hotel partners deeply value the health and well-being of their guests. Comprehensive health and sanitization procedures have been put in place for each Lexus vehicle and the hotels have implemented their own measures. Please refer to each partner hotel website for more details on their COVID protocols.

Just after winning the 2020 NBA Championship, 360 Magazine got the chance to pilot the new Rolls-Royce Cullinan in a glamorous royal violet. This new edition takes the prize for being one of the most deluxe SUVs on the market, defining the post-opulence of the brand.

Priced at about $340,350, the massive machine encompasses greatness, class and refinement. This bespoke vehicle focuses on the purest craftsmanship by retaining the same DNA as its brothers and sisters. Its name comes from the exquisite Cullinan diamond, so it is clear that wealth is featured in all fields.

During a sunset in Malibu, 360 Magazine was pleased to witness the extravagance of the SUV first hand and was able to record its faultless driving capabilities. A film, by Jeff Langlois, is featured on both our Instagram and YouTube and exhibits the impeccable excursion from a birds-eye perspective.

Design

The skeleton is a perfect marriage of sophistication and power, bringing a classic SUV composition to an all-new level. The striking purple exterior ensures travelers will arrive poshly to any event. The panoramic glass roof is designed for a sensation of the outdoors, while the privacy glass allows passengers to remain discreet. Twenty-two-inch wheels, partly polished to two spokes, allow effortless driving while remaining tasteful.

Every interior of the vehicle is not only exquisite, but unique because of the customizable characteristics the driver can choose to meet all their desires. The cabin is equipped with leather seats and sheep wool carpets. Its interior details are decorated with delicate wooden trim and moulded aluminum accents.

Technology

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan has the most current technology that perfectly correlates with the ride’s complex elements. With a spacious back seat, buyers can select the Center Console option that allows passengers sitting in the back to activate a massage feature. With this option, the middle seat has been replaced with a central console which features a cooling tray, perfect for holding champagne flutes or a whiskey carafe.

All models possess a large tactile infotainment system and Apple CarPlay. There is an available entertainment option for the backseat which boasts a 12.0-inch screen so the backseat riders will never grow bored. This model is also equipped with a WiFi access point and a custom audio system with 18 speakers. Of course, the interior roof can feature the classic Rolls-Royce star-studded ceiling which dazzles anyone who receives the honor of being a passenger.

Performance

With a 6.7-litre twin-turbo V-12 engine, the car delivers 563 horsepower noise-free. Thanks to the unique soundproofing glass, the drive is quiet in all terrains. The silent yet powerful engine allows a fast and enjoyable journey. According to Car and Driver, it can reach a speed of 60 mph in only 4.5 seconds.

The Cullinan is equipped with all-wheel drive and is able to tackle the most difficult terrain, ideal for steep driveways. The air suspension alongside of a road-scanning camera allows the vehicle to adjust its height to avoid road imperfections.

Safety

The beautifully developed vehicle not only looks gorgeous, but has safety features that will make riders feel secure. The car has driver assistance technology, including night vision. It also includes a standard forward-collision warning with automated emergency braking, a standard lane departure warning with lane support, and a standard adaptive cruise control.

More safety features include blind-spot detection, information about speed limits, approaching pedestrians and preventing rear-end collisions. These components ensure all riders’ safety and have been designed by experts for reliability.

Ergonomics

The all-around aspects of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan combine to deliver the ultimate in comfort and efficiency. The V-12 engine uses 12 mpg when driving in the city and 20 mpg on the freeway. This exceeds the Bentley Bentayga and the Mercedes-AMG G63, both in the same category. With an 8-speed automatic transmission, driving at ease is this automobile’s responsibility. It has 571 horsepower at 5000 rpm and 627 lb-ft of torque at 1600 rpm. Not only is this vehicle designed with panache, but it has been constructed tactically to be capable and dynamic. Drivers will be enamored by this magic carpet ride while clawing to the road. A limited warranty that covers four years and unlimited mileage is included, so you never need to stress about upkeep.

Legacy

Embodying precision, this is a top for everyone who wants to drive a luxury SUV, no matter who you are. Celebrities like Kylie Jenner, Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez and 50 Cent were all seen cruising with the vehicle, proving this brand is supreme. From a young, savvy business person to a prosperous family with a toddler and a pooch, this lavish, well-rounded mode of transportation appeals to everyone.

Pre-order.

Mercedes-Benz Drops in US Luxury Car Sales

By Nica San Juan

It was a close race right to the finish line for the top luxury car brands in the US in 2020. For the second consecutive year, BMW clinched the top spot.

According to the research data analyzed and published by Stock Apps, the Bavarian automaker sold a total of 278,732 units during the year. Compared to its 2019 tally, that marked a 17.5% sales decline. Its best-selling model was the X3, which posted 59,941 unit sales.

The Munich-based company had a strong Q4 2020, contributing significantly to its crossing the finish line in the first place. During the three-month period, it sold a total of 98,750 cars. Thanks to this impressive rebound, BMW’s unit sales in Q4 2020 were a mere 2% lower than Q4 2019.

German rival Mercedes-Benz sold a total of 274,916 units in 2020, marking a decline of 13% year-over-year (YoY). Just like BMW, Mercedes too had SUVs in the lead, with the GLC-Class selling 52,626 units during the year.

Generally, Mercedes’ SUV lineup had a strong year in the US accounting for close to 65% of total annual sales. However, Mercedes was not the second best-selling premium brand. The honor went to the Japanese brand Toyota Lexus, which sold 275,041. There was a difference of only 125 units between the second and third best-sellers.

Compared to the two German brands, Lexus had the best year in terms of percentage decline, dropping by 7.7% only. Lexus RX was its top-selling model, posting 101,059 unit sales, almost as much as BMW and Mercedes’ best-selling models combined.

Audi took the fourth spot on the list of best-selling luxury brands in the US. With a total of 186,620 unit sales, the automaker posted a 17% YoY decline. Rounding up the top five was Cadillac with 129,495, down by 17.1% from 2019.

Volvo was in the sixth position, the only US luxury brand to post a percentage increase in sales. It sold 110,129 units, marking a 1.8% increase YoY. Lincoln sold 105,410 units (-6.1%), Infiniti 79,502 (-32.5%) and Porsche 57,294 (-7%).

Mercedes-Benz Clinches Top Spot Globally with 2.16 Million Unit Sales

On a global scale, Mercedes-Benz narrowly outpaced BMW to secure the title of the best-selling luxury vehicle brand worldwide in 2020. It was the fifth consecutive year in which Mercedes beat its archrival and topped the ranks.

Over the 12-month period, it sold a total of 2,164,187 units according to Auto Industriya. The figure marked a decline of 7.5% over 2019 when it sold 2,339,562 units.

It is worth noting that while its sales in North America and Europe sank compared to 2019, the Asia Pacific market saw a 4.7% increase. China was the major force behind the uptick as it had a sales increase of 11.7%.

The GLC was its best-selling model during the year, moving a total of 320,000 units. Mercedes reported a 12.9% increase in SUV and crossover sales during the year. For its all-new S-Class, there are more than 40,000 customers on the waiting list.

On the other hand, BMW was the world’s second best-selling luxury car brand, falling 136,000 units behind the #1. It posted a slightly lower decline in sales, -7.2% YoY, with a total of 2,028,659 units sold. Audi took a distant third spot with 1,692,773 unit sales in 2020 and a decline of 8.3% YoY.

Li Auto Deliveries Soar by 530% in December 2020

Mercedes, BMW and Volkswagen’s Audi have had over 60% of China’s luxury car market under their control for years according to Bloomberg. But while the Chinese market drove their growth in 2020, they ceded share to Tesla and electric upstarts, Nio and Li.

Nio delivered a total of 43,728 electric vehicles (EVs) in 2020, marking an increase of 113% YoY according to Inside EEVs. These included 27,945 ES6s, 10,861 ES8s and 4,922 EC6s. The automaker launched its first EV sedan, the ET7 on January 9, 2021.

As of mid-December 2020, Li Auto announced cumulative sales of 30,000 units year-to-date (YTD). In December 2020 alone, the upstart delivered 6,126 vehicles, an increase of 530% YoY. Q4 2020 saw a total of 14,464 deliveries from the automaker.

In response to the growing threat from these brands, the aforementioned German car brands are rapidly expanding their offerings of electric vehicles. Daimler is planning to launch four purely battery-powered EV models in 2021, including the EQA compact set to launch in January. Meanwhile, BMW is planning to double its offering of pure EVs and hybrids to 25 by 2023.

In total, Mercedes sold 160,000 EVs in 2020, compared to BMWs 193,000. Audi was far behind the two with 47,000 deliveries of its e-tron SUVs.

Polestar 2 illustration by Kaelen Felix for 360 MAGAZINE

2021 Polestar 2

Polestar Cars has just announced the formal pricing of the Swedish brand’s first pure electric car, the 2021 Polestar 2. The electric performance fastback has an MSRP of $59,900 in the United States.

The MSRP of the Polestar 2 is below state incentive thresholds in critical markets such as California and New York. Additionally, this price enables state rebates of approximately $2,000 in certain states*, for total tax incentives of up to $9,500 when combined with the federal electric vehicle tax credit.**

“We are quite enthusiastic to announce the U.S. pricing for the Polestar 2,” said Gregor Hembrough, Head of Polestar USA. “The MSRP is lower than we originally targeted, and will be extended to all of our current reservation holders.”

“With an online purchase option, lower pricing, considerable tax incentives, and production already underway, the Polestar 2 is well-positioned for a successful entry into the U.S. market,” continued Hembrough.

Polestar also announced option pricing for the Polestar 2 depending on which add ons someone hopes to add to the car. The performance pack comes in at $5,000 and the Nappa Leather Interior is priced at $4,000. The stunning 20-inch Alloy Wheels and the Metallic Paint Colors both come in at $1,200.

This vehicle is priced in the same range as the 2021 Tesla models that have been released. The 2021 Tesla Model Y is starting at $49,990 and the 2021 Tesla Model S is priced beginning at $69,420. The current average price for an electric car is around $55,600, so the Polestar 2 falls right on par with this average.

The Polestar 2 arrives with 408 hp and 487 lb.-ft. of torque, very powerful for an electric car. The vehicle also features all-wheel drive and a 78 kWh battery pack, which enables considerable EV range. The car has an MPGe of 96 in the city and 88 on the highway.

The Polestar 2 is also the first car in the world to feature a built-in infotainment system powered by Android, featuring voice command via the Google Assistant, Google Maps with EV charging support and app downloads via the Google Play Store. The car features innovative technology throughout. The interior of the hatchback is modern yet minimal creating an opulent feel for passengers.

The Polestar 2, which began production in late March, has already begun delivery to U.S. reservation holders in summer 2020. With a digital retail model, the Polestar 2 is available to purchase on Polestar.com.

In order to replace car dealerships, the brand will soon open physical retail showrooms—Polestar Spaces—where non-commissioned Polestar Specialists will be able to assist customers with product information and test drives. Polestar Spaces are designed specifically to allow people to explore the cars without the pressure of committing to a purchase. The first of these locations have opened in California and New York as of late summer 2020, and the next additional locations are currently set to open in Denver and Austin.

The Polestar 2 is available for sale in all 50 states and Polestar will announce lease and retail finance options for the vehicle in the near future.

In the pursuit of accelerating sustainable mobility, Polestar, the electric performance car brand, today released a multi-episode video series featuring Golden Globe winner Oscar Isaac. A champion for climate justice, Isaac delves deeper into Polestar innovations which aim to improve today’s society, and that of the future.

In partnership with The Wall Street Journal, “Making aNew” is a five-part mini docuseries which seeks the truths behind Polestar’s ethos and advancements in sustainability, electrification and performance. The video series is available to view today at www.polestar.com/us/making-anew.

“As the automotive world moves to electrification, important terms such as sustainability and clean energy are becoming generic slogans with diminished meaning,” said Oscar Isaac. “After learning about the company, I feel better about driving a Polestar because the brand is transparent about how its cars are produced, accountable for its impact on the planet and taking action to truly offset the footprint of its vehicles.”

Since the launch of the brand in 2017, Polestar has become synonymous with the development of new technologies, harnessing refined performance and incorporating unconventional materials in the development of its vehicles.

More recently, the brand began publishing detailed climate impact reports of its electric vehicles as they leave the production line, aiming to be the most transparent company in the automotive industry. As a proof point of this pledge, Polestar has published a full lifecycle analysis of the Polestar 2 Electric Fastback, and will release its first annual sustainability report in March of this year.

“We are determined to be the guiding star for our industry, accelerating the shift to more sustainable mobility. Innovation, clean energy, circular materials and transparency are areas of particular focus. A great example of this is the use of blockchain to improve the accountability of our cobalt supply chain,” said Fredrika Klarén, Head of Sustainability at Polestar. “Collaborating with visible activists like Oscar, who are as passionate about carbon-neutrality as we are, will help raise awareness and understanding, paving the path for a more sustainable future.”

Muse, the Rolls-Royce Art Programme will announce four shortlisted artists for its inaugural flagship initiative — the Dream Commission, on 21 October 2020. The Dream Commission is a biennial prize awarded to inspire greatness and foster creativity in the media of moving-image.

The Dream Commission’s Jury, which consists of leading figures of the international art scene, selected four emerging and mid-career artists to contend for the prestigious moving-image commission. The Jury comprises: Isaac Julien CBE RA, a leading moving-image artist; Hans Ulrich Obrist, Artistic Director of the Serpentine Galleries in London; Katrina Sedgwick, Museum Director of the Australian Centre for the Moving Image in Melbourne; Terrie Sultan, former Museum Director of the Parrish Art Museum in New York; and Theodora Vischer, Senior Curator at Fondation Beyeler in Basel.

Each of the four selected artists have been requested to create a short-form moving-image piece detailing their concept, for consideration by the Jury, following which, one artist will be awarded the honour of creating a full-length digital artwork in 2021.

After five years of supporting international artists in creating new works, the Rolls-Royce Art Programme relaunched in 2019 to become Muse¸ a platform with two biennial initiatives, the Dream Commission and the Spirit of Ecstasy Challenge. The work produced for the Dream Commission will investigate a particular aesthetic territory – “Dreams” – which aim to conjure an alternative sensory universe and take viewers on a journey into the world of the subconscious.

In June 2020, the Jury convened for the first time to discuss a long-list of 23 nominated artists selected by a panel of experts from the art world, comprising artists, curators and museum directors. The nominators included: Daniel Birnbaum, Director of Acute Art in London; Beijing-based artist Cao Fei; Executive Director of Rhizome in New York, Zachary Kaplan; New York & Rio de Janeiro-based Curator Pablo León de la Barra; and Director of M+ in Hong Kong, Suhanya Raffel. Each nominator proposed emerging and mid-career artists that they felt were leading the way in the field of moving-image art.

Following an extensive process of deliberation and debate, the Jury unanimously agreed upon a shortlist of four artists, which will be announced on 21 October 2020.

Rolls-Royce’s ambition for the Dream Commission is to establish the marque as a relevant platform for advancing the medium of moving-image. Celebrating the latest innovations in the field of moving-image art, Dream Commission works can be from any medium within that category including experimental film, video, animation, immersive and participatory installations, and content presented in non-screen formats, such as augmented and virtual reality.

As the two-year process concludes, the cycle will begin again, yielding a group of landmark works of moving-image art.

These cars capture clients’ imaginations around the world, joining the chronicles of some of the greatest and most storied Rolls-Royces ever to have been created.

Design is naturally the starting point for these endeavours. For the new Wraith Kryptos Collection, one designer’s passion for cryptography led to Wraith becoming a willing canvas for an intricate and clandestine design. The Wraith Kryptos Collection, which will consist of just 50 motor cars, incorporates a labyrinth of complex ciphers into its beguiling façade.

Rolls-Royce Bespoke Designer, Katrin Lehmann, said, “The name Kryptos is derived from Ancient Greek, referring to something unseen, hidden and coded, mythical even. Ciphers can be traced through millennia, capturing the imagination of some of the world’s most brilliant minds. As a designer, I’ve always been fascinated by the notion that you can communicate messages that are understood by only an elite few, using symbols, pictograms, and ciphers. Finding the key becomes integral to appreciating the full meaning of an item that can otherwise be viewed simply as a work of art.”

The Wraith Kryptos Collection carries within it an encrypted cipher that evolves throughout the car for the clients’ pleasure and amusement, leading them on a journey of discovery and intrigue. To the uninitiated, these ciphers appear, on the surface at least, to be an alluring design purely for aesthetic purposes and devoid of any discernible pattern. However, for those that look closer, those few who hold the key, they will embark on an experience that leads to an enlightening conclusion.

Torsten Müller-Ötvös, CEO, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, said, “The brilliant and creative minds of our Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective have excelled once again, creating an extraordinarily contemporary and compelling iteration of Wraith. The Wraith Kryptos Collection is a statement of dynamism. On closer examination, a series of messages are hidden behind a unique Rolls-Royce cipher. I look forward to seeing whether any of our clients will crack the code!”

As a matter of fact, the code is so secret that only the designer and the CEO at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood know the full resolution of the sequence. The answer has been placed in a sealed envelope, in the safe of the CEO, at the Home of Rolls-Royce, in Goodwood, West Sussex. Clients will be invited to submit their efforts at cracking the code via the members only Rolls-Royce mobile app, Whispers.

The cryptographic journey begins with the Spirit of Ecstasy, which has graced the bonnet of the marque’s motor cars for over a century. An engraving with green enamel detailing introduces the Rolls-Royce cipher on the base of the enigmatic figurine. Below, recrafted bumper inserts draw the eye lower, subtly modifying both the gesture and posture of Wraith, giving this Collection an identity of its own.

The alluring colors offered in the collection hints at the car’s inner-most secrets. Delphic Grey, a Bespoke exterior hue consisting of a solid Anthracite base colour has a hidden effect – only in sunlight do the blue and green mica flakes appear. This effect is accentuated by a hand-painted double coachline, the upper being painted in the newly developed Kryptos Green while the lower acts as a shadow in Dark Grey, both depicting clues relating to the interior code. Completing the exterior aesthetic are part polished wheels, with Orbit Grey coloured centres featuring a coloured pinstripe.

Inside, stepping over the illuminated treadplates, the cipher evolves deep into the fabric of the motor car. One is immediately greeted by the accented Bespoke Kryptos Green leather hue, which has been developed to incorporate a metallic effect, set against either Selby Grey or Anthracite. In perhaps the most apparent clue, elements of the cipher are embroidered into Wraith’s headrests, where the customary ‘double-R’ emblem can so often be found. For the driver’s enjoyment, an intriguing screen print flows across the metal fascia, spanning the width of the interior.

Rolls-Royce is delighted to unveil this new generation of Collection Car; one that brings with it an entertaining challenge that will be sure to delight.

Anthony Joshua × Range Rover

World Heavyweight Champion Anthony Joshua Gets Fight-Ready With Bespoke Range Rover SVAutobiography

Bespoke luxury SUV will chauffeur the heavyweight world champion to his next fight, against Bulgarian Kubrat Pulev in London on 20 June

Land Rover has created a one-off Range Rover SVAutobiography for world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua OBE. The bespoke luxury SUV made its world premiere outside the Finchley Boxing Club in Barnet, north London, where Joshua started his journey to the world heavyweight title, and will transport the reigning champion to his next title defence this summer.

Custom details help to identify the famous owner of the one-off SVAutobiography, these include a commissioning plaque on the centre console bearing the AJBXNG graphic, Joshua’s signature embroidered on the headrests of all four seats inside and personalised illuminated treadplates. The aluminium trim finisher on the dashboard has also been engraved with Joshua’s name while the interior door handles have been etched with a unique boxing glove motif.

Joshua has just confirmed details of his next fight, against Bulgarian challenger Kubrat Pulev at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on 20 June. His specially commissioned Range Rover SVAutobiography long wheelbase will make his ride to the fight as comfortable as possible.

Anthony Joshua said:
The countdown to my next fight has begun and this custom Range Rover will play its part in the build-up. With family and media commitments here in London and my training base in Sheffield, I spend lots of time on the road. The SVAutobiography will take the stress out of long trips, allowing me to relax in complete comfort, and its unique design features both my family crest and references to my boxing success and I have to thank the team at Land Rover Vehicle Personalisation for taking my ideas and making them real.

The unique model features distinctive Bespoke Black paintwork with a matching roof and door mirrors while a Graphite Atlas front grille, side vent graphics and door handles maintain the stealthy appearance. Purposeful 22-inch split-spoke alloy wheels with a Diamond Turned Finish and contrasting Red brake callipers complete the exterior, with the Union Flag badges on the front fender vents bearing the number 258 – a subtle reference to Joshua’s management company.

Power comes from a 565PS V8 Supercharged engine for smooth power delivery and peerless refinement. Joshua can control the latest Touch Pro Duo infotainment using either the central front touchscreens or, when travelling in the rear, from the 10-inch Rear Entertainment Screens mounted in the front headrests.

All Range Rover SVAutobiography models are hand-finished at the Special Vehicle Operations Technical Centre in Coventry and the vehicle personalisation team helps customers to specify their own unique commission, working with a Land Rover designer.

AIWAYS New Concept Sketches

AIWAYS, the Shanghai-based personal mobility provider, has published the first sketches of its U6ion electric crossover coupe concept, ahead of the model’s global debut at the 2020 Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS) next month.

The U6ion previews a second all-electric SUV from AIWAYS, based on the same MAS (More Adaptable Structure) platform as its U5 sibling.

Under the tutelage of Ken Okuyama, creator of the Ferrari Enzo and former Pininfarina design chief, and now chief advisor for design and arts at AIWAYS, the company has created a form language which embodies the ‘intelligent and simplified technology’ at the heart of AIWAYS product development ethos.

AIWAYS chief designer Dongfei Luo commented: “The U6ion sketches present a crossover coupe with a harmonious and exciting body shape, aimed at attracting young car users looking for a zero-emission SUV that offers style, practicality and electric performance.”

The U6ion will be presented to media and the public for the first time during GIMS. The AIWAYS press conference takes place at 13:15 on press day (Tuesday 3 March, Hall 2, Stand No. 2121).
