Listen to Young Dylan’s 360 MAG Podcast with Vaughn HERE.

Rapper/actor Dylan Gilmer has taken the entertainment industry by storm. Known by his stage name of “Young Dylan,” at the mere age of thirteen years old he has accomplished triumphs that resembles that of long-term professionals in the business. 360 sat down to chat with Dylan about his rapping and acting career, and what exactly we can expect to see from him in the future.

Young Dylan was first noticed at six-years-old when a video of his rapping skills went viral. Soon after, he was brought to ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show at age seven to showcase his rapping talent on a widespread scale. At such a young age, Young Dylan captivated his audience and drew them in with his charming rap talent while performing DJ Khaled’s “For Free.”

His later amassed fame came from his performances on Season 14 of ‘America’s Got Talent.’ At only ten years old, Young Dylan rapped advanced tracks from popular rappers Drake and Kendrick Lamar that allowed him to display his impeccable musical rhythm and flow. Since he gained widespread critical acclaim, Young Dylan has made several appearances back where he got his early beginning into the industry on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show.’

He attributes his rapping skills back to cherished moments with his father growing up. “Ever since I was a baby, he’d be playing music in the car… I have great memorization, I remembered the beats, the lyrics, just like I do with my lines.”

Young Dylan’s apparent natural confidence in performing is one of his most recognizable and admirable traits. When asked about how he transforms himself to become Young Dylan on stage, he attributes everything to energy.

Dylan gets his pre- nerve jitters out by stepping on stage confidently and giving each performance his all. Once the curtains open and he starts performing, “Voila! The butterflies are gone, my heart is pumping, a good pumping, I’m getting the crowd lit, everything like that!” He explains the energy that the crowd gives him is his fuel for his vibe while taking the stage.

Continuing his career with such early success, Dylan has only continued to blossom into a well-versed working young professional. Popularly starring on ‘Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan on Nickelodeon as Young Dylan, the show follows the story of the Young Dylan character’s hip-hop career and personal life.

Immersed in the Nickelodeon world, Young Dylan also co-hosts Nickelodeon’s ‘NFL Slimetime with Nate Burleson. Young Dylan spoke about how much he’s learned from Nate while working together on the project and how it’s been “great working with him, on set and off of set.”

Young Dylan launched his career into new heights after landing his co-host spot on ‘The Kids Tonight Show,’ which just so happens to be executively produced by the host of the original tonight show, Jimmy Fallon. Dylan recalls the leadup to this experience and how he landed such a stellar roll. “It was my last day of school, I was laying on my floor just watching TikTok’s, stuff like that, and my father calls me out of nowhere and says, ‘You need to get on the Zoom! I forgot all about it, you need to get on the Zoom!’”

On this Zoom call, Young Dylan got to chat with his future kid co-stars and the rest of the team with the show. The producers absolutely fell in love with the relatability and transparency that allows viewers to connect with Dylan. “I felt like I was supposed to be on that show,” Young Dylan says about ‘The Kid Tonight Show,’ and we couldn’t agree more.

Dylan made sure to mention how all the kids working on the project possess innovative qualities that contribute to the success of the show. “I think we all bring something different to the show, and that’s what I really like about them, and that’s what I really liked about the show.” Working alongside his co-hosts Mykal-Michelle HarrisOlivia Perez and Recker Eans, Young Dylan raved about the chemistry that they all had working together. Stepping into some big shoes to fill from the acclaimed Jimmy Fallon, Young Dylan and his co-hosts are swiftly keeping up with the kid-friendly spin off just fine.

Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, he still resides in the city with big dreams to move to a major city in the new few years. “I travel a lot to Atlanta, New York, Cali. So, I’m hoping to move to one of those states by 15.”

At the forefront of Young Dylan’s mission is giving back to the community. “I just want to be there for my community, and I always want to have Annapolis, Maryland in my heart… most people don’t know what Annapolis is… I want to be the person to make Annapolis well-known, and I feel like I can do that.”

Amidst the ongoing duration of the pandemic, Young Dylan has been able to appreciate the blessings that he has received regarding the advancement of his career. While going through quarantine, he recalls how he had the time to analyze how strained he was, and how he got through this with help from his support system.

Quarantine, for me, taught me a lot of things. I was really stressed out at one point balancing school, acting, rapping; all of that. You know, you just have to have a great support system.”

Young Dylan credits his success and motivation to the help he receives from his strong support system. He explains how without having the support of the people around him, he wouldn’t have been able to accomplish what he has thus far. He encourages fans that are going through tough times to find those people around them that they feel comfortable to talk to and can confide in.

In terms of giving back, Young Dylan has never been shied to fighting for causes that he believes in. Throughout the duration of the pandemic and the first quarantine, Young Dylan made it one of his priorities to help out where he could.

“During quarantine I was giving food to hospitals, people that were still working during the pandemic.” Having found joy in helping those who needed it most during the pandemic, giving back is now at the heart of Young Dylan’s mission.

We can expect a lot more to come from Young Dylan in the next few years. Aside from recently landing a spot as a host on ‘The Kids Tonight Show,’ Young Dylan has recently signed with Puma and is planning to release his very own mixtape this summer.

His partnership with Puma has allowed him to grow and see new sides to business endeavors he hasn’t witnessed thus far. Concerning the excitement around his new deal with Puma, Young Dylan raved, “I was like, ‘WOW, I’m getting a deal with Puma? PUMA?’”

In regards to his highly anticipated mixtape, Young Dylan told 360 that it would consist of eight clean tracks that kids will be able to admire. He aims to make kid-friendly hip-hop/rap inspired pieces that are still as hype and innovative as modern-day explicit pieces we see from older rap stars.

“We can bring clean music but also be as lit as the other songs that have cursing, but just clean!” Young Dylan has been working on this project for quite some time and has made sure that each track is perfected to his standards. “You can definitely see we put a lot of work in on this mixtape that is coming out this summer. It’s gonna be lit!”

As such a prominent child star, Young Dylan has some advice to give to younger children, or anyone that has a dream to have a career just like him: “never give up, if you have a dream, chase it man, don’t let anyone stop you.”

Young Dylan preaches to maintain a humble mindset, and never get too cocky with yourself. He encourages us all to “always be yourself, always be dripped out, and when you step in a room, shine your light.”

This or That with Young Dylan

Football or basketball…basketball, because of the rich cultural influence and abundance of fans that the game has over football.

Hamburgers or hotdogs… hamburgers.

Pizza or hot wings… hot wings, they’re one of Young Dylan’s top ten favorite foods!

Rapping or singing… rapping, Young Dylan indulges in rapping more than singing.

Television or film… television.

Scripted or improv pieces… scripted pieces allow Young Dylan to pick up scripts quicker and add his personal flare to them.

Savannah Lee May speaks to 360 Magazine anpit A cowgirl's song

Savannah’s A Cowgirl Song

Best known for her role as ‘Buttercup’ on Nickelodeon’s series “Knight Squad” the now 21-year-old star solidified her mark in the industry when Kenny Ortega’s “Julie and the Phantoms” dropped on Netflix in the summer of 2020. With a huge following of over 1.4 million across social media, Savannah Lee May has become an inspiration for young adults all over the world. “Showing up is half the battle, the other half is truly training and learning, and knowing exactly what you want to do ” Savannah used her platform to share some advice about success to her fans.

Earlier this April Savannah added her new movie A Cowgirl’s Song to her discography. Savannah recounts her experience on the set of A Cowgirl’s Song, “With A Cowgirl’s Song, that was the first time I was really able to sing the genre of music that introduced me to playing the guitar”.

This coming-of-age story about a young country singer resonated with Savannah. Growing up on the outskirts of Houston, you can imagine that country music holds a special place in Savannah’s heart. While Savannah’s grandfather was a country music singer, her parents’ favorite artists, such as ACDC, Michael Jackson and Eminem, helped Savannah’s playlists grow with a wide range of genres.

Savannah’s undeniable love for country music stemmed from her grandfather, who is battling Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’s is a disorder of the central nervous system that eventually affects the movement of the body, often including tremors. Savannah unfolds her grandfather’s battle with Parkinson’s, “It started off minor but as time went on it’s taken over completely”. Savannah’s grandfather’s slow decline of motor skills took a toll on her family, “It’s something that’s really hard to see on someone that you grew up with, always cracking jokes, teaching me how to play the guitar and singing”. Despite her grandfather’s battle with Parkinson’s, Savannah assures that his heart is still as healthy as an OX.

Savannah’s family has always been supportive of her career, and we can’t wait to watch her career grow right along with them.

SPOTLIGHT: NYCHOS

Blending themes of morbid corporeality with the colorful, hyper-loony aesthetic descended from comics and cartoons, Nychos has developed a unique style that performs with powerhouse effect whether on the street or in the gallery.

Raised in a traditional Viennese hunting family, death and dissection were daily business for Nychos. The proximity to animal viscera had a profound effect on him psychologically and visually–he now explores the theme of dissection in his art, pushing it to playful extremes.

In Nychos’ world, Spongebob has a skeleton, people live inside rabbits and there is always something wicked underneath. Pumped up on the visual adrenaline of comics, heavy metal and graffiti, Nychos’ work reflects the immense energy and technical focus necessary to produce work on the massive scale he has reached on the streets.

Colliding style and subject matter, Nychos slices up animals and innocent childhood characters with unflinching graphic precision. His work confronts the viewer with wicked insistence, using the shock of cartoon violence as a vehicle for exploring subtler themesof mortality and temporality. Nychos pays homage to these deathless cartoon heroes by peeling them open and giving them human substance. His artwork reflects the psychology of an art scene in which creations are sometimes swept away as soon as created.

Nychos also uses subtle imagery such as plastic in an orca’s belly, weaving political commentary seamlessly into his pieces. Using delicious color-scapes and wild, fuming lines to create his characters–whether with paintbrush or spray can–Nychos works with unmatched dynamism.

His command over his tools indicates a work ethic that promises only more staggering output from thisartist. Nychos’ paintings and drawings have been exhibited in galleries worldwide, including six solo exhibitions (Turino, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Paris) in the past two years alone.

These pieces serve as unique compliments to his massive public works that give character to cities all over the world. The artist’s last solo show took place in Zurich and was opened in October 2015. A cooperation with Jonathan Levine is planned for 2016. Nychos currently lives and works out of Rabbit Eye Movement, his studio and art space located in Vienna.

LANA LOVE — “EGO GO”

Upcoming alt-pop sensation Lana Love has shared her newest single and music video “Ego Go.” Backed by only a piano and strings, the new single highlights the intangible pursuit of perfection and the inevitable struggle of having to come to terms with your faults. Fans can check out the music video for “Ego Go” premiering exclusively on PopWrapped HERE. “Ego Go” is also available to stream HERE.

“It’s an internal dialogue between my Ego and my Self,” Lana expresses on the new single. “An honest, hard look in the mirror at the fears and flaws that make me human. I’m scared I’m not the woman I want to be, but I can’t let my ego go.”

“’Ego Go’” is the first track I played keys on myself. The song was written in a 10 min free-flow, sitting in a puddle of tears on my bedroom floor. There’s something unrefined about it, unlike the restraints of classical technique I grew up in. Simple and raw—I wanted the track to feel the way it did at conception: an earthquake of emotion.”

Lana Love’s self-titled EP is set to be released on October 1. Completely self-owned, the EP tells the story of Lana’s tremulous journey within the music industry. More information to come HERE.

Every once in a blue moon an artist emerges with an undeniable arsenal of talents and embarrassment of riches, and such is the case with contemporary pop artist Lana Love. The Atlanta-born juggernaut fully embodies the spirit of being multi-faceted as a singer, songwriter, classically trained pianist/musician, trained dancer, actor and burgeoning entrepreneur.

The genesis for Lana’s musical journey started in Naples, Florida as a precocious 4-year old who was obsessed with Andrew Lloyd Weber’s iconic “Phantom of The Opera” and started playing the song, “Music of the Night,” by ear on piano in her living room. From that auspicious beginning, Lana has been immersed in honing and expressing her artistry in every medium available. By age 7, she had written her first song. She later studied music at the University of Florida and the American Music Theater and Dramatic Academy in New York.

In her late teens, she was featured in several musical productions as a singer/actor/dancer produced by Disney and Nickelodeon that were presented internationally in over 20 countries throughout Europe. Back in the US she has amassed a number of television credits on programs that were broadcast by HBO, Warner Brothers, Discovery Channel, YouTube and Telemundo. She has also opened for mega rappers like Snoop Dogg and Wu Tang Clan, among other, dabbled in EDM and been a featured guest artist on RaF MC’s Latin dance track, “Baila.”

Currently, Lana is the epitome of a female entrepreneur in a male-dominated field. Between finally owning 100% of her masters and joining the ranks alongside the few women that have broken the digital currency barrier with an NFT venture on the horizon, Lana is a lyricist for the upcoming Netflix documentary “Malinche,” written by Nacho Cano and orchestrated by Hans Zimmer.

An entrepreneur and businesswoman at heart, Lana Love’s story continues to exponentially blossom. She is spreading the one message she holds most dearly…everything, absolutely everything is LOVE.

NEWS ROUNDUP – WEEK OF JULY NINETEENTH

By: Clara Guthrie

Capitol Rioter Receives Eight-Month Sentence in First Felony Trial Since Insurrection:

On Monday, the first US Capitol rioter to be charged with a felony was sentenced to eight months in prison, following a highly anticipated trial and guilty plea from the convicted. Florida resident Paul Hodgkins was indicted on the basis of obstructing congressional proceedings—specifically, for blocking the counting of electoral votes to confirm the victory of President Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

Hodgkins can be seen in photos from January 6, 2021: standing on the Senate floor, wearing a Trump 2020 tee shirt with an accompanying Trump flag slugged over his shoulder, even taking a selfie in front of the raised rostrum at the front of the room.

During the trial, Hodgkins took the stand to apologize for his actions, stating, “I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I am truly remorseful and regretful for my actions in Washington, DC, on January 6.” He also added that he had no intention of storming the Capitol when he arrived in DC; he claimed to have traveled with the sole intent of protesting for “a president I love.”

Preceding this, Hodgkins’ attorney, Patrick Leduc, introduced his client. Leduc displayed two selfies of Hogdkins before the jury: one from January 6 of Hodgkins on the Senate floor, and one of Hodgkins leaving Easter Sunday church services, a few months later. “When I look at the image on the left, I see a man who looks lost, and who lost his way,” Leduc said. “When I look at the image on the right, I see a man born again. […] The man to be sentenced by this Honorable Court is not the man who was lost on the left, but the man who has been found on the right.”

Despite these desperate attempts to garner sympathy, many still view the eight-month sentence as insufficient and a glaring example of white privilege in the criminal justice system, given the extremity of the crime. Even the judge for the case, District Judge Randolph Moss, said, “Hodgkins was staking a claim on the floor of the United States Senate, not with the American flag but with a flag declaring his loyalty to a single individual over the entire nation. […] That act captured the threat to democracy that we all witnessed that day.”

Big Time Rush Returns With Surprise Reunion Shows:

After seven years apart, the boy-band phenomenon Big Time Rush is returning. The comeback was announced via their official Twitter page in a tweet that says, “WE ARE BACK! It’s been a minute, but we couldn’t be more excited to see you! Let’s make up for lost time.” The group also announced two upcoming reunion shows; they will be performing on December 15 at the Chicago Theater in Chicago, and on December 18 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. Presale ticket access is available HERE.

The announcement was accompanied by a quirky video, updating fans on what the band has been up to since their final tour. Frontman Kendall Schmidt is seen walking through the woods, James Maslow is working under the hood of a car, Logan Henderson is “still working on that PhD” (but he’s really just playing Operation), and Carlos PeñaVega is on dad duty with his kids.

Big Time Rush first rose to fame on a Nickelodeon show of the same name that aired from 2009 until 2013. All four seasons of Big Time Rush are available on Netflix HERE.

Senate Committee Holds Hearing on the American Response to Coronavirus:

On Tuesday, the US Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions held a full committee hearing to discuss the federal perspective on the nation’s COVID-19 response. Dr. Rochelle Walensky, Director of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, were present as witnesses.

Most notable from the hearing was an explosive clash between Fauci and Republican Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky after Paul claimed that the National Institute of Health (NIH) helped fund illegal gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. According to The Hill, “gain-of-function is a controversial method where researchers make a pathogen more infectious, often to develop more effective treatments and vaccines.” Paul also implied that Fauci and the NIH are somehow responsible for the pandemic and the mass devastation it has created.

In response, Fauci explained that it is a molecular impossibility that any research funded by the NIH could be responsible for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. “You are implying that what we did was responsible for the deaths of individuals. I totally resent that,” Fauci added. “And if anybody is lying here, Senator, it is you.”

Paul’s inquisition was followed by the far more sympathetic questioning of Democratic Senator Tina Smith from Minnesota. She specifically asked Fauci how he thinks about the side-effect risks of the COVID-19 vaccine compared to the risks of not being vaccinated. “There is no intervention that is without sometimes getting an adverse event,” Fauci said. “You [have to] balance the rarity of a particular adverse event with the advantage you would get of protecting yourself against the actual disease against which you’re vaccinated. […] It’s always weighed on the part of saying that the benefit of the protection of the vaccine outweighs the risk of the adverse event.”

Wildfire Continues to Burn in Oregon:

The rampant Bootleg Fire in southern Oregon continues to burn as sporadic winds and heat lightning exacerbate the damage. On Wednesday, USA Today reported the total damages to span roughly 616 square miles, and the total containment of the fire to be about 32 percent. “This fire is a real challenge,” said incident commander Joe Hessel. “We are looking at a sustained battle for the foreseeable future.”

According to AP News, wildfires of this size—or even larger—used to burn more frequently across the American West, but “much less explosively” when they did. These natural fires would clear out the underbrush that makes fires like Bootleg so dangerous and difficult to contain. According to James Johnston, a researcher at Oregon State University’s College of Forestry, these natural and helpful fires have not been allowed to burn in recent years due to fire suppression and poor forest management. “My colleagues and I have been predicting a massive fire in that area for years,” Johnston said. “It’s an area that’s exceptionally prone to catastrophic fire. […] But what’s changed over the past 100 years is an extraordinary amount of fuel buildup.” He also noted that climate change is the true catalyst for such destruction.

The Milwaukee Bucks Win Their First NBA Championship in 50 Year:

After 50 years, the Milwaukee Bucks once again became NBA Champions with MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo leading the charge and putting up 50 points in a thrilling Game Six on Tuesday evening. The Bucks clinched a 105-98 victory over the Phoenix Suns to cap off a memorable 4-2 series.

Antetokounmpo accepted the Finals MVP Award following his electric game—which was the fourth in the series in which he had more than 40 points and 10 rebounds—and thanked the team that surrounded him. “They played hard every freaking game,” he said. “I trusted this team. I wanted to do it here in this city, I wanted to do it with these guys, so I’m happy. I’m happy that we were able to get it done.”

This was the Bucks’ second NBA championship in franchise history. The Suns have never won an NBA championship.

USWNT Defeated 3-0 in Tokyo Olympics Opener Against Sweden:

On Wednesday, the US women’s soccer team was defeated by the Swedish team 3-0 in their Tokyo Olympics opener. This loss marks the team’s first since January of 2019 and the end of a 44-match unbeaten streak. It was an especially painful outcome given the team’s loss to none other than Sweden on penalty kicks in the quarterfinals of the 2016 Rio Olympics: the first Olympics in which the team had ever failed to medal.

Many news outlets and fans have pointed out that the team looked sloppy and inharmonious in their most recent match. As USA Today said, “The US team looked against Sweden like teams usually look against them: inept, and unable to do anything about it.”

Fortunately for the team and the fans alike, Wednesday’s match was not a knockout. The team must now turn their attention towards their upcoming match against New Zealand on Saturday.

Second Trailer for the Highly Anticipated Film, Dune, Has Been Released:

WarnerMedia and Legendary Pictures finally released the second official trailer for the upcoming film, Dune, on Thursday. You can watch the epic trailer HERE.

Dune is the newest big-screen adaptation of the 1965 science-fiction novel of the same name by Frank Herbert, following a 1984 film by David Lynch. Given the density of the novel, this new adaptation only covers the first half, according to the director Denis Villeneuve, and the full title is actually Dune: Part One. The impressive cast includes Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Jason Momoa, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård and Javier Bardem.

Warner Bros. describes their upcoming release: “Dune tells the story of Paul Atreides, a brilliant and gifted young man born into a great destiny beyond his understanding, who must travel to the most dangerous planet in the universe to ensure the future of his family and his people. As malevolent forces explode into conflict over the planet’s exclusive supply of the most precious resource in existence—a commodity capable of unlocking humanity’s greatest potential—only those who can conquer their fear will survive.”

Dune is scheduled to be released in theaters and on HBO Max on October 22.

Kanye West DONDA Release:

Kanye West is set to release DONDA tonight in Atlanta. But West’s mother has always inspired his art, beginning in his youth. The portrait below is an early work West painted of Donda West in high school–part of an important collection of Kanye’s artwork–owned by D.C.-based art collector and entrepreneur Vinoda Basnayake.

After catching a glimpse of Kanye’s original artwork on an episode of PBS’s Antiques Roadshow and being deeply impressed by the work–which traces back Kanye’s artistic brilliance to his high school days–Basnayake set out on a mission to locate and purchase the portfolio and add it to his collection, which includes work from other artists such as Mr. Brainwash and Justin Bua.

Big Time Rush’s Big Time Reunion

By: Ally Brewster

Big Time Rush is an American boyband that got its start on Nickelodeon from 2009-2013. The band is comprised of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos PenaVega. The Big Time Rush show followed “4 hockey players from Minnesota that get the opportunity of a lifetime.” The show was an instant hit among children, garnering a cult-like following from the young audience. The success lead to the four seasons of the show, three albums and the band going on worldwide tours, breaking out of that “Disney/Nickelodeon children’s television band” trope that many children-show artists get stuck in.

Since 2013, the band-members parted ways, each going onto their respective solo careers. Kendall has a band named Heffron Drive with bandmate Dustin Belt that he released the album Happy Mistakes with in 2014, as well as singles after that. James has been modeling and has released singes such as “Love U Sober” and “Falling.” Logan has had a solo career in music, releasing two studio album Echoes of Departure and the Endless Street of Dreams – Pt. 1 and Pt. 2, as well as a number of singles. Carlos has had a successful acting career, being a voice actor on Nickelodeon’s The Loud House and in Hallmark’s Picture Perfect Mysteries series.

As the bandmates went their separate ways into their successful careers, they still were friends; as shown by their countless Instagram posts of them hanging out and singing together over the years, warming the hearts of fans worldwide and creating a glimmer of hope that one day they could all find their way back together.

In 2021, twelve years later after their premiere, the band still has die-hard fans, now all grown up and keeping the band relevant years after their Nickelodeon departure. Their song “Big Time Rush” became a trending sound on TikTok at the beginning of 2020. Stephen Kramer Glickman, who played Gustavo Rocque their songwriter on the show, sold handwritten Big Time Rush song lyrics in June 2021, posting on his TikTok how much he loves interacting with the Big Time Rush fans. People have been asking and hoping for new music, a tour, a movie, for them to reunite one last time, and it looks like fans have had their wish come true.

At the beginning of 2020 the Big Time Rush Instagram became active for the first time in years. Fans went crazy over it. Does this mean they’re reuniting? Are they getting a reboot show like other beloved 2000s children shows such as iCarly and That’s So Raven? The question never was truly answered as the pandemic came in full force, halting any plans if there were any.

With the revival of the Instagram, the band-members reunited for a quick reunion video, to talk about what’s going on, something that many celebrities did as a way to give to the fans during the uncertain and scary times. Fans couldn’t contain their excitement as everyone thought that the video meant they were reuniting, especially once Carlos said the phrase, “and who knows, a lot to look forward to at the end of this.” Fans took this as a hint that something big was going to happen with them. Perhaps a new album or tour? The answer remained a mystery as the band posted throwbacks and shared what each member was doing throughout the pandemic, never even acknowledging the questions that filled their comment section.

Finally, in July 2021, fans got their answers. The Big Time Rush Instagram was wiped, no posts public. The profile picture was turned to red, as were the members of the band and Stephen Kramer Glickman. Fans went wild. They knew what this meant. The color profile picture and wiped social media, a classic marketing tactic of musicians in the digital age: rebrand yourself for what’s next; get people talking about what it means.

And their fan’s intuition proved correct, as on July 19, 2021, the band made a Big Time Announcement: they’re reuniting for two live performances, one in New York City, the other in Chicago. The announcement was filled with a bunch of inside jokes from the television show, from the voiceover, Kendall by his name on the tv show, to calling James “bandana man,” asking Carlos where his helmet was, referencing Logan’s PhD seeking character from the show, and declaring that they are going to once again “live it Big Time.”
