“Ice Cold” opens the duality of upcoming Palmtrees & Powerlines, the two-part project that explores both NETSKY’s magnetic brand of pop music (on Palmtrees) and his genre-bending innovation as a creator of club tracks (onPowerlines). “Ice Cold”, with its dancefloor vibes, finds its home in Powerlines, where previously released “Téquila Limonada” feat. A.CHAL, aligns with Palmtrees. Each song from Palmtrees & Powerlines will find a place within one of these two worlds NETSKY has built.

About their “Ice Cold” collaboration, Guetta excitedly said, “Working with NETSKY on this track was amazing. He’s such a great producer, and I’m really happy with the end result.”

NETSKY recently produced two cuts on the Guetta’s recent album 7, including “Light Headed” [feat. Sia] and “Battle” [feat. Faouzia].

Assembling jazz, doo wop, and fifties and sixties staples, the album reflects the smoky film noir spirit of the critically acclaimed thriller. Multi-talented, Brooklyn-based singer, songwriter and producer Jeremy Zucker unveils his latest single “thinking 2 much” today—listen here. “thinking 2 much” and Zucker’s recently released single “comethru” are taken from his upcoming EP summer, set for release on September 28^th.

Zucker just kicked off his first-ever North American headline tour, the “anything, anywhere tour,” of which 21 of the 23 shows sold out in advance of the tour. See the full list of dates below.

Growing up in suburban New Jersey, 22-year-old singer, songwriter and producer Jeremy Zucker has always been surrounded by music. As a child, he took piano and guitar lessons and formed a band with two friends from elementary school. By high school, he was writing lyrics and producing songs for other people. Eventually, Zucker recorded a rough demo, which became his first real release beach island in the summer of 2015. He followed it with breathe in the fall of that same year as a freshman at Colorado College pursuing a degree in Molecular Biology. He cranked out songs in his dorm room and released them over Soundcloud—one every week. He later transferred them over to Spotify, where breathe’s lead single “Bout It” became the catalyst, hitting Spotify’s Discover Weekly playlist.

From there Zucker released motions in 2017 and performed at his first sold-out show at The Studio of Webster Hall that summer. Following the massive streaming success of his 2017 single “talk is overrated” featuring blackbear, 2018’s intensely personal EP glisten delivered the groundbreaking song “all the kids are depressed,” the first widespread glimpse into Zucker’s songwriting ethos. The track has over 30 million Spotify streams to date and its powerful video, directed by Drew Kirsch (Felix Jaehn, blackbear, Louis the Child, Quinn XCII), has over 5 million views to date. In May, he graduated from Colorado College and put his degree aside to finally pursue his dream of making music. “The recording sessions for Noonday Dream were so varied and over quite a period of time. There were little gems that we didn’t know what to do with but it felt right to put these 3 together, both separate and a part of the album so to speak.”

SG Lewis scores percussive basslines alongside arpeggiated synth melodies to accompany AlunaGeorge’s honeyed vocals as she pines after lost love. The resultant track is a dream-worthy collaboration ready for any dance floor.

Speaking on the track, SG says “Aluna and I met for the first time in LA earlier this year, and I was talking to her about the album concept, and in particular, Dark. Aluna has been a part of so many dance records that I love, so I knew I wanted to make a club track with her! After we ate burritos and hung out, we made “Hurting” super quickly – the whole process was super natural between the two of us, and she has such an amazing ear for production.”
