How an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Helped Me to Overcome PTSD

By Beth Lauren, certified Ayurveda Wellness Counselor, founder of Sangha NYC and author of Reeling: Misadventures in Moviemaking, Money and Love

It can be challenging to assess how the mind contributes to a person’s overall physical health. Still, the mind-body connection is now widely accepted by Western medical traditions as it has been by Eastern medicine for centuries.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a psychiatric condition that can occur in people who have experienced a traumatic event such as combat, a severe accident, or sexual assault. Studies have shown that the hyperarousal symptoms of PTSD may also put a survivor in a constant state of stress and anxiety. It’s common knowledge that both put tremendous strain on a person’s body, increasing the risk for physical health problems including cardiovascular disease, asthma, chronic pain, sleep apnea, and a host of gastrointestinal disorders.

The mind and body work together in both harmony and disharmony. For years PTSD troubled my mind and continued its descent through my body, resulting in bouts of IBS, sleep apnea, and insomnia. PTSD was my enduring legacy as a rape survivor. I was just 12 years old at the time of my assault. I would be 46 when I first began to process this violent and painful experience that was too much for both my brain and body to handle for 34 years.

Five years later, I became an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and adopted the daily routine, or dinacharya, an Ayurvedic lifestyle recommends practitioners follow. And now, at the age of 55, I’m experiencing the best mental and physical health of my life.

Ayurveda is an ancient healing system. Using a holistic approach, Ayurveda balances manas (mind), shareera (body), and atma (soul) for optimal health. The goal of practitioners is not merely to prevent and cure disease but to focus on optimizing physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being. Managing both mind and body together is the approach needed to treat symptoms of PTSD successfully.

Ayurveda also offers a personalized methodology that is well-suited for treating the individual needs of those who have PTSD. No one’s pain is the same. How trauma manifests in the body can be affected by climate, pre-existing health issues, age, genetics – so many factors.

An Ayurvedic way of living: diet, daily routine, yoga, and meditation

On my journey, I found that I wanted my body and soul to follow once my mind was free from suffering. I began by paying close attention to how my eating habits affected my mood, digestion, and weight. It wasn’t just what I put into my body, but when I ate—the time of day and my state of mind when I was eating contributed to my malfunctioning digestion. Emotional eating was an issue for me, as it is for so many survivors, especially women. How many television shows and movies have we all seen where the heroine soothes her broken heart with a pint of ice cream?

In Ayurveda, food is medicine, not a consolation prize. Choosing foods that are in harmony with the season, grown locally, and favor one’s dosha—the energetic force of nature that comprises one’s unique body constitution—is essential for following an Ayurvedic lifestyle. I also found that eating primarily hot cooked foods and adding warming spices such as turmeric, cardamom, cumin, and cinnamon nourished my body and brain.

The more I learned about what an Ayurvedic lifestyle could offer, the more it seemed intuitive. Simple adjustments such as having my largest meal for lunch instead of dinner made sense to me. Why wouldn’t I give my body as much waking time as possible to digest heavy foods?

Digestive strength is paramount in Ayurveda. Maintaining strong agni or digestive power supports the body’s immunity, and a robust immune system is essential for managing daily stressors. Digesting doesn’t just apply to nutrition. We are constantly digesting our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Healthy agni is key to a calm and peaceful state of mind, so all three don’t overwhelm us.

My daily practice includes 1-2 cups of Cumin, Coriander, Fennel (CCF) tea, a traditional Ayurvedic blend that supports digestion and gently detoxifies the liver. CCF’s calming and cooling qualities work well with all constitutions.

Several Ayurvedic herbs nourish and calm the brain and body, but the one I recommend as the most productive is ashwagandha.

A powerful herb in Ayurvedic healing, ashwagandha has been used in India for centuries for a wide variety of conditions, including stress, anxiety, insomnia, joint pain – the list is endless, and it includes some of the most common PTSD symptoms. In Ayurveda, specific herbs are adaptogens, which help the body cope with external stresses such as toxins in the environment and internal stresses such as anxiety and insomnia. Ashwagandha is one of them.

Yoga is so much more than a way to stretch and strengthen muscles. Daily practice can provide mental clarity and peace, providing a spiritual and psychological foundation for Ayurveda. It’s no mystery why certification as an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor includes a yoga module. For me, slow-paced yoga postures such as paschimottasana (seated forward bend pose) and matsyendrasana (half spinal twist pose) help to keep me calm and relaxed.

Given that the mind-body connection is fundamental to Ayurveda, it’s evident that meditation would be, like yoga, an integral component of its practice. Meditation helps us to attain awareness and harmony by experiencing inner calm and deep relaxation. While the violence I survived will always produce lingering feelings and thoughts resulting in anxiety, sadness, and eyes that fill with tears, all those emotions are less charged now. Those memories no longer imprison my body and brain. I can honestly write that a 5,000-year-old modality has been a massive part of my recovery, and for that, I am very grateful.

Higher Reality

From our ancient Mother, we have stories of victory that give us light. We, as Higher Beings, grow as plants and trees to provide shade that we will never sit in. Today, Adversity comes from those with no roots who hate plants. They want to extinguish our sacred flame. Power from Profit, they are poisoning our souls one individual at a time. Individual liberty and equality are a memory?

I am one voice. I am a self-taught artist who has overcome autism and a decade of rape with Cannabis. Her manifestation within my mind and blood has given me peace. Freedom is within all of us. We just need to listen to the Voice of our Ancestor. Healing and loving kindness are just breath away. Using what grows from Mother Earth has given me a Spark of Determination to ignite and grow into a flame of passion. We must let our fire burn in the oven. Fire is universal. Fire stirs the essence of human artistry; it is the spark of the will to a higher frequency. That frequency is Love. Fire creates light and is not appreciated in our modern plastic society. Most humans are asleep and have lost interaction with real Fire.

Every human being is an individual, and every individual is a world like no other. We must become aware. Consciousness is awareness. We must make the subconscious conscious. Do you think Mother Earth is happy today? Is She proud of all the innocent blood seeping into her soil? Mother Earth is just, but Her actions can be terrible for those who violate Her. Why must we ask permission for freedom in this realm?

If cannabis plants could talk, we would arrest them! Exterminate them! I do not fear the system and its invented drug laws, because I defend Mother Nature. You can’t manipulate Love and Harmony. This war on people has gone on long enough. There is no liberty if the people have no voice. There is no justice where there is no truth. We need to stop putting people into boxes and view life as a unified whole. Don’t let the Oppressor be your Master. Face the light and know the Highest Consciousness of the cosmos is Love. Only truth awakens the morning of peace, and no law is higher than truth. There must be reparations for everyone who has lost freedom because of what grows beautifully from soil. We are a warm Light in this world and changing the world is NOW!

My art is growing marvelously like new buds on a healthy plant. I have always attempted what is out of the ordinary and have achieved the wonderful impossible. I have used all aspects of trauma to awaken the Divinity within my blood and devise my own style of art. I am a cosmic force, and my art is a tender plant being watered every day. Art is magic, and magic allows us to see what is hidden from our physical world. My spiritual roots are extremely strong and no plant lives without them.

History is within us; we just have to Remember. Our primal mother’s blood flows in our veins as we experiment meticulously with experience. There are so many people that need help, and every day is a chance to let our 420 Light shine! The energy within my vessel has passed through many transformations and stages of Alchemy to make me the electric individual I am today. Within my blood stirs centuries of fire! Out of the ashes the Phoenix will spread its wings and fly. Freedom is our battle cry!

We must not fear those who aim guns at plants because we are more powerful than they are. The wise ears of Mary Jane’s children seek truth. With patented grown food we are killing our youth. Humans eat and kill beings greater than themselves… And the kids still are not getting an appropriate number of vitamins and nutrients. The children are now the size of the cow. Maybe that’s bloody Karma? We are a Higher Frequency in a realm of polluted air that we must breathe every day. Resistance is part of this evolution. Oxygen is a wonderful gift from plants, that when within our vessels transforms into energy. Energy is Eternal. Plants are green energy. Plants Heal. We have a choice. I am screaming Can you hear my voice? One day your earth walk will end. Don’t let your fire die!

Calum Scott – Biblical ASL Version

Multi-platinum-selling singer/songwriter Calum Scott has created an American Sign Language (ASL) version of his recent single “Biblical,” a stunning and soulful ballad that premiered in June. Made in collaboration with the Tony Award-winning Deaf West Theatre, (David Kurs, Artistic Director), the ASL version of “Biblical” encompasses a powerfully moving video in which the U.K.-based artist and several performers interpret the track’s deeply personal storytelling. Check out “Biblical (American Sign Language Version In Collaboration with Deaf West Theatre)” HERE.

“It is incredibly important for me to reach as many people as possible with my music so when the opportunity came about to work with the Deaf community, I was so excited to collaborate,” says Scott. “I feel immense gratitude to know that my music continues to transcend language across the world and not only did I want to have a sign language version of the song but I also wanted to learn how to sign it myself to connect directly with my fans in this often underrepresented community.”

Beautifully shot in black and white, the ASL version of “Biblical” opens on Scott spelling out the song’s title in ASL. From there, the visual focuses on a series of actors as they each offer up an impassioned interpretation of “Biblical” and its heartfelt expression of unconditional love. As revealed by Giovanni Maucere (the video’s ASL director), each frame was meticulously crafted to enhance the song’s impact among members of the Deaf community.

“It is my honor to collaborate with Deaf West Theatre and Calum Scott,” says Maucere. “I knew that we could bring a new facet to the song by expressing the beauty and honesty of the song through ASL. Deaf people experience music in various ways, and in this video ASL is layered with camera movement and lighting in a way that we can begin to feel Calum’s story. This music video is a true expression of honest and accessible storytelling.”

Partly recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios (and accompanied by a spellbinding video), “Biblical” marks the first single from Scott’s forthcoming sophomore album. Due later this year, the album will follow his 2018 full-length debut Only Human, a widely acclaimed release that hit No. 1 on the iTunes album chart in 21 countries across the globe, in addition to selling more than 3.6 million in adjusted album sales and amassing over 7.5 billion combined streams.

Last month, Scott appeared on “TODAY” to discuss the inspiration behind “Biblical” and deliver a soul-stirring performance of the track. Check out the clip HERE.

With the release of the ASL version of “Biblical,” Scott has moved forward with his ambition of making music that fosters a profound sense of community and connection. “Having seen how my music had reacted with people over the last three years, it gave me an opportunity to absorb what I had experienced, to mature and become an artist with a mission,” says Scott. “I want to create something for people to feel seen, heard, and represented.”

About Calum Scott

With the arrival of his 2018 debut album Only Human, U.K.-based singer/songwriter Calum Scott landed at No. 1 on the iTunes album chart in over 20 countries around the world, amassing over 7.5 billion total global streams and counting. Now certified platinum or gold in 21 countries, Only Human includes his platinum-selling smash “You Are The Reason,” a track that cracked the top 25 on Spotify’s US Viral 50 and hit the top 10 on iTunes single charts in 38 countries. The album also features Scott’s stripped-back, platinum-certified cover of Robyn’s “Dancing On My Own,” which earned a Brit Award nomination in the category of Best British Single. His first new music since Only Human, Scott’s new single “Biblical” marks an exciting evolution of his artistry, bringing even more raw emotion to his soulful and timeless sound. With its title referring to “a love of biblical proportions that transcends everyone and everything,” according to Scott, the piano-laced ballad is the first song released from his highly anticipated sophomore album due early 2022. Over the last few years, his songs have appeared on countless TV shows (including American Idol, The Voice, So You Think You Can Dance, Grey’s Anatomy, and many more), while Scott has performed on such shows as Late Night with Seth Meyers, Ellen, Good Morning America, Live with Kelly and Ryan, and Dancing With The Stars, among others. In addition, he garnered acclaim from outlets including Billboard (who hailed his “stunningly pure voice”), The Huffington Post (who stated that “Scott makes an impressive splash, compelling”), and Ones to Watch (who noted that Scott’s music “elegantly transforms pain into beauty”).

Calum Scott × Biblical

Today, multi-platinum-selling singer/songwriter Calum Scott returns with his soulful new single “Biblical” and its beautifully surreal video. The first single from his forthcoming sophomore album, “Biblical” is the U.K.-based artist’s first new music since his full-length debut Only Human — a 2018 release that hit No. 1 on the iTunes album chart in 21 countries across the globe, in addition to selling more than 3.6 million in adjusted album sales and amassing over 7.5 billion combined streams.

Showcasing Scott’s soulful voice and deeply personal songwriting, “Biblical” speaks to the extraordinary power of unconditional love. “While I know the word ‘biblical’ has spiritual connotations to many, ‘Biblical’ to me is about unquantifiable love, a love beyond description or measure, a love of biblical proportions that transcends everyone and everything,” says Scott. “If I can aspire for one thing for this song, it’s that the listener hears it and fits a name, a face, or a passion to the lyric and makes it their story.”

Directed by UK duo Franklin & Marchetta, the video for “Biblical” opens on Scott sitting alone in a desolate room, then cuts to an alternate reality in which various characters (including a ballet dancer, a violinist, and a bride and groom) drift along in an underwater reverie. By the end of the video, Scott has broken through the wall that separates him from that enchanted world, becoming blissfully submerged as well.

Produced by Jon Maguire and partly recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios, “Biblical” unfolds in moving piano melodies and delicate string work, building to a breathtaking cascade of harmonies at the bridge. “‘Biblical’ gave me contentment during a really awful time: it was a song that I had almost given up searching for, one that truly spoke to me. Finding a song you feel so connected to is the closest to magic you can get.” In sharing “Biblical” with the world, Scott hopes to provide listeners with the same sense of connection. “Lockdown had presented all of us a moment to realize how much people mean to us and how sometimes we take that for granted,” he says. “Singing that sentiment enabled me to release and reflect those emotions, immortalizing them. The song means so much to me that I wanted to make it the first thing people hear when coming back with new music.”

With his sophomore album due out later this year, “Biblical” makes for a perfect introduction to the next era of Scott’s artistry, which finds him fully claiming his identity as a lyrical storyteller. “Having seen how my music had reacted with people over the last three years, it gave me an opportunity to absorb what I had experienced, to mature and become an artist with a mission,” says Scott. “I want to create something for people to feel seen, heard, and represented.”

Things To Consider Before Getting A Psychic Readings Online

The world of the paranormal has been something that we’ve been fascinated with ever since science parted ways with the fascination of the hidden universe, in a favor of the observable universe. When we  think about psychics, we often have this idea in her head that movies have conjured. These movies portray older, often heavily accented women with secret knowledge from another side of the world. Fortunately, regardless of where you are in the world, there are people who are, or claim to be, psychic travelers and mediums to a hidden aspect of this physical world. You can call it: “the spirit world“, the world of “dark matter“, or the force that makes up the majority of the mass and energy in the universe. Whatever it is, the gift to perceive this world is just as real as the equations in the charts of the observable universe.

If you are looking to see a psychic, for whatever reason, there are a few things that you should know prior to going in. Here are some of the top considerations prior to your visit.

Keep and Open Mind

Keeping an open mind is one of the top priorities if you are on the receiving end of a psychic reading. The reason for this is because the hidden world is not about solid, concrete yes’s and no’s. That’s for the world of the observable universe. In the world of energy fields, it’s about possibilities and predilections. The people at Psychics 4 Today know this and employ it in their readings. In fact, every good seeker should know this. When you go in for a reading, it’s about where you are at that very moment, relative to the potential events in your life. When psychics map that out, they’re not telling you any one thing will happen, nor are they giving us all the time. This is because time—as physicists are coming to find, is more malleable. Keeping an open mind means understanding these concepts, and not seeking absolutes.

Good Questions

Just like any consultation, whether it be financial, legal, or spiritual, you cannot expect the person on the receiving end to know exactly what’s going on without an explanation. This is also true with a psychic. Contrary to popular belief, you still have to ask the proper questions. If you go in, arrogant as ever, and ask whether or not you’re going to get a promotion, you’re probably not going to get the answer you want. This is because that promotion is heavily based on, not only the conspiring events in the universe, but your own personal decisions in relation to that. If you come in with the right questions, then you might get the answers that you need.

Mediums and Psychics

There’s a difference between a psychic and a medium. You have to know what it is you’re actually looking for. Now, they can be both, and they’re often very normal people. But in terms of their relationship with the supernatural, some can differ. The media is somebody who, through their own personally crafted technique, access is a communication line between themselves, you, and another person. This person could be alive, missing, or possibly passed on to another plane.

The point is a medium is specific in their goal. A psychic, on the other hand, follows the energy source of individuals to give intuitive information, and possible truths in the future. If you go to a psychic, and ask them to communicate with the dead, you’re probably going to get an odd look in the referral. Same thing goes for meeting up with a medium, and asking about in the future. They’re going to give you that same look and, hopefully, a referral.

Different Psychics

Even within the second community, there are people that specialize in different kinds. Once again, it depends on who is sensitive to different types of energy fields. There are multiple forms of “psychic” ability and technique. Divination is one. The definition is your classic assessment on occult information in the future. Divination is the “classic“ image of a psychic with a crystal ball. As much as the crystal ball may be a good means of anchoring energy sources, ultimately it is not totally necessary. Dowsing is another form and technique. Dowsing is used to find things. Traditionally, it was used as a technique to find water. Back when we didn’t have national irrigation systems finding patches of water was the difference between death and survival. Do you serve supernatural means to find water, has kept people alive for thousands, if not millions of years. Again, dowsing has been used to find the ruins, missing individuals, and hidden personal items.

Be Respectful

There’s something that people like to do when they contact a psychic. They, for some reason, want to test the “credibility“ of the psychic they employed. The thing is, once again, these individuals are dealing with absolutes. You’re not going to find a psychic or medium to give you a yes or no on whether or not you have the correct lottery numbers. They are not going to tell you the driver’s license number of your significant other at home. Honestly, this is just a waste of everybody’s time. It’s advisable not to do so, less you just want to waste your hard-earned money to feel a little better about bringing negative energy to an individual that’s trying to help. That’s just bad business.

Beware of Scammers

Even if we’re dealing with the paranormal, and the supernatural, you should still do your research. There are frogs out there. There are people that will claim to contact your dead mother, and charge you more for more information. There are people that will con you into buying lottery tickets from them. There are individuals who do scam. This is where the Internet comes into play. If you can do your research properly, and only stick to those who have a good rating, you have more chances of not getting emotionally manipulated by somebody who claims to have solid answers.

The world of the supernatural is both mysterious and funny. Yes, it’s not always lighthearted, but there’s no rule that says that it can’t be. What we love about psychics, is anchoring ourselves to that massive energy we cannot see. In the world of physics, this “dark energy“ is an entire field that seems to hold the strings on what we can see. Until we have a means of communicating on that other side using the science of the observable universe, we will always have psychics.

Can A Psychic Help With My Panic Attacks?

At the moment, everyone is intently focused on physical health. After all, in a global pandemic, the virus is our greatest enemy. Having infected over a million people worldwide, killing over a hundred thousand, COVID-19 is incredibly serious and requires constant awareness.

However, that does not mean mental health concerns can take a back seat. On the contrary, more people than ever are suffering with anxiety related to the illness, job loss, economic collapse, and more.

If you are having panic attacks, you are certainly not alone. Furthermore, while it is easy to downplay panic attacks in the face of a deadly virus, anyone who has gone through one knows how serious it can be.

While some people have turned to therapy, mindfulness, and yoga, others do not find comfort in these areas. An interesting alternative is turning to an online psychic.

How can a psychic help?

Good psychics like Best Psychics Club are not the mysterious type you see on TV. They don’t wave their hands and make predictions about your future. Rather, they give you insight into yourself. They are in many ways similar to a therapist. The difference is that they tap into your psychic energies, instead of focusing solely on your coping mechanisms.

Tarot card readers can help you understand what is going on inside you and what patterns you need to look out for. They can give you practical guidance as to how to prevent panic attacks and manage them in the moment.

Palm readings can give you a deep look into certain fundamental aspects of your character. After all, these truths are applicable throughout your life. You can learn how best to manage your emotions in general.

If you have lost someone close to you, a medium can give you the reassurance that they are still a part of your life. They can connect you to the different energies necessary to tap in order to get in touch with them.

Interested in psychic readings to help with your panic attacks? Try these brands.

California Psychics

California Psychics is an excellent platform for any first-timer. The most significant thing to know about California psychics is that they vet every single psychic on their site. This is crucial as it is all-too-easy for charlatans to pretend to know more than they do. This platform can help you with incredible insight into your inner self. Their psychics are responsible and will not give you information you cannot handle. They will see you through the process of putting their information into practice.

Psychic Source

While California Psychics is ideal for carefully vetted professionals, Psychic Source will put you in touch with a much wider range of types of psychics. Thus, if tarot cards and palm readings don’t suit your needs, you can look for something which does. Psychic Source does vet its psychics, but may not be as thorough in the process as California Psychics.

Kasamba

Kasamba is one of the oldest online psychic sites. They are highly reliable and provide a good range of readings. While not as varied as Psychic Source, they do provide a more traditional experience. They have been doing this a long time, and have countless happy customers. They can give you good insight into your own strengths, helping you get through panic attacks and any other challenges in these trying times.

Summary

A psychic can certainly help you with panic attacks. During the COVID-19 crisis, this sort of help may be exactly what you need. Make sure you do your research before settling on any one psychic. Choosing someone so important to your well-being should take your full commitment.

Today the dynamite young talent has released the first offering off his upcoming new project Under Investigation 2 (out this Spring) — a powerful anthem in “Man of The Year.”

LISTEN TO “MAN OF THE YEAR” by LIL POPPA

At just 18-years-old, Lil Poppa has already drawn major attention for tracks like “Purple Hearts” — an independent release that’s organically amassed over 2.6 million YouTube views, all on the strength of Poppa’s straight-from-the-heart delivery and hard-hitting lyrics. Signed by Interscope’s Executive Vice President Joie Manda, this new signing further cements the company’s proven track record in breaking exciting new rap artists; “Natural talent spotlights itself, and with Poppa’s raw talent and unwavering mission to get his message out — there seems to be no stopping Poppa’s undeniable rise. He’s one to watch,” adds Joie.

Poppa began rapping each week at church, joining a group of friends and sharing rhymes with a spiritual bent. At age 12, he built a makeshift studio in his closet and started self-recording with a laptop and Radio Shack microphone. With a string of mixtapes under his belt, Poppa made his breakthrough with a pair of singles from 2018: “Nightmare on Elm St.” and “Purple Hearts,” whose cinematic video revealed the real-life story behind the song.”

Michelle Cadreau x “Dominate”

Hip-hop lyricist Michelle Cadreau has developed a writing and rapping style with both subtlety and introspection to reflect her Native Canadian Indian and Polish ancestry. With four CDs to her credit, the Hamilton, Ontario melds hypnotic and soulful beats with her trademark urban poetry to create a performance style that is equally juxtaposed and complementary.

Given the native Indian name Blue Sky at birth by her grandmother (who was born on a reserve in northern Ontario), Cadreau has a tattoo on her back of blue zebra stripes in the shape of an eye with the inscription ‘Blue Sky.’ It is a physical reminder of her spiritual relationship to the earth and heavens and her family.

With musical influences that include Biggie Smalls, Eminem, Dr. Dre, and Snoop Dogg, Cadreau proudly emulates their style. Her ideas often come from a word or phrase that sparks inspiration and builds from there.  She also credits her parents for her love of music. Both played in bands most of their lives – her mother (a nurse by profession) is a vocalist and drummer and her father a vocalist and bass guitarist.

Like her mother, Cadreau also plays drums, having begun lessons at age five. She is also an accomplished painter and jewelry designer and has a degree in interior design. Her connection to the visual arts has been a foundation for her lyrics, which paint pictures of the joy and pain of life.

Among her releases is the breakout number, “Precipitation,” an articulate and explicit song that boldly details a rapper giving a slam performance for fans; “Like a Killer,” uses boxing to symbolize violence; and “Hip Hop Clerk” is a commentary on making it in the music industry.

Also included is “Ineffable,” a look at fan adulation; “Give Me The Prize,” a nod to intelligence and the rewards it can provide; and “Tallest Mountain,” a heartfelt look at making your way up the hip hop ladder. Her strongest response by far from both fans and critics online has been for the song “Ghetto Survival,” which equates creating powerful rap music with persistence and success.

Cadreau is using her lyrical deftness and distinct vantage point to create music that is true to her while paying homage to the complex backstory of rap and hip hop.

This powerful series of genuine, short-and-sweet conversations with successful entrepreneurs, artists, coaches, best-selling authors, and healers who have developed and crafted their work around living a meaningful life, they’ll get practical advice, tools, and strategies for becoming clearer on their vision for their work in the world, while aligning their mindset with abundance.

Specifically, they’ll learn:

•  How to get clear on their potential and purpose, without the overwhelm (no more feeling like it’s just impossible to figure out what to do next!).

• Strategies for profiting from their unique experience, so they can make money living their purpose.

• How to break through limiting beliefs and patterns that hold them back from living your dreams.

• How to grow their mind and your business, without sacrificing their true, authentic, and rad self.

• One critical key to bringing their vision to life successfully (they don’t want to miss this!).

• How to create flexibility in their schedule, so they can prioritize the things they love.

• And so much more.

In short, they’ll discover how to claim their power, and bust through whatever it is blocking their forward progress … so they can finally move powerfully into abundance in all areas!

Christina is the perfect person to host this interview series, because she knows what it’s like to wake up every day feeling the resistance that comes from knowing you aren’t on the right path, living your purpose. Her “rock bottom” came while being in a destructive relationship, holding three jobs, and still not having enough money, or enough time for her loved ones. When her little sister passed away, Christina became acutely and painfully aware of our limited time on this planet.

She hired a therapist and a coach to help her recognize her own power and potential. She learned how to become an active creator in her life—a life that would be in service to others. And by doing so, she discovered how to have the stability, flexibility, and freedom in her work that she so desired.

Now, Christina is committed to having it all! She plans her work around her life, not the other way around, and she’s hosting this interview series to empower people to recognize their power, move into their potential, and experience their purpose … so they can live the same life of FREEDOM and SERVICE that she does!
