Here at 360 Magazine, we had the pleasure of viewing the premiere of Sin Miedo: La Experiencia. Leading up to the virtual concert, there was a creatively animated two-minute countdown introducing the virtual concert. Kali Uchis appears in a beautifully nude colored bodice with delicate sheer fabric flowing down the length of her legs. Surrounded by cacti, beautiful sky background and sultry lighting, Kali began her performance.
The creative direction had a heavenly yet playful vibe as Kali beautifully shifted between songs with her soft, sultry, siren-like voice. 1800 Christalino Tequila was seen strategically placed throughout the premiere and Kali poured a glass at the end of the performances as she thanked her fans for watching.
Bellagio’s Petrossian Bar in Las Vegas Debuts Caviar and Cocktails for the Modern Traveler
Caviar Tacos, “Worldly” Old Fashioned, and cocktail pairings highlight new experience from The Strip’s most iconic lobby bar
Caviar Tacos and captivating cocktail pairings take center stage at Petrossian Bar’s new epicurean experience at Bellagio Resort & Casino. Along with live piano sounds and views of Dale Chihuly’s “Fiori di Como” over the resort’s bustling lobby, the legendary bar’s evolved menu blends signature components of Las Vegas’ culinary scene with extravagant ingredients to create an approachable way to indulge in the world’s finest spirits and caviar.
“Petrossian Bar has long been heralded as an iconic people-watching destination featuring exceptional caviar, high-end spirits, and tea service,” said Bellagio Executive Chef Wesley Holton. “We took those core elements and world-renowned offerings, then infused them with modern concepts for an engaging lobby bar experience that cannot be found anywhere else.”
A Glimpse into Petrossian Bar’s New Menu
Worldly Old Fashioned: A glass globe transports an international Old Fashioned tableside with Yamazaki 12-Year Japanese Whisky, WhistlePig 10-Year Whiskey, Craigelliache 13-Year Scotch, Demerara Syrup and Angostura Bitters.
Poof!: Encapsulated in a glass of smoke is an exquisite cocktail-pairing experience. Once the smoke dissipates, Poof! reveals a concoction of Bulliet Rye Whiskey, Copper & King Apple Brandy and Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth sitting side-by-side with Duck Confit Croquettes for a smoky and surprising delight to be enjoyed together.
The Bellagio Martini: Exuding elegance with a beautifully shaped ice sphere at the center of the glass, this quintessential vodka-based martini features lemon essence for a splash of citrus to pair with the lavish and edible Ossetra Caviar Cigar.
Caviar Taco: One of the planet’s most opulent and scrumptious tacos features a thin and crispy potato shell filled with layered flavors of Hamachi, lemon, chives and olive oil and then topped with Daurenkie caviar.
Caviar Pie: Crème fraiche and brown butter filling upon a flaky crust create a savory tart garnished with green apples, lemons, and flowers to complement the caviar in this indulgent pie.
Dark Chocolate Caviar: Petrossian Bar’s delectable dessert mimics caviar service through dark chocolate “pearls” presented with Meyer lemon gelee, fresh citrus supremes, Rose champagne sorbet and vanilla chantilly.
In addition to these new signature cocktails and decadent dishes, Petrossian Bar offers an elevated Afternoon Tea experience from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The experience includes freshly baked scones, flavorful desserts, and choice of tea.
Reservations are required at Petrossian Bar. Visit Bellagio online for more information.

At the adjacent Annex, Fieldwork builds out its indoor footprint to 1,450 square feet with an additional 900 square feet outside for the European-style beer garden. The new Fieldwork Taproom and Beer Garden at Oxbow Public Market Annex overlooks the Napa River and Oxbow Commons green space, and is located next to The Fatted Calf and Model Bakery.
“We are excited to have this expanded indoor / outdoor space to present a Fieldwork environment that is more akin to our other larger Bay Area locations,” said Barry Braden, CEO and Co-Founder of Fieldwork Brewing Company. “Our goal is always to provide the best hospitality, a casual environment, and seasonal beers — as fresh as possible and directly from the source.”
Steve Carlin, Founder and Managing Partner of Oxbow Public Market stated, “Barry and Alex always produce a terrific product and fun atmosphere. We expect their new space to be lively, comfortable, and a major part of Oxbow Public Market for years to come.”
Brewing well over 500 unique beers since opening its West Berkeley brewery in February 2015, Fieldwork brews with as much a sense of purpose as a sense of place as they honor Northern California’s magnificent outdoor landscapes with an array of idiosyncratic beers. The esteemed brewing team led by Head Brewer and Co-Founder Alex Tweet focuses on innovation for its ever-evolving roster of highly aromatic and well-balanced beers. Based on seasonality and consistent quality, Fieldwork forges its own path brewing beers they simply love to drink.

Some beers reappear and others never repeat.
The Fieldwork Taproom and Beer Garden at Oxbow Public Market Annex will feature upwards of 18 beers on the menu, and will present live music and other A&E programming.
Established in 2015, Fieldwork Brewing Company is a craft brewery based in Berkeley, CA brewing for the regional Northern California marketplace. Hendrick’s Gin is proud to unveil Hendrick’s Lunar, the second limited edition release from Master Distiller Ms. Lesley Gracie’s Cabinet of Curiosities. Instilled with botanicals that flourish below the light of the moon, Hendrick’s Lunar Gin will be released in the States on January 28, when the first full moon of the new year occurs. To honor the momentous occasion, Hendrick’s is inviting cocktail connoisseurs and star gazers alike to enjoy what is “quite likely the world’s first Lunar gin” as part of a moonbathing ritual to embrace the New Year and leave behind the old.
According to Vance Henderson, Hendrick’s Ambassador to the United States, “Hendrick’s Lunar offers a delicate balance of gentle spice and subtle floral notes with a soft citrus finish.” Henderson recommends it as “the perfect gin to savor casually at home or during starry nights with friends.”
“An activity practiced by esteemed members of Hendrick’s Gin Palace in Girvan, Scotland, moonbathing is the polar, or rather the lunar, opposite of sunbathing,” explains Henderson. “Yet instead of baking under the harsh light of the sun with barely any clothes on, one can dress stylishly below the moonlight, which supports celestial contemplation and many claim provides the ideal ambiance for rejuvenation and a renewal of the mind and body.”
For newbies to moonbathing (and let’s face it, who isn’t?), Hendrick’s is providing a how-to video, along with a full moon video stream as part of its Streaming Service for those who prefer to moonbathe inside the comfort of their home. Additionally, the gin maker is offering a full moonbathing kit, which includes moon goggles, a lunar blanket and moonscreen lotion (rated MPF 28). The kit is available for purchase on Hendrick’s Tiny Shop to enjoy moonbathing on any night of the year.
“The first full moon of the year brings new beginnings,” Henderson continued. ““and by using typical twilight hours using them for restorative moonbaths accompanied by a Lunar cocktail, we can potentially soothe the demeanor of the world, or at least a tiny proportion identified as the ‘nocturnal curious.’”
Not surprisingly, another advocate for the powers of moonlight is Hendrick’s Master Distiller, Ms. Lesley Gracie, who firmly believes that the botanicals she cultivates in her two distillery hothouses take on entirely different sensory characteristics under the influence of moonlight. It was one particular evening, tending to her hothouses in the still of night, when she was inspired to bottle the cosmic sensation of being at peace with nature under the moon and stars – thus creating this unconventional gin.
Launching in January 2021 throughout the U.S., the new Lunar bottle retains the distinctive Hendrick’s shape, evocative of Victorian apothecary jars. The label coloring is a sophisticated, deep blue reflective of the night sky and includes curious celestial imagery that conjures a feeling of imbibing under a moonlit sky.
Hendrick’s Lunar was first released in the UK in January 2019 and will now be offered in most high-end spirits retailers within the U.S. for a limited time only. It is also available online through select e-commerce partners for delivery on-demand to states where legal. Lunar is bottled at 43.4% ABV with a $39.99 SRP.
For further information and a list of Lunar inspired cocktails fit for imbibing under the stars go to hendricksgin.com/US and follow on social media at @hendricksginus #hendrickslunar
