The Business of Fashion (BoF) attended the BoF 500 Gala at the Shangri-La Paris. Guests from the global fashion community gathered to celebrate the BoF 500 Class of 2025, the latest inductees to the definitive index of people shaping the global fashion industry. 

Guests included Kim Kardashian, Charli XCX, Freen Sarocha Chankimha and Becky Armstrong, Colman Domingo, Ananya Panday, Ice Spice, Davika Hoorne, Jaden Smith, Jameela Jamil, Adwoa Aboah, Demi Lovato, FKA Twigs, Alex Consani, Anok Yai, Heidi Klum, Wisdom Kaye, Lil Simz, Tara Emad, Arca, Karen Wazen, Bright Vachirawit Chivaaree, Ishaan Khatter, Yasmin Finney, Joshua Hong, Barbara Palvin, Simone Bellotti, Daniel Lee, Veronica Leoni, Giambattista Valli, Christian Louboutin, Ludovic de Saint Sernin, Edward Enninful and Kyle Hagler.

Guests walked the blue carpet, posed in front of a glambot and sipped cocktails under the view of the Eiffel Tower as the party continued into the early hours. Actor Colman Domingo joined Imran Amed, founder and CEO of The Business of Fashion, onstage to raise a toast to guests.

Then, we conduct extensive research and evaluate each nominee on key factors, including leadership, creativity, innovation, social impact, and success. Riot Games has released “Ties That Bind,” the official cinematic theme for 2XKO, performed by Courtney LaPlante, acclaimed vocalist for 2x GRAMMY-nominated progressive metal band Spiritbox. 

Blending LaPlante’s invigorating vocals with Riot Games’ cinematic vision, “Ties That Bind” delivers a powerful and anthemic soundscape that crescendos into an epic, soaring finale for players. The single is available on all major streaming platforms today.

The release comes on the heels of 2XKO, Riot Games’ 2v2 fighting game featuring champions from League of Legends and Arcane, entering Early Access and opening the game to all players on Windows PC.

“Ties That Bind” follows a landmark stretch for LaPlante and Spiritbox. She was recently featured on BABYMETAL’s “My Queen” from their historic album Metal Forth, which debuted at #9 on the Billboard 200. LaPlante also appeared alongside Poppy and Amy Lee of Evanescence on the metalcore power-collab “End Of You,” which debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs and climbed to #6 on Spotify’s Viral 50 US chart. Spiritbox guitarist and producer Mike Stringer also contributed writing to the track. Meanwhile, Spiritbox earned their first RIAA Gold certification for breakthrough single “Circle With Me,” and continue to tour heavily in support of their latest album Tsunami Sea. The second leg of the Tsunami Sea U.S. tour kicks off November 12.

Aston Martin + Glenfiddich Grand Central Activation

On September 23–24, Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Aston Martin Formula One™ Team hosted a public activation at Vanderbilt Hall in Grand Central, bringing the excitement of the Grand Prix to the heart of New York City. The immersive pop-up invited whisky lovers and F1 fans alike to celebrate the launch of the all-new Glenfiddich & Aston Martin Formula One™ Team Limited Edition 16-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky through sampling onsite, in addition to allowing them to test their lightning-speed instincts with a F1-inspired Batak challenge, personalize a Glenfiddich branded tote, and marvel at the beauty of a striking, full-scale Aston Martin Formula One™ replica car on display. 

Glenfiddich also took over Moonlight Studios on Wednesday night to once again celebrate the debut of its newest expression, and special guests included Chance the Rapper, Brooklyn Beckham, Brooks Nader, Victor Cruz, Brendan Fallis, Chanel Iman, Shanina Shaik and Taylor Hill among others. The event featured world-class Glenfiddich cocktails specially curated by globally celebrated bars such as Double Chicken Please, Clemente, Martiny’s, and Dear Strangers, as well as gourmet canapes, while DJ Amrit Tietz’s contagious rhythms drew attendees onto the dance floor.

Ashley Paul + Deniece Pearson (Five Star) Announce ‘Finding Rhythm’

In a cross-generational collaboration set to electrify the global music scene, international pop sensation Ashley Paul and legendary vocalist Deniece Pearson of the iconic group Five Star have joined forces on their powerhouse new single “Finding Rhythm.”

Produced and co-written with Luv Foundation (UK) and Lucas Marx—the acclaimed producer, singer-songwriter, and son of Grammy-winning hitmaker Richard Marx—the track bursts with lush harmonies, infectious hooks, and a rhythm designed to ignite clubs, festivals, and radio worldwide.


The Creative Powerhouse Behind the Track

Luv Foundation (UK), the British and Welsh duo of Julian Napolitano and Mark Schneider, have been shaping the dance landscape with a steady stream of anthems over the past two years. Known for infusing modern energy with nostalgic 90s flair, the duo takes a bold turn toward glossy pop with a disco twist on “Finding Rhythm.” Collectively, their projects have amassed more than 13 million Spotify streams.

BENEE DROPS NEW SINGLE ‘UNDERWATER’

Multi-Platinum alt-pop visionary BENEE returns today with a new track titled “Underwater” off of her forthcoming sophomore album, Ur An Angel I’m Just Particles, out November 7th on Republic Records.

On “Underwater,” BENEE juxtaposes airy and experimental hyper-pop-inspired beats with honest admissions about the overwhelming feelings of anxiety as she candidly sings, “My head is underwater, a puddle full of my tears. I could make a river, wouldn’t even matter.” BENEE shares, “I wrote ‘Underwater’ about that disconnect between how effortless you seem and how heavy you really feel. I think a lot of people will recognise themselves in that.”

“Underwater” is the latest release off of the New Zealand-born, Los Angeles-based artist’s long-awaited sophomore album out next month, and it follows her previously released singles “Cinnamon,” “Off The Rails,” “Animal,” and “Sad Boiii.” Written and recorded over the span of the past three years, Ur An Angel I’m Just Particles features BENEE’s signature blend of creative storytelling with unique and vulnerable lyricism set to genre-bending sounds and production. The songs on the album follow BENEE’s journey of making sense of the world through music, as she absorbs the chaos and confusion of everyday life and molds it into addictive alternative pop. 

She shares, “Ur An Angel I’m Just Particles is a deep dive into existential dread, where love, identity, and meaning slip through your fingers like sand. Each song grapples with the weight of existence. Feeling too small in a world too big, questioning whether connection is real or just another fleeting illusion.”

She continues, “There’s a restless urgency here, a longing to escape yet nowhere to run, as the lines blur between self-destruction and survival, euphoria and emptiness. The songs unravel like diary entries, tracing the cycles of obsession, heartbreak, and fleeting ecstasy, all while wrestling with our inner demons and the fear of disappearing into the noise. It’s an album for the sleepless, the over-thinkers, those staring into the void and wondering if it’s staring back.”

To celebrate the album release, BENEE will perform an intimate headline show at Los Angeles’ The Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever on November 7th, debuting new songs from the album for her fans for the very first time. Earlier this summer, BENEE hit the road with Tate McRae, supporting her on the “Miss Possessive Tour” across Europe and the UK. She then recorded a cover of New Radicals’ “You Get What You Give” for the 2025 MTV VMAs last month. It was also recently announced that she’ll make her return to Laneway Festival 2026.

Louis Vuitton Women’s Spring-Summer 2026 Collection is a celebration of intimacy and the boundless freedom of the private sphere. The lineup expresses a high degree of sartorial freedom and a certain stylistic liberation. It suggests inventiveness, a subversion of the principles and functions typically associated with an “indoor” wardrobe. 

Once the summer residence of Anne of Austria, Queen of France—and now recognized as the Musée du Louvre, the historic apartments serve as the backdrop for the unveiling of the Spring–Summer 2026 collection.

The journey through the Queen of France’s apartment unfolds as an exploration of the genre archetypes, in which clothes speak in confidences – offering revelations of perspective and a manifesto of individuality. It is one of the House’s many journeys, each guided by the cardinal principle of carrying one’s way of being wherever the journey leads. 

Scenographer and designer Marie-Anne Derville curates a modern apartment composed of furniture and artworks spanning the 18th century to today, creating an immersive portrait of enduring French taste.

One of the most achingly intimate moments on Nobody Wants This Season 2: The Soundtrack, “Dancing In The Smoke” brings GIVĒON’s soul-stirring baritone to a spellbinding story of ill-fated lovers who can’t keep away from each other. With production from an A-list roster of hitmakers — Cashmere Cat (SZA, The Weeknd), Jasper Harris (Doja Cat, Big Sean), Alex Goldblatt (Kehlani, Lil Nas X), and Hidde Ament (Teddy Swims, Camila Cabello) — the slow-burning track unfolds in tender melodies and dreamy doo-wop rhythms that gorgeously contrast its mood of anguished longing. Another beautifully devastating standout from Nobody Wants This Season 2: The Soundtrack, “Melodies” by Dermot Kennedy takes the form of a stark but stunning piano ballad co-written by diamond-selling, multi-award-winning singer/songwriter Lewis Capaldi. In a perfect counterpart to “Dancing In The Smoke,” Kennedy reflects on a fast-fading romance and channels a sorrowful nostalgia for the magic of their early days together.
