G-Shock Releases New Aviation Line

Today, Casio introduces an all-new model to its popular G-SHOCK Master of G collection of men’s tactical watches, Designed with aviation professionals in mind, the GRAVITYMASTER, GRB200 boasts three colorways with a unique Carbon Core Guard construction, carbon-infused resin bezels and resin bands in black (GRB200-1A), orange (GRB200-1A9) or blue (GRB200-1A2) to provide elevated strength and durability in lightweight cases.

The new GRB200 packs essential functions and all the accuracy and functionality required for flight. Its carbon core guard structure protects the module with a resin case reinforced with carbon fibers. In addition, the model features a brand new and unique button design with large buttons set at different angles and shapes arranged in a way to resemble a fighter jet control stick with powerful button guards to prevent operating errors while wearing gloves.

The GRB200 has G-SHOCK’s most-premium features, including a Carbon-insert Bezel that’s engineered with a three-layer structure to provide the utmost strength and capability to withstand harsh conditions pilots handle on a daily basis.  The top layer is semi-transparent to reveal the carbon construction inside.

Packed with a number of technology features, the GRB200 offers tactical functions for all level of aviation enthusiasts.  When synced with a Bluetooth®-connected smartphone, via the G-SHOCK Connected App, the GRB200 offers a Mission Log function that records altitude points from the watch and GPS points from the phone. The Calorie Consumption Display calculates data from the step counter and takes altitude measurement into account. The Location Indicator records a current location on the app, and the watch acts as a backtracking device by pointing to the location with the second hand and showing the distance on the LCD display. The watch automatically adjusts the time through the Bluetooth connection and has a phone finder function. The menu mode on the LCD display is also customizable. All these features are accessible and easily viewed on the G-SHOCK Connected smartphone app.

The GRB200 arrives with updated features like automatic compass correction capabilities, two-year battery life, and Quad Sensor technology that includes a compass, thermometer, altimeter/barometer, and step tracker, making it easy and reliable for pilots to use under any situation.

Casio announced the release of the G-SHOCK GMWB5000TCF-2 on Thursday, the newest addition to the Full Metal GMWB5000 collection.

The new design is composed of a lightweight titanium case and band, DLC coating to prevent scratching and a blue camouflage design.

This new watch offers premium G-SHOCK features like Two-Way Time Sync technology which combines Bluetooth and Multi-Band 6 to show the correct time anywhere in the world. The model also offers a STN digital display to improve readability for the wearer.

It also self-charges with solar technology, aiming to combine practicality and functionality with style.

The GMWB5000TCF-2 retails for $1,700 and can be found online with G-SHOCK, in retail stores and at G-SHOCK’s Soho location.

Latest Model Boasts a Futuristic and Innovative “Grid Tunnel” Pattern on All-Black Stainless-Steel Case

Casio G-SHOCK announces a new limited-edition timepiece to its Full Metal Series, the GMWB5000CS-1. The new timepiece is constructed with a stainless-steel case and band that features a brand-new, laser-carved grid design.

While inheriting the shape of the first G-SHOCK, the new timepiece boasts an evolved exterior with full metal construction and a Grid Tunnel pattern that connects the past with the future. After a black IP finish is applied to the metal, a grid pattern is engraved by laser, adding a modern touch to the classic design. The new GMWB5000CS-1 features a diamond-like carbon (DLC) finishing process and laser etching on the screw-lock back case and upholds its metal, shock-resistant exterior with a fine resin cushioning material that is inserted between the stainless-steel case and bezel, and then enclosed in a protective shell. The band connection sections also employ a three-pronged structure to distribute the impact from shocks, further enhancing the model’s state-of-the-art strength and design.

The new timepiece comes equipped with several of G-SHOCK’s most premium technical features, including Bluetooth Connectivity via the G-SHOCK Connected app, Multi-Band 6 Atomic Timekeeping for self-adjusting and accurate hour/date display virtually anywhere on the globe, and a specially developed button structure that guards the button shafts from the inside against lateral shocks. It also features Tough Solar Technology, rendering it capable of self-charging even with low sun exposure.

Casio G-SHOCK announces an all-new, limited-edition women’s timepiece in collaboration with MISCHIEF, the Seoul street fashion brand that is popular throughout Asia. This collaborative model is inspired by the street fashion culture of the 90s that has become the signature style of the MISCHIEF brand along with the dial look that created the G-SHOCK boom back in the 90s. Line-Up Includes 4 New Models with All-Black Bezels and Striking Color Accents

Today, Casio G-SHOCK announces the all-new, “Neo Tokyo” series of men’s timepieces. Inspired by the colors of the futuristic metropolises of classic anime films from the 1980’s, the four new watches boast blacked-out bezels with yellow, red, and blue hands as dial accents to represent the city’s lights.

The series is made up of G-SHOCK’s most popular digital and analog-digital models, featuring updated styles from the DW6900, GA140, GA700, and GAS100 line ups.
