Six Good Reasons to Take a Break From Alcohol

Alcohol is ubiquitous in America. You can’t drive down the freeway without seeing billboards advertising various adult spirits, all of them featuring smiling folks who look like they’re having the time of their lives.

The reality is often far different. Although many people can enjoy the occasional happy hour cocktail with few negative repercussions, others become addicted. This substance causes biochemical and even structural changes in your brain that grow more severe the more you use, robbing you of your decision-making power.

You might be among those wondering if you have a problem. A foolproof way to know whether the bottle has you in a stranglehold is to walk away. If the thought of passing up your evening cocktail sends you into a panic, you know it’s time to take action. That’s only one of many good reasons to take a break from alcohol. Here are six more.

1. To Improve Your Nutritional Intake

Are you worried about your weight? If so, you might be tempted to reduce your caloric intake by restricting meals to save more “room” for alcoholic beverages. Who cares about the calories in that mudslide if you skipped lunch to make up for them?

Your physiology knows the difference and your health will suffer. Eating well-balanced and nutritious meals is an essential part of maintaining your well-being. Your body needs an array of nutrients to support strong muscles and nurture your organs — including your brain.

Certain deficiencies might even make you more susceptible to the bottle’s lure, putting you at risk of addiction. For example, those lacking sufficient magnesium intake often experience depression, but they might not recognize that this mineral’s lack lurks behind their bleak mood.

Alcohol activates your dopamine receptors — your brain’s pleasure system. That’s why you experience a momentary elation when you drink. However, if you use this substance to self-medicate depression, it eventually disrupts your dopamine system, damaging your receptors and making it more challenging to find pleasure in ordinary activities. Before you know it, you rely on the bottle to manage your mood.

You might engage in behaviors like sneaking miniature bottles to work in your purse or briefcase and sneaking off to the restroom for a little “attitude adjustment.” However, alcohol clouds your judgment, making you more prone to mistakes that could cost you your career. Being caught drinking on the clock is an offense punishable by termination in many industries.

It’s far better to nurture your neurons through wholesome meals consisting of whole foods close to their natural forms. Get plenty of plant-based foods in every color of the rainbow to increase your antioxidant intake. Nuts and seeds are particularly rich sources of magnesium, selenium and zinc, three “happy brain” nutrients that can help your mind repair itself if you overindulged a bit too much in the past.

2. To Repair Broken Relationships

You aren’t fully yourself when you’re drinking. That’s because alcohol overrides your inhibitions, making you say and do things that you wouldn’t do sober. Contrary to folk belief, your words and actions aren’t reflective of your “true” personality. Remember, alcohol causes biochemical brain changes that influence the way you act in a far more complex manner than science currently understands.

However, you’re still responsible for what you say and do while under the influence. Whether uttered sober or drunk, your words sting just as much and abuse is abuse regardless of your mental state.

Repairing relationships broken by alcohol isn’t easy or even always possible. The other party might have legitimate reasons to refuse further interaction with you if your past behavior demonstrated a repeated pattern of abuse.

However, if you’re still in the stage where you’re wondering if you might have a problem, it’s time to hit pause. Taking a break from alcohol will help you see your behavior more objectively. You might find that those harsh words you felt justified in uttering aren’t reflective of your true feelings and are downright hurtful to others.

Take accountability for your actions and offer a sincere apology with no “buts.” Remember, the best “I’m sorry” of all is changed behavior — taking a break from alcohol might convince your partner, children or friends that you are sincere in wanting to reform.

3. To Focus on Your Career

Alcohol can damage your career in multiple ways. It clouds your judgment, leading to decisions that can cost your company money and you a promotion — or even continued employment.

Furthermore, alcohol makes you lazy. You probably know that you’re not at your productive best when you’re hungover, but guess what? Filling your mental space with thoughts of, “I can’t wait to get out of here and get to the bar,” keeps you from focusing on the task at hand.

Taking a break from alcohol allows you to concentrate on what’s important. Instead of fixating on how you’re going to relax after work, you give your all, knowing that you’ll enjoy your rest all the more when basking in the rosy glow of a job well done.

4. To Detox Your Liver

You probably know that alcohol damages your liver. This organ is primarily responsible for filtering toxins from your blood, but drinking bathes its cells to a glut of damaging free radicals. These can cause cellular damage, mutation and death, resulting in fatty liver disease, cirrhosis or cancer.

Fortunately, this organ also has phenomenal regenerative powers. However, it takes time to heal. Most experts advise taking a 30-day break to allow your liver to recover, but you might want to go longer if you hope to change your habits, too.

It can take anywhere from 20 to 185 days to establish a new habit or break an old one — it varies by person. Use mindfulness to judge how long your break from alcohol should be by observing your thought patterns as an objective third party. If you find yourself obsessing over the finish line — “just one more week and I can get smashed” — you probably need a longer recess to counter that maladaptive belief.

5. To Rest and Revitalize Your Brain Receptors

Even though alcohol causes changes in your brain, these can also heal. However, you might need to refrain from drinking for 90 days or more to reap the maximum benefits.

You can encourage brain healing by participating in activities that promote neuroplasticity. Dance is particularly beneficial as it combines the endorphin-boosting effects of physical activity with following complex foot patterns. Yoga is another excellent tool, helping you develop mindfulness and the wherewithal to calm your central nervous system through breath, not booze when anxiety strikes.

6. To Discover the True You Underneath the Haze

Finally, perhaps the best reason for taking a break from alcohol is rediscovering the real you underneath that bleary, boozy haze. After all, you are a unique human being — no one else on the planet shares your gifts. Why would you want to dull your shine?

The truth is, you don’t need alcohol to have courage in social situations or enjoy a backyard barbecue. You’ll do much better cultivating your innate confidence — you can start by taking charge of the bottle — and basking in the warm fellowship of friends and family.

Alcohol can be a pleasant accessory to your life. However, if it starts to take over your existence, it’s time to do the smart thing and take a break.

Brooklyn Nets GM Sean Marks Says Team isn’t Ready To Commit To Kyrie Irving

Sean Marks has sounded a warning to Kyrie Irving following the season the Brooklyn Nets just had. Speaking to the media regarding the direction of the franchise and whether it’s committed to Irving, the team’s general manager said the Nets are “looking for guys that want to be a part of something bigger than themselves, play team basketball, and be available.”

The point guard was one of the biggest stories in the NBA this season, having refused to take the COVID-19 vaccine. As a result, he was unable to play for most of the season and the lack of chemistry should be the main reason the Nets got swept in the first round of the playoffs.

Irving played his first home game of the season on March 27, three days after New York mayor Eric Adams backtracked on the city’s mandate that had prevented unvaccinated NY athletes from participating in home games.

He played all 14 of the Nets’ final games, including the four in the playoffs, which marked his longest streak of consecutive games played since the 2017/18 campaign. It would be good to have him continue in that vein next season and, should that be the case, it would make for some really interesting online sports betting in New York.

After balling out in Game 1 against the Boston Celtics and nearly helping the Nets escape with a win, Irving’s production waned in the following three games as he would only score 46 points in total, just seven more than his Game 1 haul of 39.

Kyrie can become a free agent if he turns down his $36.5 million player option for next season but has said he isn’t going anywhere. Of course, he told Boston fans the same when he was still with their team.

“When I say I’m here with [Kevin Durant], I think that it really entails us managing this franchise together alongside Joe [Tsai, the owner] and Sean [Marks, the GM] and just our group of family members that we have in our organization,” he said.

The All-Star is eligible for a five-year $246 extension with Brooklyn if he opts out but there are understandable concerns when it comes to committing to him long term as he’s only played in 103 games since joining the team three seasons ago.

Marks seemed to agree with Irving on coaching, sort of. The guard controversially claimed he doesn’t see the Nets as having a head coach back in 2020 and, in his address to reporters on Wednesday, the GM said he believes Kevin Durant is the best developmental coach in the organization.

“I think Kevin Durant is our best player development coach,” he declared.

That is saying something as the Nets have nine assistant coaches on the bench with Steve Nash, including the top-rate Jacque Vaughn. Of course, Marks was probably trying to point out that having someone like Durant on the team forces everyone to raise their game, yet the comment might not go down well with the coaching staff, especially given that they were criticized for the team’s lack of cohesion against the Celtics.

Marks has also noted that the Nets have lost their culture in an admission that there are deeper issues needing attention than simply improving the roster.

“Did we take a step back? Without a doubt,” Marks told reporters Wednesday. “The culture isn’t what it once was.”

The Nets have spent a lot of money acquiring championship-caliber players and it was expected that this would be their season. Apart from falling flat in the playoffs, it’s also been revealed that the Knicks are still significantly more profitable, with owner Joe Tsai still at a loss for his purchase of the team and Barclays Center.

They took some major steps in establishing an atmosphere that would make it easy for marquee players to step in and lead them to a title. According to forward Joe Harris, there was a perception “across the league that we had the best culture.” It’s why they were able to bring in players such as Irving, Durant, James Harden, Blake Griffin, and LaMarcus Aldridge.

It appears that, in an effort to build around Irving and Durant, the Nets have lost the identity they worked so hard to carve out. Harris is the only one who remains from the squad that began the transition, with D’Angelo Russel, Caris LeVert, and Jarrett Allen all playing elsewhere now.

Marks has recognized that having the most optimal roster isn’t all it takes to maintain success and it will be interesting to see how things shape up during the summer.

Most Guys are Losers via Mika Stambaugh for The Masink for use by 360 Magazine

Most Guys Are Losers

His script included 20 revisions, but writer/director Eric Ustian never wavered about where his film, Most Guys Are Losers, would take place and be shot—Naperville, IL. “I always knew it had to take place in Naperville.,” says Ustian. “I wanted to promote the city and I love this place. I loved growing up here and in Chicago and wouldn’t shoot it anywhere else,”

While the script attracted Hollywood heavyweights like Mira and Paul Sorvino, Ustian cast about 75% of the actors from the Chicago area, many of them being familiar names. Ustian said, “Belmont Cameli originally auditioned for a different role. We knew he had talent and wanted to see him read for the role of ‘Trevor,’ a former Naperville North High School quarterback. When Belmont presented his next read, he was wearing a Naperville North football jersey. I thought—this kid is either a method actor, or he actually played football at Naperville North… turns out he did play there.”

In addition to Cameli, Ustian also cast a then-unknown South Side actor Kevin Miles. But, chances are you know him from the endless stream of national commercials he’s done as “Jake from State Farm.” Ustian took advantage of his hometown, with some “hometown discounts” as well. He managed to stretch his movie budget by filming part of it in his mom’s house.  “Her rates were pretty impressive,” he said, “You can’t beat Free.”

Some of the film was shot at his friend’s bar, Frankies Blue Room, and the crew took advantage of capturing scenes on Naperville’s scenic Riverwalk. Most Guys Are Losers is a romantic comedy taking place over Thanksgiving weekend in Chicago. There, a college kid from California seeks approval from his girlfriend’s dad, a bar owner and author of the dating book, “Most Guys are Losers.”

The cast includes:

The film began shooting in November 2019. The pandemic put a pause on the intended production timeline, but it’s finally expected to premier in major cities this July 1.

Radisson Hotel opens in Belgium

Radisson Hotel Group is proud to announce the debut of its Radisson brand in Belgium with the opening of Radisson Hotel Liège City Centre, bringing the Group’s number of properties in the country to 15 in operation.

Situated in the heart of the city in the Sainte-Marguerite (Cadran) neighborhood, Radisson Hotel Liège City Centre is a stone’s throw from key historic and cultural landmarks, such as Saint-Lambert Cathedral, Montagne de Bueren, and Trésor de Liège. Liège is the third most populous urban area in Belgium, after Brussels and Antwerp, and is one of the most important river ports in Western Europe.

The hotel comprises 99 rooms and suites across six categories, ranging from cozy rooms to suites with balconies and kitchenettes. The wood and white décor of the rooms reflects Radisson’s signature minimalist Scandinavian style, blending comfort with functionality, with sporadic touches of color and local accents.

The hotel’s meeting facilities can accommodate small to medium sized professional gatherings and private events with up to 20 people. Meanwhile, the Radisson Bar welcomes visitors for a spot of relaxation or a laid-back business meeting, with a menu featuring regional products.

We are excited to introduce our first Radisson branded hotel to Belgium, and to Liège, and tap into the rising trend of bleisure travel. Radisson Hotel Liège City Centre reflects our local culture in Liège from the black and white photographs to the curated snacks and drinks on the menu, including Curtius, Val-Dieu, and Tripick beers. We hope that both our business and leisure guests will enjoy the Radisson experience“, explains Kevin Demarteau, General Manager of Radisson Hotel Liège City Centre.

Our aim is to develop real-estate projects exclusively in strategic locations. We conduct thorough market research beforehand and often, only one proposal out of 50 makes the cut. This was the case for Radisson Liège City Centre, which will add a new accommodation offering to the city of Liège.” says Thomas Lecluse, CEO of Unibricks and owner of the hotel.

As part of Nestia Group, Radisson Hotel Liège City Centre will join the Group’s three existing hotels, including amongst others Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel, Spa.

With the health and safety of guests and team members as its top priority, Radisson Hotel Liège City Centre is implementing the Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol program. The in-depth cleanliness and disinfection protocols were developed in partnership with SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company, and are designed to ensure guest safety and peace of mind from check-in to check-out.

ATZARÓ GROUP beach club and restaurant in Ibiza via 360 MAGAZINE

Atzaró Group Beach Club

The sensational Atzaró Group beach club and restaurant Atzaró Beach, situated on the sparkling beach of Cala Nova in Ibiza’s North-East, is now open for Summer 2022. Listed by Conde Nast Traveller as one of “the best beach clubs in the world for summer 2022,” Atzaró Beach has become a firm-favourite of the discerning traveller, as well as an A-list hotspot. It’s the perfect place for an upscale beach lunch or dinner hideaway with unparalleled aquamarine sea views.

The food concept at Atzaró Beach is new this year. Top London chef James Adams has created a mouthwatering menu with the emphasis on sharing plates, and grilled choices, using produce grown on the Atzaró estate. James Adams has been a chef and food consultant for over 16 years in some of London’s top restaurant kitchens and is famous for his work with Skye Gyngell at Spring within Somerset House, at celebrated country hotel Heckfield Place, chef at River Cafe, menu and planting direction at Petersham Nurseries.

The new menu this year is full of wholesome, light and delicious dishes, with plenty of seafood and vegetarian choices, created with organic fruit and vegetable ingredients harvested from the Atzaró Vegetable Garden. Sharing plates can be enjoyed on the comfortable daybeds or sofas beachside.

Watch the morning sun rise over the sea and enjoy a healthy breakfast of either chia pudding with coconut and raspberries or perhaps an acai bowl with banana and pineapple. For something a bit more substantial try the grilled chorizo with fried eggs, roasted pepper and rocket salad on toast or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.

For a sharing plate lunch with friends, choose from a delicious selection including tuna ceviche with mango, cucumber and lime, burrata with sourdough and pesto, baby squid with lime allioli, padron peppers, grilled asparagus with romesco sauce and chopped almonds or beef carpaccio with parmesan and rocket. Salad options include watermelon salad with feta and mint or a tasty beetroot and goat’s cheese salad with pumpkin seeds. There are a range of pasta dishes and from the grill you can order lobster with garlic butter, sea bass, and T-bone or Entrecôte steaks. For the more traditional there are a choice of four paellas to share.

Sweet treats include San Sebastian cheesecake with a raspberry compote, grilled pineapple with coconut ice cream and chilli or orujo panacotta with strawberries as well as homemade ice creams and sorbets.

In 2019 the interiors and exteriors of Atzaró Beach were refurbished by Atzaró Design, the group’s talented in-house interiors team. The concept is paired back boho style, with a super- relaxed authentic mood, reminiscent of 70’s Ibiza. The look is designed to work with the environment and combines natural woods, terracotta pots, an abundance of local plants, cacti and palms. The colour palette of soft neutral sand tones with pops of vibrant compliments the pristine beach and crystal-clear waters of the sea beyond.

Straw cacti and potted plants frame the tables, the rustic wood pergola provides dappled shade and the thirty double daybeds are perfect for those long hot summer days. Hanging rattan lampshades add some low-key atmosphere to balmy nights. Relax on a comfortable mix of sofas, stools, tables and chairs with hanging bamboo swing seats as well as iconic rattan peacock armchairs. An Ibizan wooden fishing boat provides an extra seating area with cushions to create a casual and relaxed feeling.

Makeup Tips for Black Women

These are the Best Makeup Tips for Black Women

Finding the correct makeup that works specifically for you can be difficult no matter your skin type. And for women of color, this challenge is intensified. Luckily in 2022, women from all walks of life are catered for, and if we look at full coverage foundation alone, especially for black women, there is every shade available; we couldn’t be happier! What should I know to make up a dark skin? Today we leave you some #MakTips

Gentle but effective cleaning

For this type of skin, we must use mild cleansers with decongestant and purifying properties that help balance sebaceous secretion, and thus we can avoid the appearance of pimples.

Hydration

Skins of color have a strong need for hydration. These have a greater loss of water by having more sweat glands, so they feel more dehydrated. This is one of the reasons why it is important to apply moisturizers.

Get the right foundation color

Probably the biggest one out of the lot! Finding the correct color foundation is tricky, maybe not as problematic as it was 10 or so years ago. However, it can still be difficult especially if you are new to makeup – and if you are, you are in luck as UK Black Girl Makeup is a beauty trend to help you on this journey. The first thing to remember is that no one has perfect skin and that you should embrace the skin you are in, blemishes, pimples, wrinkles, and all! The foundation helps you here and there are a few magic tricks, like using a yellow-based foundation! Foundation can smooth out any of those kinks you are self-conscious about. However, it’s truly magical when you find the foundation that matches your skin tone. You can use a foundation shade finder to help you pick out the shade you need, or you can head to the drug store and check with any of the ladies at the makeup counter to help you.

Although remember, the ideal is to apply products with light textures that maintain a good level of hydration without making the skin feel heavy. A good option is the MAC Matchmaster SPF15 Foundation makeup base. This has intelligent pigments that have the ability to adapt to the different skin tones that the client may have.

Use the correct brush

Using the correct brush is an essential part since it serves to give light to this type of face. But there are some useful ways in which to use makeup brushes. Let’s look at how to apply makeup using a foundation brush. For black women or ladies with darker skin, try this. When applying your foundation, whether liquid or powder, apply it across your face in broad strokes. The next step is to start at the center of your face working outwards. After this, buff the product into your skin in circular motions using the foundation brush. After this, you need to buff your product until it blends evenly across your face and looks natural or to your desire. If done correctly, your foundation will be smooth and last all day.

Build some layers

All of us want the all-day coverage, and some days our skin just does not have the natural glow we are used to. But there are ways to get that look you want. Now, building layers will allow for greater coverage and do this in a few ways. If you are after light coverage, you need to apply a lighter amount of product and go over your face with your brush a maximum of two times. For a fuller coverage look, opt for applying more product and go over your face with your brush several times and work the product into your skin in layers. Here is a pro tip from makeup artists: Apply primer before applying your foundation if you are after an all-day look. It’s also great for oil control.

Use concealer

If you didn’t know, concealer is the makeup type you use to cover up any dark spots, blemishes or pimples, or breakouts. It is particularly wonderful for darker tones, so try to find one that complements your skin. Apply concealer to all areas you wish to cover, paying particular attention to the T-zone. Another trick for ladies with darker skin is to use concealer to highlight some of your features. Here you can apply it below your eyes, above the cheekbones, and on your chin. This way, you are using your concealer as a form of highlighting.

Spice it up

When using bronzer and blush, especially if you have dark skin, you might end up with a completely weird makeup look if you are not careful. Now, you can use bronzer and blush, but you need to use them correctly. Since these are makeup basics, they are also easy to apply. So, you need to dust some bronzer on the side of your face, the hollow sections of your cheeks, and then on your nose as well. Then apply some blush on the apple of your cheeks. Once you smile, you will see your work of art! Get it, girl!

Go for the perfect pout

In the past, lipstick colors didn’t favor black women, but over time the different lipstick shades started to include other colors that work for darker women. Today, black women can find a range of lipsticks that work so well, and we couldn’t be happier. The advice here is to test out different shades to find the ones you know will work with your skin tone. This year there are so many makeup trends that are going to look great on every black woman out there!

Cheats – wildcard:

  1. Putting a bronze or peach color is always a success on dark skin.

2. For a fresh and beautiful look, draw a line with cream eye pencil on the inner part of the lower eyelid, so they will look more rested and larger. Then apply magnetic lashes.

3. If you prefer to wear a more basic makeup, it would be to prepare the skin by applying a light base and make a colored eyeliner (for example purple or blue), these colors serve to highlight the look.

Day 1: Arrive in Alesund. From the window of your aircraft, you’ll see the crystal clear fjords and jagged peaks of the Sunnmore Alps. Transfer from the airport to the art nouveau town of Alesund to check into Hotel Brosundet. Once settled, you will board a boat and head out into the fjords to Flatsea lighthouse. Enjoy a delicious lunch in the lighthouse and make use of the jacuzzi and sauna before heading back to your hotel for dinner in Apotekergata No. 5.

Day 2: In the morning, check out and meet your driver who will take you to Hotel Storfjord in the town of Storfjord. Enjoy a welcome cocktail at the Lavvu, a traditional Sami tent set deep in the pine forests surrounding the hotel. Take in your surroundings and learn about some of the highlights of the trip ahead. Spend the rest of the evening relaxing and maybe head to the spa.

Day 3: After breakfast begin your personal driving adventure along the North Atlantic Overpass. Drive north toward the Atlantic Ocean Road. Your car will be packed with a delicious Storfjord picnic basket complete with local cheese, meats, berries and sparkling wine. Arrive at a dramatic overpass that is a marvel of engineering: your car will appear to fly over the Atlantic as you wind from island to island. The scenery is breath-taking and you can find a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy your picnic. On the return journey, take in the Sunmore peaks dotting the horizon. This will be your playground for the next few days as you adventure deeper into the fjords.

Day 4: Head to the mountains of Romsdal. The first stop will be at the Troll wall, the highest rock wall in Europe. Enjoy pastries packed by the kitchen and continue deeper into the mountains where the Trollstigen will appear with a winding road up to the summit. This is one of the most magnificent vantage points in Norway. Descend the Valdel Valley which will lead you back to the fjords. A ferry to Stranda offers a glimpse of things to come as the fjords get narrower and deeper. Pause at the view point between the tunnels and stare directly into the gaping chasm of the Geiranger fjord. The final destination is Union Oye – an historic royal oasis at the end of the valley. Check in and enjoy a delicious dinner before relaxing in the evening.

Day 5: After a night’s rest and breakfast of local produce, take the quiet roads winding towards the west and leave the fjords behind you. Before long you will trace the coastline towards Stryn, the perfect spot for lunch and a journey on a gondola to take in the views over the North Atlantic. As you head further inland, the fjord hamlet of Geiranger will come into view. Board the ferry, sit back and enjoy a cruise through the grandest fjord of them all with waterfalls cascading off the mountains. Disembark at Hellesylt and drive to Union Oye.

Day 6: A visit to the Sunmore region celebrates the seafood heritage of the region. You’ll visit an island off the west coast for a five-course seafood menu. On the return journey, skirt Storfjord as you arrive back for your final meal.

Day 7: For the final morning you’ll say farewell to you luxe Porsche supercar and take to the skies for an aerial tour of the roads you have been driving on. This trip provides an immersive experience as the helicopter weaves in and out of the fjords high over the mountain peaks. At the end, a private driver will transport you to Alesund Vigra airport for your departure.

Things are heating up ahead of Ibiza’s most anticipated season to date as The Night League, the team behind Ushuaïa Ibiza, announce their latest headline show from the titans of the electronic music world—Swedish House Mafia. The trio make a welcome return to Ibiza’s most iconic outdoor stage to perform an exclusive show on Sunday July 17th, ahead of their impending Paradise Again World Tour, adding to a long line of legendary Ibiza performances from the band.

Together as Swedish House Mafia, Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso‘s contribution to the electronic music world is nothing short of historic. From their formation in 2008 the trio conquered the world with their unique sound, defining the era with stadium-filling hits such as “Don’t You Worry Child“, “Leave The World Behind“, “One” and “Miami To Ibiza“. The trio topped the charts the globe over, won numerous industry awards and performed headline shows at the world’s biggest festivals and concert arenas.

Now ten years on from announcing their split, the Swedish House Mafia are back with a brand new album, Paradise Again, which marks the first new music from the group in eight years and features lots of towering tracks like album standout “Heaven Takes You Home“, throbbing basslines, and exuberant vocals, including collaborations with The Weeknd, A$AP Rocky, Shake 070, Ty Dolla $ign, Sting and many more. With a world tour headlining the biggest stages in the world, including their recent momentous performance at Coachella, the trio looks ready to write a new chapter of electronic music history and continue their meteoric success.

The electronic music supergroup’s last performance at Ushuaïa Ibiza was one of the most memorable shows in the club’s history, so as they continue their long-standing history with Ibiza’s #1 open-air club this summer, the trio’s return to Ibiza is a landmark occasion not to be missed.

Ushuaïa Ibiza is known across the globe for creating world-class music experiences featuring the biggest artists on the planet alongside mind-blowing production, avant-garde visuals and a powerful sound system.
