GRAMMY-nominated producer Duke Dumont has unveiled his wildly quirky official video for “Inhale,” his single with rising UK talent Ebenezer. View the official video HERE. “Inhale” is available for streaming and purchase HERE via Astralwerks.

Telling the tale of Robert Lloyd’s famous poetic line, slow & steady wins the race, the “Inhale” video showcases the story of a sloth who manages to escape to the office elevator first on a Friday evening, amid the chaotic and violent scenes that break out in the workplace as the clock hits 5pm. The themes of relaxation and living a stress-free sloth-like life transpire through Duke’s lusciously down-tempo melodies on the record, which follows his “For Club Play Only” EP, and Gorgon City collaboration “Real Life”- a hugely popular anthem of the 2017 Ibiza season.

Laced with the slick vocals of critically acclaimed, rising star Ebenezer, “Inhale” relies on a funky-groove led bassline, and electronica synths that give the track a summery feel, and look set to follow in the footsteps of Duke’s previous two UK #1 hits “Need U (100%)” and “I Got U.”

A true global superstar, Duke Dumont has amassed over 1 BILLION combined streams across his flurry of releases to date, and continues to tour worldwide. With a number of shows already locked in for 2018, the Brit will travel to Las Vegas for residencies at Wynn and Daylight, as well as headlining festival slots all round Europe, Australia, San Diego, Chicago, and many more.

Having recently released his Bad Romantic 9-track EP, Hommerton-born Ebenezer has previously worked with the likes of Ty Dolla $ign, Jeremih and Craig David and gained support from the likes of Noisey, FADER, and Hunger. Ebenezer is swiftly gaining reputation as one of London’s hottest exports.

Preceding the release of Duke Dumont’s highly anticipated album, “Inhale” has already racked up nearly 4 million Spotify streams since release, with the official video out now!

ROLLS-ROYCE ADAMAS

ADAMAS COLLECTION TAKES ROLLS-ROYCE BLACK BADGE FURTHER INTO THE DARKNESS

·       Rolls-Royce unveils first Black Badge Collection of 40 Wraiths and 30 Dawns, named Adamas

·       Laboratory-grown black diamonds encrust Black Badge infinity symbol

·       Spirit of Ecstasy transformed in machined carbon fibre

·       Carbon structure inspired Starlight Headliner features colour gradation

The Bespoke Collective of the House of Rolls-Royce has conceived a darker iteration of Black Badge Wraith and Dawn, presented in a limited Collection, named Adamas. Drawing inspiration from the name, meaning ‘untameable’, ‘invincible’ and also ‘diamond’, the Collective celebrate the darker side of contemporary craftsmanship, expertly weaving a dark aesthetic of unbreakable carbon structures into just 40 Black Badge Wraiths and 30 Black Badge Dawns. Technical fibres and molecular compounds are manipulated and recognised for their systematic, beguiling beauty.

Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer, Rolls-Royce, commented, “Adamas is a Collection that fuses the extraordinary competence of our Bespoke craftspeople from the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, West Sussex, with the rebellious spirit of Black Badge. The result is a motor car for those who seek more than the definitive of engineered luxury conveyance. This is a motor car for the risk-taker who is not afraid to embrace a bold and progressive statement of true and modern luxury, in its darkest form.”

Adamas Collection

On encountering Adamas, one is immediately drawn to the Spirit of Ecstasy, who finds herself taken from the edge of darkness, into the black. She is formed for the first time in history of machined carbon fibre, personifying the very essence of the Collection.

The entrancing figure is engineered from 294 layers of aerospace grade carbon fibre, which takes 68 hours to produce with a technical weave angle of precisely 25 degrees. She confidently resides on a specially created titanium base, vapour blasted to adopt a darkened aesthetic, bearing the words ‘BLACK BADGE ADAMAS’, and the infinity logo.

One recalls the colours of the first iteration of Rolls-Royce Black Badge. The mandarin orange interior for Dawn and Cobalto Blue interior for Wraith have spread to the exterior; darkened versions of these hues envelop the body in a hypnotic Aphrodite Red over Black and Morpheus Blue over Black two-tone respectively. These are the first two-tone Black Badge cars. These colours, as though touched by darkness, have a deep colour transition, providing a mesmerising iridescent effect. Patrons are able to specify their chosen Adamas in either colourway.

Below, black grille vanes are added to the already darkened grille surround of Black Badge, underlying the sinister, untameable nature of Adamas.

Stepping inside, one’s eye is drawn to the clock, encrusted with black diamonds. Harnessing the carbon structure in its most explicit form, 88 laboratory-grown diamonds form the Black Badge infinity symbol, providing a jewellery-like reminder of the restless spirits of the inhabitants of these motor cars. Mounted upon a carbon fibre back-plate, the black diamonds are perfectly engineered to deliver exquisite clarity and colour. The face of the clock is embellished with machined aluminium chaplets and a polished aluminium inner bezel, adding dramatic detail to the contrasting white face.

Perhaps one of the most captivating expressions of technical craft is the interpretation of the diamond theme on the starlight headliner of Wraith Adamas. 1,340 individual fibre optic lights are configured as though forming the molecular structure of carbon as it becomes a diamond, presenting a motif reminiscent of a powerful spine running through the interior cabin. Available in either hue, co-ordinating perfectly with either colour scheme, the starlight headliner for the first time incorporates graded shading, using varying tones of the chosen colour palette to accentuate the subject.

Pearlescent effect leather, a Collection Car debut, echoes the exterior hue. Offset by a two tone steering wheel and accentuated by rich woven black leather on the door panniers and transmission tunnel, the interior celebrates the darker side of luxury craftsmanship in even the smallest of details.

The Collection premieres a new dark brushed metal fascia, designed to correspond with the carbon fibre. Cold to the touch, this metal finish flows through the motor car, through both front and rear centre console lids, emphasising the unbreakable strength at the core of Black Badge Adamas.

As a final touch, when one enters or alights from the atmospheric cabin of Adamas, one encounters an illuminated tread plate, reading either ‘Black Badge Wraith Adamas – One of Forty’ or ‘Black Badge Dawn Adamas – One of Thirty’, reminding the occupant of the power and precious nature of this Collection.

Rolls-Royce Collection Cars

The Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective, consisting of designers, engineers and craftspeople from the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, have an innate understanding of the marque’s discerning patrons. Characterised by a desire for more than mere acquisition, a patron of Rolls-Royce, accustomed to luxury in all avenues of their lifestyle, seeks to commission and collect. It is at this juncture that there is a meeting of minds with the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective, who provides a guiding hand in this commissioning process, imparting its deep understanding of the constitution of true luxury in the process. The Bespoke Collective harness this knowledge to create a limited number of highly Bespoke, rare, collectable motor cars; a Rolls-Royce Collection car.

It is for this reason a Rolls-Royce Collection car gains such distinction. Formed at the hands of masters in their fields, a Rolls-Royce Collection car is a showcase of competence, using the finest materials in ways that raise the bar of technical competence to create a stunning masterpiece.

Resulting from this deep understanding of its clientele, Rolls-Royce is able to anticipate these customer needs and requirements. Whether drawn to a motor car steeped in rich heritage, such as the recently announced ‘Silver Ghost Collection’, or a playful adaptation of luxury theatre as revealed in the ‘Wraith Luminary Collection’, or now, embodying the darkest expressions of luxury in the Adamas Collection, the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective can rise to the most demanding of challenges.

Work Productivity

How to Be More Productive at Work in 2018

If you’re surfing the internet looking for ways to be more productive (which led you to this article), chances are you did not finish all the tasks you were planning on yesterday. Or the day before. Or the day before. In some cases, there is just too much work to finish it all. But if you’re spending time on the internet right now, chances are time is not the issue, but productivity.

True, productivity is not something you can pull out of a hat and everyone is prone to productivity slumps once every so often. But there are ways you can get back in the game and make sure you stay as productive as possible.

We’ve compiled a list of the best productivity hacks to help you get excited about work again.

Create a To-Do List Ahead of Every Day

The productivity to time ratio is what often gets us in trouble in the first place. But even if you’re as productive as can be, if you don’t plan your tasks and create a schedule to follow you’ll likely get too swarmed with duties to actually do any of them right.

Just going through all your tasks can take hours, which is why productive people know planning ahead is key. Analyze all the tasks you have and estimate how long finishing them is going to take, then create a to-do list with all the tasks, deadlines and agenda.

Apps like Blink the Bee can even show you reminders every morning before getting down to business.

Split Your Time into Blocks

If you split your workday into blocks and assign them to particular tasks you will be much more effective. Your blocks should range from 15 minutes to an hour. You can take several blocks for one task if needed. For example, start your day with a half-an-hour-long block reserved for checking emails and communicating with clients.

Try to Avoid Distractions

Distractions come in many shapes and levels of annoyance: from coworker chats to ringing cellphones to outdoor noises and that Facebook account you keep open in the next tab. To make sure you eliminate these productivity killers, make sure you close all social media accounts in your browser, switch your phone to silent and disable any notifications that might be distracting you. Of course, no one is immune to checking their Facebook once in a while, which is why you should add a couple of those time blocks dedicated to checking your social media, making phone calls and answering messages.

Avoid Multitasking

Multitasking is so 2016! What once was believed to be the trait of champions is now considered a major distraction. Multitasking can help you tackle many duties at once, but with so many things on your hands at the same time, your productivity can only be spread so thin.

Instead, focus on doing one task at a time and give every task the attention it deserves. You’ll be more productive and finish your work faster.

Make Sure You Have the Necessary Tools

Your employer should supply you with everything you need to do your job unhindered: a proper desk, an ergonomic chair as well as any office supplies you may need. Make sure you also have the software you need installed so you won’t have to deal with that in the middle of work. A professional and well-equipped workplace can make all the difference when it comes to productivity.

Mitch Drops His New Debut Project ‘SPACE’

4Hunnid/Interscope Records newcomer Mitch debuts his new project, SPACE. The producer turned singer-songwriter is best known for his work with rapper YG; credited on tracks such as “IDGAF” and “I Ain’t Lyin.” Now, the Houston-born and Phoenix-raised artist, has placed his full range of talent on display. Through raw emotion and clever wordplay, Mitch presents his story; detailing the life he left behind on his journey to fame. The 14-track record features production by Hymnbeats, Swish, yaboyNOIS, Cardiak, B Korn and Mitch, and is now available on all digital retailers.

“This project is about me having to choose between love and my career… SPACE is my inner battle,” says Mitch.

SPACE includes the single “Jersey,” whose seductive video was released in March. The bass-filled track lends itself to Mitch’s signature sound; one which is heavily influenced by trap, with hints of west coast hip hop, R&B and soul. It was this combination of style and versatility which earned him a degree from the esteemed Full Sail University, and his intense grind has allowed for his rise within the industry. In 2016, Mitch was invited to join YG’s Fuck Donald Trump Tour and he has since worked with California rapper, TeeCee4800, and the Atlanta hip-hop collective, Two-9. Mitch currently resides in Los Angeles where he continues to record and produce.

Lord Huron’s Vide Noir is Out Now!

Vide Noir, the highly anticipated new album from Lord Huron is out now on Whispering Pines/Republic Records. Additionally the band’s music video for their lead single, “Wait by the River,” debuts today—watch/share it here: http://bit.ly/2J62veY. Vide Noir can be purchased here: http://LordHuron.lnk.to/VideNoirPR

The new music continues to receive widespread critical praise while the band is due to perform “Wait by the River” on “Late Night with Seth Meyerson May 2. You can also listen to singer/songwriter/producer Ben Schneider’s Guest DJ interview with Bob Boilen on NPR Music’s “All Songs Considered” here: http://n.pr/2HD0E4A

Last week, the band launched a Vide Noir public access television show in select cities nationwide. As a true multi-media artist, Schneider has created an immersive program that expands upon the album’s narratives and themes while showcasing the hidden world that inhabits Vide Noir. Fans can tune in to their local listings or see below for a current airing schedule. Additional local airings will be announced soon.

In support of the release, the band begins their worldwide tour tonight in Grand Rapids, MI. Even as the band headlines their largest venues to date, many shows (including New York City, Chicago, Boston, Oakland and Seattle) have sold out months in advance. Every pair of tickets ordered for the U.S. headlining tour includes a copy of Vide Noir. Tickets for the dates are on sale now at http://lordhuron.com.

Vide Noir was written and recorded over the past two years at Lord Huron’s Los Angeles studio and informal clubhouse, Whispering Pines, and was mixed by Dave Fridmann (The Flaming Lips/MGMT). Schneider found inspiration wandering restlessly through his adopted home of L.A. at night: “My nighttime drives ranged all over the city—across the twinkling grid of the valley, into the creeping shadows of the foothills, through downtown’s neon canyons and way out to the darksome ocean. I started imagining Vide Noir as an epic odyssey through the city, across dimensions, and out into the cosmos. A journey along the spectrum of human experience. A search for meaning amidst the cold indifference of The Universe,” he says.

New Music From Jeremy Zucker and Chelsea Cutler

Today, multi-talented singer, songwriter and producer, Jeremy Zucker, debuts his latest song, “better off” with rising artist Chelsea Cutler—listen and share the track here.

Of “better off,” Zucker says, “I spent a whole week up in rural Connecticut at a studio that was built inside of an old carriage house. The last day I was there, Chelsea came up to write some new music with me and my best friend. I just remember Chelsea sitting down and playing this beautiful acoustic riff; I asked her what it was, and she responded, “I don’t know, I just came up with it.” For the next three hours, we wrote nonstop, cut vocals and passed out in the studio. I stayed up until sunrise finishing the production, and then Chelsea added those beautiful piano hits you can hear at the end of the track. The song probably took us 16 hours start to finish—it was one of the most organic, beautiful sessions I’ve ever done, and I’m so excited about how the song came out.”

“better off” follows Zucker’s previously released single, “all the kids are depressed,” which The New York Times hailed as “icy, minimal but tuneful electronic pop.”

Before entrancing listeners across the world, 21-year-old singer, songwriter and producer Jeremy Zucker had been quietly carving out his distinct sound from a bedroom in suburban New Jersey. A self-described “social introvert,” Zucker cites Jon Bellion, blackbear, EDEN, Bon Iver and Wet among his strongest influences. In the summer of 2015, Zucker released his first official EP titled Beach Island. The project saw a small amount of success, and from there Zucker steadily began to build a dedicated fan base.

Later that year, he released a stream of singles that would eventually be packaged together as an EP titled Breathe. The project’s breakout single “Bout It” quickly garnered millions of streams as it organically spread across Soundcloud and Spotify, drawing the attention of curators and fans across the world. In 2016, Zucker released his third EP, Motions, which features “Heavy,” a song that was later remixed by the recording artist blackbear who reached out to Jeremy after stumbling across his music on Soundcloud. The remix, “Make Daddy Proud,” was released on blackbear’s latest LP Digital Druglord. In 2017, Zucker was signed with Republic Records and released his third EP, idle. The EP features his breakout hit, “talk is overrated(feat. blackbear), which has over 14 million Spotify streams to date. Further music is set for release this spring.

Hidden Content launches with world premiere of The Caretaker at Tribeca Film Festival developing slate of VR films.

Filmmakers Jacob Wasserman, Adam Donald and Ant Gentile announced today the formation of Hidden Content, a full-service virtual reality.
