Michelin starred Chef Sakari Smithwick of Chopped and Hell's Kitchen on Fox interview with Vaughn Lowery via 360 MAGAZINE.

Most-Fascinating

360 MAGAZINE has compromised a list of industry disruptors, which we know will globally make a lasting impression within their respective industries.

Sakari Smithwick, now 28, embarked on a culinary voyage at the tender age of 15. More quickly, in his early 20s, he made several appearances on very recognizable television shows such as Chopped and Hell’s Kitchen on Fox. His eight-year TV trip helped him become what we once saw as an aspiring tycoon. With his innate ability to tell stories alongside his family recipes, this young man is poised to become a heavyweight in New York City’s restaurant scene. Its concept is to handpick a tribe of marginalized food and beverage professionals and create a coordinating organization where they acquire an open air market to introduce a seasonal rotating menu. Of course, patrons will have the opportunity to procure NFT‘s that represent the place, offering them a sense of ownership. Such an ecosystem is one of the most dynamic business models among emerging entities. Additionally, he plans to launch the institution around mid-2024. However, Sakari, a Michelin-starred chef with a lot of TV buzz, could see his dreams come true a lot faster than he expected.

Israeli actress and fashion blogger Kim Or Azulay join DWTS via 360 MAGAZINE.

Born on September 27, 2002, Kim Or Azulay is a 20yro brunette with a raspy voice and loads of spunk. In addition, she is a successful fashion blogger and well-known Israeli actress. Kim stars in the second season of The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem while it debuts on Netflix. She is the brand ambassador for Calvin Klein, Stella McCartney for Adidas, and the official presenter of the French skincare brand Cerave.

With a curriculum vitae and extensive experience, she will be signed at any moment. Not to mention the fact that Azulay has been selected as a DWTS Israel candidate. The odds are pretty much in her favor.

Finally, she knows what she wants and how to get it, so by the time she returns to the U.S., she’ll probably be in the best possible position. Whatever the case may be, we support her, particularly since she has a dance background.

Rosevale NYC

Rosevale NYC is a chic, yet precocious bar with a lot of life from the 1920s. A reasonably gracious dining experience delicately decorated. As soon as you enter the vestibule, you are instantly teleported into the world of boutique glamour and regency motif. Dimly lit and comfortable – ideal for a custom cocktail.

Service is regal. Steak tartare first and crab cake second. Succulent and full of flavor. Cleansed our pallets with a Bloody Mary and a Spicy Encounter apéritif. Soon after, we were enthusiastically approached by someone in leadership, smartly dressed and prepared for supper service. After all, we are nestled in the heart of Broadway as well as enamored by the dinner theatre ritual.

One thing for sure, the adjourned hotel within arm’s length, matched its energy. The glazed glass separated us from seduction. Finally, a magnificent phantom lodge with a hot companion. Furthermore, there is absolutely nothing ‘pedestrian’ about the Civilian that is reminiscent of the Hollywood Roosevelt with guests preparing for their misdeeds.

Out came the piping hot Pork chops in tandem with a duck entree. Subsequently, a side of Mac and cheese, creamy and innocuous makes an appearance. Finally, a panna cotta slab of cheesecake designed by the best baristas rewarded by Sirha Lyon.

Afterwards, we embarked on a tour of the compact campus. Immediately confronted by a gigantic spiral staircase which spilt into a rustic yet contemporary bar on level two. Ultimately, we elevator climbed into an abyss of skyscrapers on the 28th floor, bearing a wraparound balcony with breath-taking panoramic views of Alicia Keys‘ former stomping grounds, Hell’s Kitchen.

In sum, it’s a perfect venue for a celebratory evening and/or a romantic rendezvous.

Missing JP Ramirez

Very esteemed make-up artist, JP Ramirez (42 year old Chicago native), who has worked with many people in the entertainment industry, including 360 Magazine, was found dead a few days ago.

Ramirez was last seen in Hell’s Kitchen this past week.

Recently, family and friends held an evening vigil in his loving memory. If anyone has information relating to his disappearance or death, please contact the authorities.

360 Latinx Editor, Javier Pedroza says, “To know JP is to love JP! Juan Pablo was one of the most sweetest and creative souls that I had the honor of knowing and create magic with. Growing up in New York City as young adults, we were discussing our future and how we would help humanity. JP had a sense of community and was always there for anyone who needed him. I will miss dancing ferocious salsa, styling together and laughter with our friend, but we will never forget his heart and soul. Rest in power amigo and thanks. Love you.”

“He was a beacon of hope, with a positive spirit that penetrated the room. We met JP on a special music presentation for our agency as a makeup artist, featuring LaJune. He will be missed but not forgotten,” says Vaughn Lowery (President of 360).

Newly appointed 360 Creative Director, Armon Hayes says, “Having had the pleasure of working with you [Ramirez] … his openness and willingness to collaborate on short notice was unparalleled. I knew I was seeing somebody special. Talent beyond what the eye can see, we’re really going to miss you and you made an impact on me.”

According to the 360 brand ambassador LaJune says,” JP was a brilliant light, his energy was exhilarating and soothing at sight! He was really talented yet very humble. I am so fortunate to have had to opportunity to meet and work with him! Losing JP is a reminder to enjoy every beautiful soul you encounter. Pray to turn the page and send light and positive vibes to your loved ones.”

Find out more about JP Ramirez and his talents from a recent interview.

A celebration of JP Ramirez’ life will be held at 7pm on Friday, August 6, 2021. The ceremony will start at 7:30pm and take place at Tito Murphy’s (346 W 46th St, New York, New York 10036.) Guests are invited to come dressed as you are, as JP loved for you. The celebration of JP’s life will include both a bar and DJ.
