2021 Valentine’s Day Drink List

Valentine’s Day is always a day full of romance, love and of course, alcohol. 360 Magazine has curated a list of the most divine drinks for this season of intimacy. Making these drinks for a loved one is a sure way to show your adoration.

D’USSE Between the Sheets

Glassware: Coupe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ parts D’USSE VSOP Cognac
  • 1 part Bacardi Superior Rum
  • 1 part Orange Curacao
  • ½ part fresh lemon juice

Garnish: Lemon Twist

Method: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass

  • INGREDIENTS
    • 2 parts Moscato wine
    • 1 part cranberry juice
    • 1 part ginger beer/ale
    • sugared cranberries
  • DIRECTIONS
    • Shake wine and juice together with ice, strain into glass (no glass preference from client) and top with ginger beer/ale.
    • Garnish with a toothpick of sugared cranberries.

Elevate your at-home bar this holiday season with these expert cocktail tips, recipes and stories from Spirits Network.

The month commences with a Special Edition of ‘#WhiskyWednesdays’ on December 9.   • 3 Parts of your choice of bitters
  • Cherry or lemon twist for garnish

Method:

  • Fill a shaker with ice
  • Add 2 Parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • Add 1 Part freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • Add 1/2 Part sugar syrup
  • Add 1/2 Part egg white
  • Add 3 Parts bitters
  • Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Garnish with a lemon twist

Independence Day D’USSE Cocktails

D’USSE Cognac should be top-of-mind for the Fourth of July holiday. Below is the cocktail recipe for a refreshing summer sipper that’s perfect to make this Independence Day weekend, called the D’USSE Watermelon Spritz.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 parts D’USSE VSOP
  • 0.5 part Aperol
  • 2 parts fresh watermelon juice
  • 0.5 part simple syrup
  • 0.5 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1 part Sparkling Wine

Garnish

  • ​Watermelon ball skewer & orange peel

Method

Add D’USSE, Aperol, watermelon juice, simple syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into an ice filled wine glass.  Top with Sparkling Wine.  Garnish with a watermelon ball skewer and orange peel.
