Kodak Black – Trill Bill

Today, less than a month after his last mixtape, multi-platinum rapper Kodak Black drops yet another full-length project, Trill Bill — listen HERE now via Vulture Love / Capitol Records. The charismatic Pompano Beach star continues to interrogate his psyche, his peers, and his place in a broken system on an 11-song set that includes features from Taylor So Made and TTO K.T.. Trill Bill comes complete with a visual for the track “News Matt” which includes footage from Kodak’s appearance on Million Dollaz Worth Of Game. Watch the video HERE.

Kodak also continued a Thanksgiving tradition with Kodak’s Turkey Drive this past weekend. He and his Vulture Love label’s artists visited four locations around Florida — in Delray Beach, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Miami. Kodak gave out 1,800 turkeys in honor of the 1800 block that he grew up on. Watch HERE.

Trill Bill follows the November 1 release of Kodak’s Dieuson Octave mixtape (led by the single “Catch Fire”), a haunted, inward-looking project titled after the artist’s actual birth name. But Kodak legally changed his name to Bill Kapri a few years back, and Trill Bill captures the multifaceted man from a different angle — frequently the “fly, fresh, and foolish” side of him, as he raps on “Cyber Truck.”

“Dirty Revolver” taps into that wild energy, but also Kodak’s incredible gift for improvising catchy melodies and unexpected rhythms as he traverses the track, not to mention his ability to set a scene right off the bat: “F— the rain, i’m in the Chevrolet impala with duct tape around a dirty ass revolver.”

Songs like “Cherish the Moment,” “Mayhem,” and “Escalade” with Taylor So Made lean into darkness and indulgence as Kodak uses his blues-soaked delivery to bring details and emotions to life — voice cracking or slurring, bouncing over a stray beat or dropping to an eerie whisper. On “Land in Hell” he lays out a harrowing narrative of betrayal and retribution, sounding weary over heavy keys, bass, and drums.

But like every Kodak release, Trill Bill paints a complex portrait. On “Heartfelt,” over soulful keys, he acknowledges the risks of living life on the edge. A song later, “One Piece Left,” he makes a promise to someone he loves: “Tonight’s my last night on Percocets and acting wild / Been looking everywhere but you was right here all the while / … / I got one more piece of my heart left, and I been saving it for you.”

Trill Bill and Dieuson Octave are Kodak’s first solo full-lengths since 2023’s When I Was Dead, in which he explores both his nightmares and his aspirations. Featuring the smash hit “Lemme See,” the set only reaffirmed Kodak’s status as one of the most gifted of his generation. More recently, he dropped the hard-hitting “Hit Stick,” preceded by introspective cuts “Dis Time,” “Stressed Out,” and “Non Believer” — plus “Shampoo,” a confident burst of street rap in the style that made him a superstar.

What’s more, Kodak kickstarted the summer with his record label Vulture Love’s first official project, Vulture Love Presents: The Last Zombies on Earth, featuring contributions from VVSNCE, Lil Crix, G6reddot, GorditoFlo, Big Fredo, Jay Dirty, Taji Akeil, and more. Listen HERE. Beyond generating millions of streams, it received tastemaker acclaim. XXL and The Source plugged it, and HotNewHipHop praised, “where this debut album succeeds is giving these up-and-coming artists a great platform to make their voices hard.” He then later followed up the compilation with a sold-out show at Los Angeles’ NOVO.

Kodak’s expansive vision and status transcend rap. Over the years, he’s cultivated the role of a prophetic storyteller and resonant channeller of the culture, and his reach continues to grow. He has over 25 billion global streams to his name and continues to engage in altruism towards his Florida community.

Iran’s Youth

Demand a Non-Nuclear, Secular Republic to End the Reign of Terror

By: Iman Sharif, Iranian American Student Activist & Founding Member of the OIAC’s Youth Chapter

In Iran today, a powerful movement is sweeping through the nation’s youth—who make up more than half of the population—demanding profound change. They envision a non-nuclear, secular republic where their voices, choices, and rights are finally respected. Disillusioned by decades of repression, economic hardship, and isolation, young Iranians are now standing defiantly against the clerical regime, widely referred to as the “head of the snake” in the turbulent Middle East. The recent surge in executions, meticulously documented by human rights experts, appears to be Tehran’s latest tactic to instill fear amidst rising unrest. Yet this strategy reveals the regime’s desperation to cling to control over a society increasingly united in its desire for regime change.

Organizing in groups known as Resistance Units Iranian youth are mobilizing with determination to dismantle a system they believe has robbed them of a future and destabilized the region. Their call for freedom, dignity, and self-determination is not about mere reforms; it is about uprooting a regime that has long failed its people. They dream of an Iran free from clerical rule and free from any potential return to a monarchy. Hyper-connected through technology and social media, this generation is keenly aware of the rights and freedoms enjoyed in other nations. They recognize Iran’s potential to prosper economically and engage peacefully with the world rather than remain isolated by nuclear ambitions and repressive policies.

At the core of their vision is a future, where resources fuel education, innovation, and economic welfare, instead of executions, warfare, and terrorism. For these young Iranians, ending the regime’s nuclear pursuits and oppressive tactics is essential to achieving true freedom and joining the global community.

In recent months alone, the Iranian regime under the leadership of its supreme leader and its new so-called “reformist” president, has executed over 200 people, including many women—a barbaric attempt to silence dissent. To put an end to this brutality, Iran’s Resistance Units are rallying for a new era, one free from clerical rule and military threats. Their vision of a non-nuclear, secular republic embodies a hope for a future rooted in human rights and democratic freedoms. Now, more than ever, the world must heed their call and support their struggle to end Tehran’s oppressive reign and usher in a new era of Iran, an Iran which is a model country that is as beneficial to the world as it is to its people.

Scrappy Socks

When we first started Project Repat, our goal was simple: transform treasured old t-shirts into quilts that people could wrap themselves in. Since 2012, we’ve crafted over a million of these custom quilts at a worker-owned factory in North Carolina, keeping memories alive in a meaningful way. But as we created more and more blankets, we found ourselves facing a new challenge: a growing pile of leftover t-shirt scraps—thousands of pounds of them, in fact.

We could have sent those scraps off to become part of the 5% of global waste created by textiles every year. But that didn’t sit right with us. Instead, we saw it as a chance to do things differently—a way to rethink what sustainable fashion could look like. And that’s how Scrappy Socks started.

Working with Material Return and Opportunity Threads, both nearby partners who share our values, we developed a way to turn those scraps into something new, valuable, and fully recycled. By keeping everything close to home, we’re not just reducing waste; we’re building a local circular economy that supports regional jobs, sustains our community, and keeps the environmental impact low. In a world where sustainability often comes with a high price tag, we set out to create a quality, 100% recycled product that could actually compete on price with less-sustainable alternatives.

With Scrappy Socks, we’re doing something that’s still rare in fashion: sourcing, producing, and selling sustainably—all within the same region. This kind of “tight circle” approach doesn’t just reduce waste; it also cuts down on the carbon footprint of long supply chains, shortens production times, and provides economic stability for local workers. A regional approach ensures that every step, from sourcing materials to delivering the final product, actively supports the community.

What we’re learning through Scrappy Socks is that the future of fashion doesn’t have to be big, global, or wasteful. It can be small, local, and intentional. By using resources close to home and building products within a circular model, brands can reduce waste, support communities, and make sustainability achievable for all. Localized circularity not only reduces environmental impact but also builds resilience, showing that sustainable fashion can indeed be accessible and impactful when centered around community needs.

ComplexCon day 2

ComplexCon Day 2 Vegas

The final day of ComplexCon 2024 wrapped up in true show-stopping fashion. Sunday was all about shopping, panel discussions, and standout performances, giving attendees one last chance to experience the madness. The day kicked off with a live taping of GOAT Talk, featuring FaZe Banks and Plaqueboymax, as they chopped it up with Complex’s Speedy Morman. The conversation got lively, covering everything from iShowSpeed’s rise to fame, the iconic Cristiano Ronaldo vs. Lionel Messi debate, and even whether Speed could take on Jake Paul in the ring. It was the perfect mix of culture, entertainment, and anticipation to cap off an unforgettable weekend.

The marketplace floor was alive with star-studded walkthroughs as artists set up shop with their own exclusive booths. Larry June brought his vibe to the scene, teaming up with Midnight Organic, while Lil Yachty linked up with Nike for a one-of-a-kind collab. Westside Gunn made waves alongside New Era, and stars like Central Cee, and iShowSpeed cruised through, soaking in the energy and adding to the nonstop excitement of ComplexCon.

A standout for 360 Magazine on Day 2 was the Vetements booth, where we got an exclusive look at creative director and owner Guram Gvasalia in action. The booth featured a live screen printing setup, giving attendees the chance to create their own custom Vetements tee. It was a rare and exciting moment to see such a high-end brand offering real creative freedom to the consumer—blurring the lines between designer fashion and DIY culture in the best way possible.

Travis Scott’s performance on Day 2 of ComplexCon 2024 was nothing short of electric. As the crowd erupted, Travis delivered an epic set filled with his biggest hits, including “Goosebumps,” “Sicko Mode,” and tracks from his latest album Utopia. With his signature high-energy stage presence, he had the crowd bouncing from start to finish, and the night reached its peak when he closed with Jackboys track “Gang Gang” and the hypnotic “Telekinesis.” It was a masterclass in live performance, cementing Scott as one of the biggest names in the game.

Missed the action at this year’s ComplexCon? Don’t worry—head over to the Complex Shop to grab what’s left of the exclusive drops.

But don’t fret, ComplexCon will be back next year, returning to Las Vegas on October 25-26, with Daniel Arsham taking the reins as Global Creative Director. Plus, ComplexCon is going international in 2024, heading to Hong Kong from March 21-23. See you there!

Complex Con Day 1

ComplexCon Day 1 Vegas

ComplexCon Day 1 was for the books. The energy in the air was excitement. Everybody important in pop culture in the same room. Every brand you have heard of and not heard of side by side.

Complex’s Vegas takeover hit different on Saturday, November 16, when the Las Vegas Convention Center became the epicenter of hype, drawing thousands of fans for a weekend of exclusive sneaker drops, coveted streetwear, and unforgettable activations. With Travis Scott steering the ship as artistic director, the Cactus Colosseum was straight-up electric. It wasn’t just about the gear—it was about the experience. Fans copped custom jerseys, got a taste of Cacti drinks on the house, and vibed through one-of-a-kind CactusCon activations, all while soaking in Travis’s larger-than-life presence. It was a full-throttle dive into his world, and anyone who was there walked away knowing that this was more than just an event—it was the culture.

One booth that 360 Magazine was particularly drawn to was the NLE Choppa x Factory Lab collaboration. The two recently dropped this eye-catching boot in early October, but decided to showcase it to a larger audience at ComplexCon. The silhouette was absolutely incredible—almost like a Yeezy boot fused with a duck’s foot. It’s crazy to think this unique design was inspired by NLE Choppa’s casual interest in ducks, but that’s the beauty of streetwear: turning the unexpected into something unforgettable.

If you spent your childhood dreaming of strutting to the ring like Stone Cold Steve Austin after that iconic glass-shattering intro, ComplexCon just made your wildest fantasies come true. In a hype move to promote its Netflix debut this January, WWE let fans live out their main-character energy by recording their own walk-out videos, complete with official entrance themes and epic Jumbotron graphics. But the fun didn’t stop there—Loiter x WWE dropped a fire collection of vintage-inspired tees, and wrestling icons like Cody Rhodes and Liv Morgan lit up the scene. The mic drop moment? Triple H crashing Travis Scott‘s headlining set on Sunday night. Spoiler alert: wrestling is cooler than ever.

ComplexCon was buzzing with star power as A-listers roamed the venue, creating major moments for fans and camera phones alike. Big Sean, Nav, and a crew of others kicked back with Complex News, chatting with reporter Jordan Rose, while Ken Carson filmed a live episode of Sneaker Shopping with Joe La Puma. The marketplace was packed with heavy hitters too—Offset, Gunna, and more were seen checking out the latest drops. On top of that, viral food sensation Keith Lee, rapper Tobe Nwigwe, Lil Yachty, and a slew of other celebs were spotted mixing and mingling, adding to the energy and excitement that made ComplexCon the event of the year.To close out Day 1, ComplexCon delivered an unforgettable concert experience that had the crowd buzzing long after the final note. Metro Boomin took the stage, spinning hits from the likes of 21 Savage, Future, Kendrick Lamar, and more, setting the tone for an epic night. Ken Carson and Destroy Lonely followed with high-energy sets, performing tracks from their latest albums Great Chaos and Love Last Forever. But the true highlight came when Playboi Carti hit the stage. Kicking things off with the exclusive, unreleased track “H00dbyair,” the crowd went wild as the floor literally shook and fans lost themselves in the chaos. It was the kind of energy that only ComplexCon can bring—an unforgettable night that left everyone ready for more.

Nathy Peluso Wins 3 Latin Grammys

Argentine singer, songwriter, rapper and provocateur Nathy Peluso won 3 Latin GRAMMYs at this year’s ceremony in Miami. She won “Best Alternative Song” for “El Dia Que Perdi Mi Juventud (Feat. Blood Orange),”“Best Rap/Hip-Hop Song” for “Aprender A Amar” and “Best Long Form Video” for the GRASA film.

Nathy has now won 5-career Latin GRAMMYs, tied with Mercedes Sosa for the most awards for an Argentine female artist. She is also the first woman to ever win “Best Rap/Hip-Hop Song.”

This news follows Nathy’s recent GRAMMY 2025 nomination for ‘GRASA’ in the “Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album” category. Nathy kicked off her ‘GRASA‘ world tour with a powerful performance at Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City in the beginning of the month. Her headline European tour is set to launch next February with a headline show at Roundhouse, London.

“This tour is all about embracing who we are and celebrating it with every beat,” Nathy shares. “It’s raw and full of energy. I can’t wait to share these unforgettable moments with all of you!”

Nathy recently released the ‘CLUB GRASA‘ EP, her first-ever remix project with handpicked producers re-interpreting 8 ‘GRASA‘ album songs into their own original style. The song “MENINA,” which features Spanish-Brazilian break-out star Lua de Santana, was remixed by Grammy-winning British producer Mura Masa.

The acclaimed album ‘GRASA‘ was released via 5020 Records / Sony Music Spain. All 16 album tracks are accompanied by video vignettes conceptualized by Nathy, directed by Agustín Puente and produced by The Movement by Landia – watch HERE!

‘GRASA‘reveals a more mature and emboldened Nathy who asserts her unique capabilities as a songwriter and performer, seamlessly navigating rap, ballads, and tropical genres. For the first time, the Argentine-born, Spain-based artist reveals a more intimate and personal side in her lyrics, unafraid to open up about the growing pains and creative crises that come with fame, success and the pressures of modern stardom.

In Spanish, ‘GRASA‘ evokes many different meanings and cultural subtexts, especially in her native Argentina, where the word can mean “tacky”, “tasteless” or “vulgar”. But Nathy, like her music, doesn’t want to limit herself to one definition: it could be how she proudly flaunts her body that doesn’t fit the mold of heteronormative expectations while publicly revering a slice of pizza or pasta on her social media feeds. Or it could evoke the richness of her musical arrangements, or even her zealous, all-in attitude of getting her hands dirty, in everything she does. She wants to reclaim the word and make it part of her universe: “For me it’s a state of mind, a lifestyle,” she says.

Nathy co-produced and co-wrote the 16 tracks in the album. Most tracks are the result of a close collaboration with Venezuelan musician and producer Manuel Lara (Kali Uchis, Bad Bunny) who also serves as executive producer with Nathy. ‘GRASA‘ draws visual and stylistic inspiration from a diverse array of references – the cinematic grandeur of mafia lore, 1970s NYC salsa, current icons like Kendrick Lamar – but grounded in a contemporary sound. The album feels like the soundtrack of Nathy’s current moment as she pushes boundaries and defies expectations in her craft. It’s also the triumphant result of a deeply personal journey.

In an industry often characterized by superficiality, Nathy’s authenticity shines through, reminding us that you can be an ambitious powerful woman while also showing vulnerability and being open about navigating life’s challenges.

Nathy’s critically acclaimed 2020 debut album ‘Calambre’ catapulted her to fame and success, winning “Best Alternative Album” at the 2021 Latin GRAMMYs, scoring hits with Bizarrap, C. Tangana and Tiago PZK, playing Coachella, selling out two Movistar Arenas in Buenos Aires and touring all over Spain. But her signature zeal and grueling work ethic came at a personal cost. In between performing, brand deals and releasing new music, in 2022 and 2023 she quickly got to work in the writing and production of new material that would serve as a follow up album. “It’s rooted in me, I’m a strong woman, but I lost track of my own humanity,” she says of her self-imposed high standards, which coupled with the pressures of the industry, and a series of romantic heartbreaks, compromised her mental health and left her emotionally unfulfilled. “I was like a robot telling myself, ‘I’m a gladiator’. But I had to relearn how to enjoy simple things in life that were not work.’
