BLACKPINK Postpones ‘The Show’

BLACKPINK shared today that their highly anticipated global livestream experience THE SHOW will be postponed from December 27 to January 31, 2021 at 12 a.m. EST / 2 p.m. KST, due to safety precautions and current restrictions pertaining to COVID-19 in South Korea.

BLACKPINK said, “We can’t wait to meet our BLINKS as soon as possible, but in order to comply with the South Korean COVID-19 prevention guidelines and to ensure a safe performance, we have unfortunately made the decision to postpone THE SHOW from December 27 to January 31 of next year. Through our concert, we wanted to give you some sort of comfort during these difficult times, but the health and safety of everyone taking part in THE SHOW is our top priority, so, in order to make sure that we prepare for the concert in a safe environment, we have decided to postpone THE SHOW.”

Automatic Refund Details

Everyone who purchased access to BLACKPINK’s THE SHOW via channel memberships will be automatically and fully refunded to their original form of payment starting today and can expect the following:

Fans who already purchased access to THE SHOW will receive emails from YouTube confirming the cancellation and refund. Shortly after these fans receive email notifications from YouTube confirming their refund, the “JOIN” button will reappear on BLACKPINK’s Official YouTube Channel and fans will be able to re-purchase the new channel membership.

How to Buy Access to a NEW Channel Membership

The good news is that Blinks from around the world can NOW buy access to a new channel membership. Fans have two purchase options, both of which include access to the online concert experience on January 31 and additional membership perks. One of the year’s most wildly anticipated releases, The Album by Blackpink, is out today via YG Entertainment/Interscope Records. With guest spots from Selena Gomez and Cardi B, The Album is the first full-length studio effort from the powerhouse K-pop quartet. In addition, Blackpink have premiered the mind-blowing visual for “Lovesick Girls,” the third single from The Album.

Sugarfina Care Packages

Going back to school this year is different from every other year. Instead of loading up on pencils, notebooks, markers and erasers, students are logging into computers every morning to attend virtual versions of their classes. Teachers are also preparing in a way they’ve never had to. Online lesson plans and zero face-to-face contact are making it more difficult for teachers to engage with students.

The Taste LA‘s 10th anniversary didn’t disappoint. Held at the legendary Paramount Studios on Gower and Melrose in Hollywood. Opening night was nothing short of whimsical. Canopy lights draped the movie lot as people pranced throughout the evening with sips and bite-sized dishes in tow. The soon-to-be iconic event is hosted by the LA Times. If you’re seeking a savory night out with influential foodies, then this is your place.

Throughout the three day experience, various restaurants rotated booths to serve small bites and spirits. 360 Magazine favorites included Castaway, McConnel’s Fine Ice Creams and RiceBox. VIP ticket holders had access to an additional plethora of wines, lounge area and a personalized wine glass crafted by Signature Hand Engraving.

Ticket prices ranged from $115 to $200 USD for a VIP experience. Passes are all-inclusive and good for unlimited food, beer, wine and spirits tastings, plus all stage activities (including cooking demonstrations). The Taste 2019 left foodies satisfied and dreaming of LA’s hottest restaurants.

Restaurateur Rohan Talwar helms IB Hospitality and owns the illustrious West Hollywood gem, Norahs. A few months ago, he opened the doors to modish and culinary oasis, Margot – complete with exotic dishes, regional wines and special drink menu.

Margot, a Mediterranean infused restaurant composed of various seating and dine-in areas with 360 degree views of West LA, in Culver City is a diamond in the rough. The rooftop (indoor and outdoor seated venue) nests at the top of the PLATFORM (a boutique shopping experience with fashion/pop-ups, wellness and bites) and borders tons of retail, commercial and a new hotel soon erupting. The speedy Expo line train can be seen swiftly running east to west while you sip and/or dine outside and mimics the likes of some of the more prestigious eateries within Brooklyn’s Dumbo area. Similar to the train, rumors have quickly traveled throughout the city that Amazon will begin developing a new location nearby.

‘Hot like fire’ understates the atmosphere at night as the outside appears to be torched with tons of heat lamps in tow. With fresh farm-to-fork ingredients and handmade pastas (try the spaghetti), this place is a soon to be staple within the LA area. The menu constantly changes for an all-inclusive dining experience, including those with strict plant-based diets. Great for romantic dates, celebratory moments and family gatherings on ‘Sunday Funday’ largely due to their tapas as well as fresh raw seafood bar. Talk about delectable oysters. Step foot inside to find every inch of this establishment scream social media engagement wall. Note murals and tapestries all aligned in tune with a modernistic and contemporary ambiance. Service is extremely courteous, helpful and hospitable. And if that’s not enough to keep you coming back, the handcrafted cocktails will. Try their refreshening grapefruit gin and juice or a fruity frosé – worth every penny. It’s about time Culver City got what it deserved – a casual dining experience with budding professionals who seek something edgy, youthful and tasty.

Boost your metabolism before you eat, as SoulCycle is located on the second floor right underneath Margot. Or, after a zesty salad and sandwich at Margot, you may want to head down to the first level to the cozy ice cream shop with a menu of small-batch flavors, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream.
