Presented by SM Entertainment, Trafalgar Releasing, and CJ 4DPLEX Inc., NCT DREAM THE MOVIE : In A DREAM is coming to cinemas worldwide on Wednesday, November 30 and Saturday, December 3, with a consecutive multiple day run in South Korea beginning on November 30, and a theatrical release in Japan scheduled for December 6.

The movie showcases NCT DREAM’s live performances, previously only seen in concerts, the group backstage, their preparations for the concert, and the feverish atmosphere of the Olympic Stadium. Additionally, the event features a special gift for NCTzens of exclusive behind-the-scenes interviews with the seven members of the group (MarkRenjunJenoHaechanJaeminChenleJisung) where they share candid stories and their thoughts and feelings.

NCT DREAM THE MOVIE:

In A DREAM features the “NCT DREAM TOUR ‘THE DREAM SHOW2 : In A DREAM” concert (hereafter referred to as “THE DREAM SHOW2”), the second concert of NCT DREAM held at the Olympic Stadium in September 2022. “THE DREAM SHOW2” was NCT DREAM’s second solo concert in just six years since their debut, which caused a stir at the Olympic Main Stadium, the largest concert hall in Korea, as it is called the “Stage of Dreams” for all artists.

The two-day concert sold out immediately, with NCT DREAM proving its potential as a superstar artist by mobilizing 135,000 audience online and offline. As the second concert was held after two years and 10 months since their first concert at Jangchung Municipal Stadium in 2019, “THE DREAM SHOW2” was a very special experience not only for the NCTzens, but also for NCT DREAM themselves, especially with the participation of “All 7 DREAMS” in a concert for the first time.

BLACKPINK’s ‘Born Pink’ Debuts No. 1 on Billboard 200 Albums Chart

Global superstars BLACKPINK unveil their long-awaited second full-length album BORN PINK via YG Entertainment / Interscope Records. Stream HERE. K-pop boy band Seventeen has a new hit song announced via 360 MAGAZINE

SEVENTEEN – _WORLD

K-pop stage-breakers SEVENTEEN joined forces with the English singer Anne-Marie for a new version of their single “_WORLD (Feat. Anne-Marie),” released at midnight ET. 

“_WORLD” is the lead single from SEVENTEEN’s latest album SECTOR 17 released on July 18. Amplified by Anne-Marie’s plain-spoken vocals, the new version of the urban R&B track endearingly delivers the sentiment of hope and excitement in entering a ‘new world’ built for ‘you and me.’ The underbar that prefaces the title asks the listener to also imagine and define their own ideal world. 

SECTOR 17 scored SEVENTEEN’s highest charting on the Billboard 200, debuting at No. 4. Like many of their previous hits, the band’s main producer and leader of their vocal unit WOOZI took part in producing the album as well as the lead single “_WORLD,” credited for both its lyrics and composition.

SEVENTEEN are currently touring across North America for their headline tour ‘BE THE SUN.’ After their action-packed shows in Vancouver, Seattle, Oakland, Los Angeles, Houston, Fort Worth and Chicago, the K-pop supergroup will bring their must-see show to Washington DC next. BLACKPINK – BORN PINK

Global phenomenon BLACKPINK has announced via social media their second album, BORN PINK will release on Friday, September 16th. Last week, an official visual teaser revealed the first single titled “Pink Venom” will be available next Friday, August 19th. Pre-save the track HERE

The group’s long-awaited return was announced earlier this summer in an official statement from YG Entertainment noting the upcoming new music would kick off “a continuous large-scale project [that] extends through the second half of the year”. Yesterday, the large-scale project was revealed as BLACKPINK’s 2022 / 2023 world tour, set to kick off on October 15th in Seoul, South Korea. BLACKPINK RETURNS

Y.G. Entertainment has announced that BLACKPINK will make their long-awaited return this Summer. Currently, in the final stages of recording a new album, BLACKPINK‘s new music in August starts an ongoing large-scale project that will extend through the year’s second half.

In the announcement, Y.G. Entertainment stated, “much BLACKPINK-Esque music has been prepared over a long time. On top of new music and large-scale projects, BLACKPINK will also go on the largest world tour in the history of a K-pop girl group by the end of the year to expand their rapport with fans worldwide.”

FACADE expresses varied emotions similar to how one would feel at a carnival. Feeling the joy and excitement of a carnival, experiencing various feelings during a rollercoaster ride, briefly forgetting about the reality while on a merry-go-round, witnessing a newfound world during a parade – all of these diverse emotions are conveyed through this album. Wonho elaborates; “One gets to experience an array of emotions at a carnival. And I tried to portray them through ‘Facade.’ Just as you feel like you’re in a different world when at a carnival, wouldn’t it be nice to be trapped in that moment if you could continue to feel the countless emotions you get when we’re together?”

FACADE opens up with, INTRO: 9 AM,” the time that marks the start of the carnival, and the last track OUTRO: 9PM” is the time that marks the end. Lead track CRAZY is the centerpiece of the album that best represents ‘Facade.’ This funky dance track features various musical arrangements that make this song explode with energy. The music video for CRAZY” features Wonho diving deep into the world of dancing. While crossing between the world of dancing and reality, Wonho becomes more and more immersed in dancing and ultimately opens the door that leads to the world of ‘the end of the dance.’

Seventeen – Face the Sun

K-pop stage-breakers SEVENTEEN are back with their 4th studio album Face the Sun. 

Arriving 2 years and 8 months after their last full-length album, Face the Sun taps into the 13-piece act’s candid ruminations on their fears and aspirations in reaching for greater heights. 

By likening their greatest fear and simultaneously their ultimate goal to the ‘Sun,’ SEVENTEEN boldly express their determination to venture forth through the lead single “HOT.” The accompanying video for the hip-hop based track is packed with intricate motifs and snippets of the song’s riveting choreography, raising anticipation for the high-caliber performances of the track to come.

Including “HOT” and the act’s first English single “Darl+ing” released in April, the new album consists of 9 tracks in total: “DON QUIXOTE,” “March,” “Domino,” “Shadow,” “‘bout you,” “IF you leave me” and “Ash.” As one of the team’s main producers and the leader of its vocal team, WOOZI co-wrote all 9 tracks.

Face the Sun set an all-time high pre-order sales record for SEVENTEEN early on, surpassing the 2 million mark a week ahead of its release. 

The K-pop performance powerhouse will showcase live performances of selected tracks from the album during their comeback show on HYBE Labels’ official YouTube channel at 7 PM KST on May 28.
