Wild Tonic Jun Kombucha

Wild Tonic Jun Kombucha is the perfect beverage for the summer. Wild Tonic Jun Kombucha not only keeps you hydrated but it is rich in probiotics and antioxidants. Jun Kombucha has been growing in popularity over the last few years, but many are unfamiliar with Jun, which is a cousin of traditional Kombucha, and classified as champagne of kombucha.

What sets Wild Tonic apart from other kombucha on the market is it is crafted primarily with honey instead of cane sugar; this produces a refreshing result, absent of a ‘vinegar’ bite common in traditional kombucha. The initial brew of sustainably sourced tea and honey along with a SCOBY, symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, is infused with organic fruits, herbs and botanicals to create the signature smooth taste. Wild Tonic is also a more nutritious alcoholic beverage; each sip contains prebiotics, probiotics, amino acids and antioxidants, without any artificial flavorings or sulfites.

Wild Tonic offers many delicious flavors including Raspberry Goji Rosse, Blueberry Basil, Blackberry Mint, and Rosemary Lemon in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. Their new slim can packaging varieties will be available for direct purchase at http://www.wildtonic.com/.

About Wild Tonic:

The Wild Tonic story begins with an artist and her passion for innovation and creativity. Painter, Holly Lyman, worked with beeswax, an ancient medium known as encaustic, for many years until she discovered the art of fermentation. One day, her love of painting with beeswax transformed into working with honey, another labor of love created by the bees. As with many creative endeavors that sometimes spill into other forms of expression, Holly unexpectedly found herself fascinated with a rare ferment known as Jun. She brewed with this living culture day after day until several years and brew experiments later, Wild Tonic Jun Kombucha was born! For more information about Wild Tonic Jun Kombucha please visit www.wildtonic.com and follow them on Instagram.

CAMERON HUGHES WINE

‘Clean and crisp curated wines at your door in days’ – 360 MAGAZINE

San Francisco-based Cameron Hughes Wine has been a leader in the “direct to consumer” business model, making it super simple to order excellent wine right to your door, and for a great value. With economic uncertainty on the horizon, these are the best deals for price-conscious folks who still want to enjoy high-quality wines, with the added benefit of safety and convenience.

Cameron operates as a wine trader or “négociant” rather than a producer, which means he doesn’t own vineyards or a winery – his focus is solely on sourcing the best wines and negotiating the best price. He looks in every cellar and barrel room, and peeks behind every door that says “Employees Only.” Sometimes he buys wine still in the barrel, and other times he buys “shiners” (wine already in a bottle with no label).

Deals are made discreetly and typically protected by an agreement to keep the source winery undisclosed to protect their brand. The result? Cameron is able to offer $100+ Napa Cabernets for a third of the price, or a $60 bottle of Pinot for under $20.

Wine by Design created championship wines to celebrate the victories of the San Francisco Giants (2012 & 2014), Boston Red Sox (2013), Kansas City Royals (2015) and Chicago Cubs (2016), each of which honored historic moments for those Clubs. This is the first World Series title in franchise history for the Houston Astros, making a truly momentous occasion for their fans.

“This wine is truly worthy of champions like the Houston Astros, with fresh fruit aromas of yellow delicious apple and citrus flower nuanced with tropical notes on the nose. The taste follows through with citrus that livens the palate—begging for another sip or two,” said Rack & Riddle Executive Director of Winemaking, Penny Gadd-Coster. “The beauty of a well-balanced Brut like this is it pairs well with a variety of foods – like World Series-worthy snacks of potato chips, mixed nuts and Spicy Wings! It’s perfect for drinking now, and ages well so you can celebrate with bubbly for months to come.”

The Houston Astros Championship Brut was crafted in the labor-intensive Méthode Champenoise tradition, and showcases premium grapes from California.
