Corner Bar Management to Celebrate Life Is Beautiful with The Block, a Rollicking Lineup of Pre- and Post-Fest Parties

 Corner Bar Management will keep the good times rolling before and after Life Is Beautiful with The Block, a packed lineup of pre- and post-festival parties at We All ScreamDISCOPUSSY,  Commonwealth and Park on Fremont from Friday, Sept. 16 through Sunday, Sept. 18.  

The Block, sponsored by Las Vegas Weekly, will highlight 15 headliners across four venues within three days on Fremont East. For the first time, Corner Bar Management will offer an all-access pass to the events, priced at $99, or each event ticket may be purchased separately. Tickets available now at blockparty.vegas.

Daytime brunch parties will rock The Block from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Park on Fremont, a lush craft cocktail garden in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. The lineup features Chet Porter on Friday, Sept. 16; Flamingosis on Saturday, Sept. 17; and a Kraak & Smaak DJ set on Sunday, Sept. 18. Tickets to each event begin at $10.

By night, Fremont East will light up with post-festival events, each beginning at 11 p.m. DISCOPUSSY, the warehouse-inspired dance haven distinguished by its LED disco-octopus chandelier, will host a lineup of DJs including Solardo on Friday, Sept. 19; Justin Martin on Saturday, Sept. 17; and VNSSA on Sunday, Sept. 18. At Commonwealth, a two-story industrial-style craft cocktail bar with rooftop dancefloor, artists will include Andre Power on Friday, Sept. 16; Austin Millz on Saturday, Sept. 17; and Miles Medina on Sunday, Sept. 18. We All Scream, Corner Bar Management’s double-decker ice cream-themed club, will host two headliners nightly, one In The Truck, the venue’s vintage dairy truck-turned-DJ booth, and another On The Cone, the rooftop’s custom ice cream cone-shaped booth. The lineup includes UNIIQU3 and Bexxie on Friday, Sept. 16; YehMe2 and DJ Dan on Saturday, Sept. 17; and Manila Killa (DJ set) and DJ Mes on Sunday, Sept. 18. Tickets to each event begin at $20.

Too $hort Takes Over Las Vegas with Performances at LIGHT Nightclub and DAYLIGHT Beach Club

Over the weekend, hip-hop artist and record producer Too $hort took over the Las Vegas scene with energetic performances at  LIGHT Nightclub and DAYLIGHT Beach Club, located at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, on Saturday, Aug. 13 and Sunday, Aug. 14, respectively.

Too $hort, a popular West Coast style rapper and 14-time certified platinum-selling artist, started his Vegas takeover Saturday with a 2 a.m. set at LIGHT, performing his biggest hits including “Blow the Whistle,” “Big Subwoofer” and “Shake that Monkey.” He and a group of friends, including fellow hip-hop artist Flavor Flav, enjoyed Clase Azul and Don Julio Reposado before heading back to Delano Las Vegas for the night.

Continuing the party into Sunday, Too $hort put on another entertaining performance for DAYLIGHT’s enthusiastic crowd. Too $hort, Flavor Flav and other friends hung out until close while sipping on Clase Azul, Grey Goose and Don Julio Reposado.

Ne-Yo Excites Crowds with Over-The-Top Performances at Drai’s Beachclub • Nightclub

Three-time Grammy-award winner Ne-Yo excited fans with two rockin’ performances at Drai’s Beachclub • Nightclub over the weekend.

On Sunday, Aug. 14, Ne-Yo got the packed house of daytime partygoers at Drai’s Beachclub on their feet dancing to his hit songs such as “Miss Independent” and “Because of You.” The high-energy afternoon concert was Ne-Yo’s first ever performance at Drai’s Beachclub and is part of his ongoing Drai’s residency.

Ne-Yo also lit up the stage on Saturday, Aug. 13 at Drai’s Nightclub, where the crowd provided an explosion of backup vocals, singing along to hits like “So Sick” and “She Knows,” complete with laser lights, smoke, backup dancers and an unbeatable visual display. The artist recently dropped his highly anticipated album, “Self Explanatory,” on July 15.

Made famous in the early 2000s, Ne-Yo began his musical journey as a teen and has been in the music industry for over 24 years. His debut studio album, “In My Own Words” (2006), reached the number one spot on Billboard’s 200 chart. The artist has released a total of eight studio albums, more than 40 singles and numerous appearances with other artists.

Weekend clubgoers also enjoyed performances by Rick Ross on Friday, Aug. 12 and Lloyd on Sunday, Aug. 14 at Drai’s Nightclub and Rick Ross again at Drai’s Beachclub on Saturday, Aug. 13.

Rose took the stage at 2 a.m. performing saucy hits including “Psycho,” “Big Mouth” and her latest single, “Wifey.”  After her set, she hung out and danced with friends at their booth while sipping on Moet Nectar Rose, Hennessy and Casamigos Blanco.

This Labor Day weekend Drai’s Beachclub • Nightclub is taking things to the next-level from Friday, Sept. 2 to Monday, Sept. 5 with top-tier performances, day and night. Located on the 11th story rooftop of The Cromwell in the center of the Las Vegas Strip, Drai’s will host incredible Drai’s LIVE performances by icons Big SeanMeek Mill, and more.

On Friday, Sept. 2 guests are invited to soak up the sun at Drai’s Beachclub. On Sunday, DJ ESCO, hip-hop artist and producer for Future the rapper,  performed at DAYLIGHT Beach Club, located at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, with NBA championship winner Draymond Green in attendance, among other celebrities. 

DJ ESCO put on an energetic set from 4 to 5 p.m., playing top hits including “Too Much Sauce,” “How It Was” and “No Slow Money,” while hyping up the crowd with the help of his mascot. They sipped on Ciroc, Don Julio Reposado and 1942 while mingling with Green and DJ Shabazz, as well as rapper Symba and former NFL star TJ Ward.

Multi-talented singer, dancer and Grammy-award winning artist Chris Brown blew fans away at the first show of his new powerhouse production at Drai’s Nightclub early this morning. Chris Brown: The Live Vegas Residency” showcases the iconic artist’s phenomenal talents on a custom-built, two-story stage. 

The sold-out crowd sang along to hits like “Baddest,” “Indigo” and “No Guidance,” all set to an unprecedented nightclub production with a full cast of talented dancers and smoke, lasers and confetti. Brown also performed “Warm Embrace” and “Mona Lisa” from his much-anticipated new album, “Breezy,”which will be released on Friday, June 24. Drai’s May Lineup

As summer approaches, Drai’s Beachclub • Nightclub promises to bring the heat this May. Located on The Cromwell‘s 11th story rooftop, the stage is set for mega-stars Lil Wayne, Meek Mill, Big Sean, TI, Nelly and more to host unforgettable full-length Drai’s LIVE concerts. Guests can also enjoy a splash at luxurious Drai’s Beachclub, now open Friday through Sunday, and Drai’s Resort Pool experience from Monday through Thursday starting in May.

Nightclub Lineup

  • Friday, May 6 – TI: Three-time Grammy award winner, TI, has released several highly successful singles including hits such as “Whatever You Like” and “Live your life” featuring Rihanna. He has also collaborated with some of today’s hottest artists such as Drake and Gucci Mane.
  • Saturday, May 7 – Gucci Mane: Gucci Mane, a frequent Drai’s performer and guaranteed life of the party, recently dropped his new single, “Serial Killers.”
  • Sunday, May 8 – Lloyd: R&B singer Lloyd is most popular for hit single “Lay it Down” and his feature on Young Money‘s hit “Bed Rock.” Lloyd’s performance follows the launch of Drai’s “House Party” a 90’s and early 2000’s themed celebration that will take place once a month until November.
  • Saturday, May 14 – Tory Lanez: Tory Lanez has mesmerized audiences with his “swavey” musical style and has picked up features with ASAP Ferg and G-Eazy along the way. Alone at Prom is the R&B artist’s 6th studio album and the most popular tracks are “Enchanted Waterfall,” “The Color Violet,” and “Lady of Namek.”
  • Sunday, May 15 – Burna Boy: Nigerian rapper and singer Burna Boy has collaborated with popular artists like Pop Smoke and Polo G. Top hits from his latest album Twice as Tall” include “Way too Big” and “23.”
  • Friday, May 20 – Big Sean: Multi-platinum artist Big Sean is best known for smash hits such as “I Don’t F**k with You” and “My Last.” He recently released a new song, in collaboration with famed record R&B Singer Queen Naija, entitled “Hate Our Love.” The artist recently headlined at the 2022 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

  • Sunday, May 22 – DJ Franzen: Drai’s resident and legendary DJ and producer DJ Franzen is known for creating an incredible party atmosphere.
  • Friday, May 27 – Meek Mill: As one of the hottest live performers, Mill’s popular new hits include “Hot” and “Sharing Locations” from his recent album Expensive Pain to crowd favorites like, “Dreams and Nightmares.”
  • Saturday, May 28 – Lil Wayne: Lil Wayne, known as “Weezy” to his fans, is popular for hits like “A Milli” and “6 Foot 7 Foot.” His album, Funeral, debuted no. 1 on the 2020 Billboard Charts, becoming Lil Wayne’s fifth chart-topping album.
