* Model Brittany Mason lives in Mooney’s same 450 unit high-rise building and doesn’t feel safe. The landlord will not allow her to terminate the lease agreement or cooperate.

First Nichole Coats, Then Maleesa Mooney. Will there be a third? According to various media sources, this is eerily coming across as a serial killer.

Both victims possess similar complexions, facial features, and occupations. To add to the speculation, they both lived within a mile of each other in the DTLA area.

A close colleague informed 360® creative, Armon Hayes, of Nichole’s passing, which alerted him to this heinous crime.

In disbelief, “OMG! OMG. It’s hard to believe what I just read. The person I worked with and modeled for a campaign was found dead in her apartment. Mangled, bruised, and unrecognizable!?… I was wondering why she was so heavy on my mind. It’s been years since we worked together. Actually, last I heard, she relocated to LA to be close to family after the pandemic.”

Coincedentally, these two models were consecutively discovered dead in their flats. Nichole Coats (32) on Sept 10 and shortly Maleesa Mooney (31) Sept 12. Days apart, both women’s deaths occur within miles of each other.

Witnesses reported that she had gone on a date two days before her discovery. Due to lack of communication, her family made the decision to conduct a wellness check.

The LAPD Detectives have already determined that Mooney’s case is a homicide.

Authorities are convinced that the two deaths could be linked because the two young ladies lived in close proximity and were of the same age.

Still in disbelief, “I touched her arm, and she was like stone,” states her father, Guy Edward Coats Jr.

Nichole’s untimely death has caused fear among close friends and family.

Our representative recalls photographing her for the AOHOSA Bespoke Beret campaign at The Bronx Bodega.

“At the time, I worked at the True Religion flagship across from Barclays as a GM, and Nikki and I worked in tandem. She had just moved to Manhattan and was spreading her wings. A large city full of life! Shining her light wherever she landed,” he stated.

A brief silence. He continues, “I am deeply affected by the news of Nichole [Nikki] Coats and send my condolences to her loved ones. I will never forget her smile.”

Some of her soundtrack placements include Deliver Us from Eva, Rush Hour, and Love in the Nick of Tyme. Additionally, she’s been featured on songs with Jaheim, Will.i.am, and was invited to perform a remix of Eric Benet’s #1 smash, Spend my Life (f/ Tamia). 

Her music mentors are George Duke and Patti Labelle, whom she continues to perform and record with. In fact, she co-wrote Patti’s single, Anything, featuring Kanye West and Mary Mary.

World-renowned supermodel and fashion icon Naomi Campbell will make her Dubai Fashion Week debut tonight at Dubai Design District (d3). She is set to walk the final runway show of the SS24 edition of Dubai Fashion Week this evening, modeling for the Malaysian luxury fashion house Rizman Ruzaini. Campbell’s appearance will conclude the second edition of Dubai’s official fashion week and the region’s definitive fashion fixture and culminate a highly successful fashion week, which was highlighted with the presentation of Carolina Herrera SS24.

The 21-track album of new recordings is the fourth instalment of Taylor’s Version albums.

On Friday, Oct. 20, AREA15 hosted more than 4,000 guests for the exclusive, invite-only TwitchCon Party 2023. Taking place across the entire AREA15 district, including Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart and Illuminarium, the private event included distinctive performances and appearances by some of the world’s top Twitch streamers and social media influencers.

Inside AREA15’s A-Lot, attendees were captivated with performances by blklght, Geneburn, Findtherabbit and Vanessa Lopez. The 360-degree, projection-mapped Portal featured sets by TIGERMOM TOY, ggPeteQ, namdosean, DataBaes and orso.

Dan Clancy, current chief executive officer of Twitch, and Justin Kan, cofounder of Twitch, were in attendance along with prominent influencers such as Nicole Thorne (@nicholethorne), Koda Kumi (@kodakumi_official), Jonathan Crichton (@jojocrichton) and Sarah Jessie (@srahjessie420backup). The social media buzz from the party garnered more than 6 million impressions on Instagram.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club, Las Vegas’ ultimate destination for late-night shows, surprise comedians, high-end casual cuisine and memorabilia in the heart of The LINQ Promenade, announces its November comedian lineup.

Last Friday marked the premiere of “The Hanging Tree,” the first song released from the soundtrack. In the upcoming film (a prequel to the original Hunger Games trilogy), audiences will witness the origin of the storied song when Lucy Gray Baird (Zegler) sings it for the very first time.
