CJ PERRY talks about the surreal life via 360 MAGAZINE.

CJ Perry – The Surreal Life

CJ Perry stars on the reboot of The Surreal Life which airs on VH1 Mondays at 9 pm/8c. As of late, she engages in an introspective conversation with Vaughn Lowery on the 360 MAG podcast about mental health, homelessness in LA and her career in the WWE. Additionally, she sheds light on her newfound friendship with castmate Tamar Braxton.

The weekly episodic features eight notable TV personalities (CJ Perry, Frankie Muniz, Tamar Braxton, Kim Coles, Stormy Daniels, August Alsina, and Manny MUA) who live together under one roof while unmasking their vulnerabilities. The celebrities will also compete in a series of challenges each week. Watch The Surreal Life Trailer!

CJ Perry is best known as WWE Superstar “Lana” and “The Ravishing Russian” for the past decade. She grew up in Latvia and can speak the Russian language. Every morning, she eats five eggs and a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast to fuel her moves. The talented WWE superstar also acted in popular series such as E!’s “Total Divas” and “Pitch Perfect 1 & 2.” She stunned everyone at the London and New York Fashion Weeks and landed partnerships with red-hot brands like PrettyLittleThing and Fashion Nova

Perry spoke about the WWE’s controversial third-party policy that went into effect last year, which fans accused her of being the ‘straw that broke the camel’s back’ because she had a number of sponsorship deals through her Instagram. “I’ve been always in communication with WWE, always given them every single… Everything I do, I always get everything approved. I am, regardless of what people see me on screen throughout the years as the bad guy, the heel, the loud mouth, the drama, behind the scenes, I would say I try to do everything by the book. Because I deal with really bad anxiety and mental health issues and I just get too anxious if I feel like I’m breaking the rules, “Perry stated in an interview with ComicBook. She also mentioned in the Talk Is Jericho podcast that the only way she’d return to the wrestling scene is if a company offered a No-Cut clause in the contract.

Aside from being a pro wrestler, Perry starred opposite Jonathan Rhys-Meyers in sci-fi thriller film WIFELIKE. The film tells the story of a widower named William (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) who receives an A.I. copy of his late wife, Meredith (Elena Kampouris). In the fight to end AI exploitation, an underground resistance attempts to infiltrate him by sabotaging the programming of the AI Meredith. So she begins to question her reality as memories of a past life begin to surface in a world where nothing is as it seems.

Perry also starred opposite Bruce Willis in sci-fi-action film COSMIC SIN. The story follows a group of warriors and scientists who must fight to protect and save their race when a hostile alien species with the power to infect and take over human hosts sets its sights on a futuristic human society. Perry will step into the role of “Sol” — who was originally written for a male. The character is described as “the best sniper in the galaxy and lead assassin fighting for the human race against an alien invasion.”

Perry had a breakout acting role in the fantasy/romance feature film titled, “Another Version of You” released in 2019. She was also an Executive Producer on the film and won the 2018 Audience Award at the Nashville Film Festival. The film talks about when the girl Diggsy’s always loved gets married to another man, he gets an opportunity to explore parallel universes to find another version of her who might love him back. Perry was drawn to her character Gwyneth since she is free-spirited and in the moment. “I love that free spirit about her,” she admitted. “Sometimes, her biggest strength is her greatest weakness. She just goes with the wind.”

Las Catalinas Announces Opening of Papagayo Taphouse

Costa Rica’s car-free town adds to growing restaurant and retail offerings

Inspired by New Urbanism and the seaside hill towns of the Mediterranean, the car-free town of Las Catalinas continues to take shape and evolve since it began construction in 2009. The first neighborhood to be built in Las CatalinasBeach Town, is now nearing its completion and is a model for car-free living and intricate design. The low-rise Beach Town is extremely permeable for people on foot, and its textured hardscapes encourage maximum human-to-human interaction. As this scenic coastal town continues to grow, Las Catalinas adds to its eclectic list of food and beverage and retail offerings with the opening of its newest restaurant in Beach Town.

Recently opened in early November 2022, Beach Town in Las Catalinas welcomes Papagayo Taphouse by Papagayo Brewing Co. Leading the way with sustainability and sustainable brew practices throughout Costa Rica, Papagayo Brewing Co. is a Liberia-based brewery and tasting room producing quality craft beers accentuating the Guanacaste climate and culture. Just a stone’s throw from the Liberia airport, its flagship location produces craft beers proudly “hechas en Guanacaste” (made in Guanacaste) and inspired by the local culture and climate. With the strong belief that quality craft beer should be as refreshing as it is flavorful, Papagayo Brewing Co. is the beer to take from the brewery to the beach. Their taproom offers private group tours which is something not all craft breweries in Costa Rica offer.

Some of Papagayo Brewing Co.’s highlights include the Beach Lager (5%), an easy-drinking traditional lager; Tropical IPA (6.2%), known for its intense flavor of tropical fruits and juicy hops; Sour Gose (4.5%), a German-style sour beer with pink Himalayan salt and hibiscus; and the Passion Fruit Ale (5.5%), a light, golden pale ale with local passion fruit. The brewery just released its newest beer, the Offshore Ale, an American wheat ale with floral and citrusy notes. The IPA Series is a limited batch series with the first release date in May and the second release in August of this year.

For many years, the craft beer boom has steadily grown in North America,  but the last five or so years has seen significant growth in the craft beer market in Costa Rica. Although the capital city of San Jose continues to be the leader in the craft beer scene in the country, Guanacaste is starting to see an influx of small micro-breweries to craft breweries with innovative and robust menus. Throughout Guanacaste, brew pubs, taprooms, and distributor breweries are pulling from local traditions, fresh ingredients, and even the Blue Zone water to brew beer that reflects the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica.

Papagayo Taphouse adds to the growing list of food and beverage offerings in Beach Town. Situated in the lively gathering place of Plaza Mercado, other openings this year included: Pots & Bowlsthe popular restaurant that first opened as a food truck in the height of the pandemic now operating as a stand-alone restaurant and its new sister restaurant next door called Pascual offering farm-to-table tapas and a wide selection of wines. This summer also saw the opening of Coquelicot, a charming European style food cart specializing in ice cream and waffles.

Focusing on creating a better way of life, the New Urbanist philosophy centers on building walkable blocks and streets, housing and shopping in close proximity, and accessible public spaces and parks to encourage livability, environmental sustainability, and innovation. The 21-acre Beach Town is a vibrant network of narrow passages, stair streets, and intimate public spaces. With nearly all of the buildings located on a small plaza or park, Beach Town embraces the core values of Las Catalinas by linking people, places, and conversations together in an authentic way.

About Las Catalinas, www.lascatalinascr.com

The conscious town of Las Catalinas is Costa Rica’s newest desirable beach town, currently with 142 homes complete and 150 full-time residents. Inspired by New Urbanist philosophy, the car-free, highly walkable town will include several inns and intimate hotels, shops, restaurants, retail, day spas, pedestrian streets, parks, plazas, and recreational facilities, all located between two of Costa Rica’s loveliest Pacific beaches and 1,000 acres of protected tropical dry forest, which are interlaced with extensive hiking and biking trails. Within the town, the walkable public spaces are interwoven with nature, and the architecture emphasizes indoor-outdoor living and scenic views. Cars are refreshingly absent. Founder Charles Brewer’s core values and beliefs include environmental stewardship, connection to one another and to the rhythms of nature, promotion of wellness, and an emphatic preference for quality of life over quantity of material possessions, understanding that the “good life” is not about material possessions but about human connections, good health, and ecological sustainability.

Which Is the Best Football League In the World?‍

Football is a beautiful game; it’s fast, it’s furious, and it’s filled with moments of magic that can leave even the most ardent skeptic dumbstruck. The sport has evolved in recent years, with many leagues now prioritizing attacking football as opposed to being a cagey and defensive-minded spectacle. The world of football is now a more exciting place than ever before and there are numerous competitions vying for attention.

The days when only a select few could enjoy the sport are long gone, but which league is the best in the world? Which league offers the most quality? Which league has the highest standard of football? This article will look at why some people think that one league stands above all others: The English Premier League (EPL).

The Case for the EPL

Let’s start by taking a look at the case for the EPL and how it impacts this website. First and foremost, it’s incredibly popular. The EPL boasts the highest attendance of any football league in the world, with the average attendance figures well exceeding the 70,000 mark. The EPL also boasts the highest average TV viewership, with the League’s matches drawing in over 2 billion viewers each season.

The EPL is also one of the most profitable leagues in the world, with an estimated revenue of over £3 billion. And then there’s the money: the EPL boasts the highest wage bill of all the football leagues in the world. The average wage of an EPL player is over $5 million per year, with some players earning as much as $25 million per year. The EPL is also the most lucrative football league in the world when it comes to transferring deals.

The EPL has seen the highest-ever transfer fee paid for one player in football history, with Paul Pogba moving from Juventus to Manchester United for $116 million. The EPL also has the highest-ever transfer fee paid for a defender, with Aymeric Laporte moving from Athletic Bilbao to Manchester City for $78 million. In terms of transfer deals as a whole, the EPL has seen the highest-ever total amount spent on transfers: $5.5 billion.

The Quality of Football is Outstanding

One of the biggest arguments in favor of the EPL is that it has the highest quality of football of any league in the world. The EPL boasts some of the most talented players in the world, with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, and Neymar all plying their trade in England. The EPL’s quality is reflected in its average goals per game: 3.21.

This figure is higher than the average goals per game of every other major football league. The EPL also boasts the highest average number of shots per game: 22.12. This figure is also higher than the average number of shots per game of every other major football league in the world. There’s no denying that the EPL is home to some of the most skillful players in the world.

People Love Watching the Best Players

It has the most expensive players in the world. It has the most recognizable players in the world. It has the best teams in the world and is also home to the most avid followers. Football is a sport that is all about passion and the EPL has fans of every club who live and breathe the game.

These fans turn up in droves to watch their sides play at home, and they also tune in in their millions at home to watch the games on TV. The EPL is also a global brand, with clubs such as Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Arsenal having a high-profile following. Some clubs’ fans even travel to watch them play away from home, such is their passion for the sport.

The Stakes Are Incredibly High

Another reason why people like to watch the EPL is that the stakes are incredibly high. The EPL is home to some of the richest clubs in the world and these clubs are willing to splash their cash in order to acquire the best footballing talent. The EPL’s massive salaries and high transfer fees ensure that the competition is fierce, which means that each match is a real spectacle.

The EPL’s biggest teams are always vying for the title, and they usually have to scrap for it at the end of the season. The EPL also has the highest number of draws of any league worldwide. This is largely down to the fact that the teams are so evenly matched that they are unable to break each other’s resolve.

It’s a Global Brand

EPL is a truly global brand. It has become the most popular football league in the world, with a huge number of people tuning in to watch the games. It’s not just people in England who like to watch the league; people around the world enjoy following the EPL. This is partly due to the fact that many of the league’s clubs are extremely wealthy and can therefore attract the best players from around the world.

Conclusion

There are many reasons why the English Premier League is the best football league in the world. It boasts the highest attendance figures of any league in the world, it has the highest average TV viewership of any league in the world, it’s the most lucrative league in the world, and it has the highest average number of shots per game of any league in the world.

Things you wish you’d be aware of before heading out to Russia!

We just returned from an extended excursion through Russia, visiting almost twelve urban communities alone. However significant as our experience seemed, there are a couple of things I wish I had known in advance. Whether you’re arranging a Trans-Siberian experience or a speedy excursion to St. Petersburg, I trust these Russian travel tips will assist you with getting ready for the thing that’s coming down the road!

Our month in Russia flew by a long shot excessively fast. We would have remained longer to investigate more if it hadn’t been for our Russian visa restrictions (30 days for Canadians). I believe this was just the first of many visits.

Learning the language will be surprisingly gainful

Russian is the authority language of Russia, and English isn’t generally spoken beyond travelers’ friendly urban communities. Regardless of whether you have a well-thought-out plan to visit Moscow and St. Petersburg, realizing a little Russian will assist you with getting around. I suggest learning the Cyrillic letter set and a couple of crucial expressions, for example, “Hi, farewell, thank you, and so on” and “Excuse me, I don’t communicate in Russian.” “Could you at any point convey in English?”

Google Translate will be valuable

Most signs and historical center data will be shown in Russian and English in Russia’s two significant urban communities. A few menus are deciphered, and you will likely experience servers and inn receptionists familiar with English. You’ll be all alone until the end of the time. The joke was planned. Luckily, there are some astounding (and free!) applications accessible to help you in defeating the language boundary. It’s likewise worth making room on your telephone for the Russian language to be downloaded inside the application so you can utilize it disconnected.

Stretch out certain rubles beyond time

Whether you’re flying into Russia straightforwardly from home or through another nation, stretch out neighborhood cash beyond time to hold you over when you show up. This will save you from being required to go to a cash trade office at an air terminal or rail route station, which will more likely than not give you a decent rate. Russia’s cash is the ruble. This might be shown as RUB, рy, or. 1 CAD is roughly 50 RUB, and bills are accessible in divisions 50, 100, 500, 1000, and 5,000.

You can get a good deal on your excursion by being sharp

Our most excellent starting costs in Russia were visa application charges, train tickets, and housing. Besides that, despite what we’d caught wind of Russia being so costly, we had the option to adhere to a genuinely safe financial plan every day. We restricted ourselves to 1-2 paid visits and attractions per city and remained in lodgings in a portion of the more costly urban communities. Eating at cafeteria-style burger joints known as stolovi allowed us to get a good deal on food since we could eat serenely for around CAD 5 per feast.

Prepare for as much time as is reasonably possible

We appreciate unconstrained travel all through Europe and Mexico. However, we found that Russia isn’t the ideal country for those impromptu, last-minute escapes. First off, you’ll in all likelihood be going between urban communities via train, and buying tickets ahead of time guarantees you get both a decent seat and a lower passage. This is particularly obvious during top seasons, for example, summer excursions, when local people likewise take trains for their get-aways. The equivalent validates booking dwelling, theater tickets, and shows or games.

Making a trip to Russia is convoluted and poorly designed

It isn’t! It’s pretty straightforward and much less complicated than it was a couple of years prior. All you want is a Russian visa, a greeting (which can be gotten effectively from an inn or other housing), and a couple of different records. The technique is equivalent to any other country requiring a traveler visa. Try to work with an organization that has insight into Russian travel to assist with making the cycle smooth and straightforward.

Individuals might look (however won’t grin)

They were being brought up in Toronto; you try not to visually engage with outsiders on the road except if you’re going to cooperate with them. That is why it didn’t take long to see that everybody appeared to be gazing at us as we passed each other on the walkway. Individuals appeared to engage visually, and my usual response was to grin. Nobody returned the grin.

Marvel's Black Panther: Wakanda Forever via 360 MAGAZINE.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

The Black Panther: Wakanda Forever – Music From and Inspired By soundtrack, produced by Ryan Coogler, Ludwig Göransson, Archie Davis and Dave Jordan is set for release on Nov. 4 from Roc Nation Records/Def Jam Recordings/Hollywood Records. The soundtrack is available for Pre-Save/Pre-Add/pre-order here. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, directed by Ryan Coogler and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore, opens in U.S. theaters Nov. 11, 2022.

Rihanna’s lead single “Lift Me Up” makes history this week as it becomes the most-added song in U.S. radio history, amassing the most ever single day spins and the largest ever single day audience.

The Black Panther: Wakanda Forever – Music From and Inspired By soundtrack features over 40 international artists recorded in Lagos, Nigeria, Mexico City, London and Los Angeles. Featured artists include Rihanna, Tems, Fireboy DML, OG DAYV Ft. Future, CKay Ft. PinkPantheress, E-40 and many more.

Ludwig Göransson, who has two Emmys®, two Grammys® and an Oscar® to his credit, composed and produced both the score and the original songs on the soundtrack. His extensive work producing artists (Childish Gambino, Adele, Haim, Justin Timberlake) as well as his work scoring films and TV series (Black Panther, Creed, The Mandalorian) made him uniquely qualified to helm both parts of the soundscape.

For their fourth cinematic collaboration, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Coogler and Göransson set out to create an innovative soundscape where Göransson says, “The songs and score are one.” The two artists have talked about this approach since their days attending USC Film School, and finally made it a reality with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

In what became a massive labor of love, Göransson spent over 2500 hours recording the score and soundtrack – which involved six studios, across three continents and five countries. Over the course of the film, the audience will hear over 250 musicians, two orchestras, two choirs and over 40 vocalists.

Coogler was intimately involved in the creation of the music for the film, from co-writing lyrics on the Rihanna track “Lift Me Up” to suggesting the cover of Bob Marley’s “No Woman, No Cry” performed by Nigerian singer/songwriter Tems and bridged together with Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright” for the film’s instantly viral trailer.

Göransson said, “Ryan and I talked about the importance of creating an immersive journey of sound and voice. If we used a song in the film, we wanted it to be the entire song, and to be connected to the story. Thematically, we wanted to move the audience from grief to celebration. When you listen to the soundtrack, you can close your eyes and relive the experience of the movie. That was the intention.”

Given the story is inspired by both Nigerian and Mesoamerican cultures, recording sessions were set up in both Lagos, Nigeria, and Mexico City, Mexico, as well as Abbey Road Studios in London. Producers worked with popular artists from Lagos including Tems, which has become a hotbed of musical innovation. In addition, emerging rappers and artists from Mexico City are featured on the soundtrack including rapper Pat Boy, who raps entirely in Mayan.

While in Mexico City, Göransson worked closely with music archeologist Alejandro Rojas to explore and research Mayan music. Instruments native to both Nigerian and Mesoamerican cultures were featured in the creation of the soundscape.

What to be aware of before using a minimum deposit casino?

Everyone who likes casino games will be more than happy when he finds out that there are tons of online casinos out there. Even though there are some differences, many of them have the same things. However, there are operators, such as the $10 minimum deposit casinos, where you can make low deposits. This means that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to play online.

While it is true that many of the low-deposit online casinos look the same as the rest, there are some differences. We understand that many of you don’t know much about them, which is why we will point out everything in this article. It is advisable to read it until the end if you have never used such a casino because there are things that will help you.

The available payment options

The first and most important thing to remember about these casinos is that they do not provide every single payment solution available. In fact, many of them only offer the most important options, such as credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, and others. Unfortunately, those places do not provide bank transfers or cryptocurrencies, even though some exceptions exist.

The fact that you have fewer payment options to choose from definitely affects your gameplay. However, most online bettors use those things anyway, so there shouldn’t be that much of a difference.

In terms of the minimum deposit amount, it will vary depending on the option. Some payment alternatives will allow people to deposit as little as €5, but some sites require more money. It all depends on the operator itself and the country you reside in.

Don’t forget that many people interested in one of the many forms of gambling activities have to adhere to different minimum requirements depending on their country of residence. So, don’t be surprised if some iGaming fans may have to spend more than others to play the game they like.

Different limitations

Even though most online casinos with low deposit requirements do not have any specific limitations, there are some exceptions. Unfortunately, users may come across websites that are known for offering low deposits, but they won’t give them the chance to try every single casino, game, or feature.

For example, many websites block people from using bonuses when they do not deposit enough money. That’s one of the big reasons why everyone should read the terms and conditions of a given bonus before using it.

Aside from the limitations regarding bonuses, some casinos even limit the maximum amount of money a person can play with. This often happens when this player has deposited the minimum required amount.

Not all of them have licenses

One of the biggest problems you have to take into account before using a casino is the fact that some operators do not have licenses. Unfortunately, this is especially true for those that offer low deposit requirements. In other words, if the deposit amount is too good to be true, there is probably a reason why this is the case.

The fact that an online casino does not have a license doesn’t always mean it is not legit, but having a permit is definitely a plus. Besides the fact that you won’t be able to rely on any gambling authority, the casino won’t have to comply with any regulations. This could be problematic, especially when you decide to make online payments because no one will restore your money if you get scammed.

In other words, it is advisable to choose a casino that has at least one permit from a reputable gambling commission. There are a couple of places that provide international licenses, such as Malta, Curacao, and more. Ideally, every casino with low minimum deposit requirements should have a permit from your country of residence. Sadly, this is not always possible because many states have strict gambling regulations.

UNITED WE ARE DREAMING Documentary via 360 MAGAZINE.

UNITED WE ARE DREAMING

NEW DOCUMENTARY MAKES CASE FOR DREAMERS Defacto

Americans Remain in Legal Limbo United We Are Dreaming (USA/2022) is a 52-minute documentary that looks at the life circumstances of five Dreamers, adults now 22 to 40 years of age, who were brought to the US as small children by undocumented parents. They have grown up in the US, attended K-12 schools and have now progressed to college, military service, and, or employment.

The term Dreamer derives from the Dream Act, bipartisan legislation originally introduced in 2001 which if passed would have provided a special pathway to citizenship for these young undocumented residents, estimated at times to be up to a million in number.

The legislation has yet to pass. In 2012, President Obama created by Executive Order, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. DACA provides temporary protection from deportation, and the ability to legally work, among other privileges.

As 2023 approaches, DACA recipients are dispersed in communities throughout the US where they are building careers, raising their American born children and are otherwise immersed in their communities. Many were essential workers during the COVID pandemic. But some 600,000 Dreamers (part of an estimated 11 million undocumented immigrant residents in the U.S.) remain in legal limbo, susceptible to the political inclinations of lawmakers who have yet to seriously address a dysfunctional U.S. immigration system.

Dreamer Miguel Tapia Colin speaks for the others when he says, “I think in every sense, in every sense except on paper, I think I’m an American. You know, this is the only country I know, this is the country I grew up in. This is the country that I went to school in, standing up every morning, pledging allegiance to the flag, learning the history. Obviously, on paper I’m not, but I don’t think I’m less American than anybody else.”

Laura Collins, Director of the George W. Bush Institute Economic Growth Initiative offers, “I think the question we all need to ask ourselves is who gets to be American? And in my opinion, that is really looking forward to saying, how do we continue to live up to that ideal as that beacon of freedom and opportunity for people around the world? And that’s not just people fleeing violence and persecution, but people who truly believe in American ideals, even if they weren’t born here.”

Production of United We Are Dreaming began in 2020 at the start of the pandemic. The
documentary features important pieces of the stories of five Dreamers with connections to Delaware. During production, two graduated from college, another had a child, and the others transitioned to graduate programs and careers. In an unanticipated event, the mother of a participating Dreamer becomes a naturalized American citizen after decades of residency and petitioning.

Collectively, these segments offer a clear and compelling picture of the impact that
a long-fractured immigration system is having on the lives of DACA recipients and their
families…and the tenacity of human spirit that allows them to persist.

United We Are Dreaming is a Hearts and Minds Film, produced by the Delaware-based production company www.TELEDUCTION.com. The award-winning TELEDUCTION team specializes in the production of human-focused stories that have appeared on American Public Television, The History Channel, and others, and in prestigious Film Festivals that include Heartland and NYC Film and Television.

Louis Vuitton Pre-Spring 2023

Louis Vuitton’s diverse Ready-to-Wear selection this season, offering stand-out pieces guaranteed to break necks. As conceived by the late Menswear Creative Director, Virgil Abloh, the Men’s Fall In Love Collection and Men’s Pre-Spring 2023 Collection are the ultimate embodiment of his renowned artistry. Also from Louis Vuitton, and as designed by acclaimed Womenswear Designer, Nicolas Ghesquière, is the Women’s Cruise 2023 Collection.

MEN’S PRE-SPRING 2023 COLLECTION Combining bold graphics, patterns, and prints, the Louis Vuitton Pre-Spring 2023 Collection explores the recurring themes of boyhood and coming-of-age, featuring oversized silhouettes, boyish shorts-suits, and vintage style varsity jackets.

MEN’S FALL IN LOVE COLLECTION Louis Vuitton’s Pre-Spring 2023 Collection “Fall In Love,” inspired by the legendary NYC loft parties of David Mancuso. Iconic DJ and music visionary, Mancuso, played music under a banner reading “Love Will Save The Day” tracing all the way back to the 1970’s. He is popularly considered the first DJ ever, a profession that Virgil Abloh believed to be akin to that of a designer– and even practiced himself. The “Fall in Love” Pre-Spring 2023 collection was conceived by Virgil and carried out by his creative teams and collaborators, where they explore how dress codes can be used to promote anti-prejudice and egalitarianism. Echoing David Mancuso’s full record sets, the “Fall In Love” collection mirrors a complete wardrobe. The new designs resemble silhouettes from the 1970’s such as wide-leg and flared trousers, snug jackets, and roll-neck tops, all with the ever present Louis Vuitton elevated approach evident throughout.

WOMEN’S CRUISE 2023 COLLECTION This collection plays with elements. The Artistic Director chose metallic fabrics and embellishments that reflected the setting sun, some as glassy as mirrors, and other materials that offered protection from it, wrapping long swathes of linen, for example, around the head and across the body. Other pieces lifted design details from water sports; the airbrushed colors of half tops and boxy short skirts apparently came from jet skis. Ghesquière is a designer whose collections are minutely pored over and studied, and some of these gestures looked like callbacks to earlier seasons, only amplified, maximal where he used to be minimal and streamlined. The sun is the Artistic Director’s guest of honor in the Cruise 2023 collection, playing an active part in the evolution of this wardrobe where changes in temperature set a stylistic tempo. The unique light of the West Coast creates prisms across shimmering silhouettes, while a myriad of natural materials gives the illusion of a metallic palette.
