Quinoaplex

Quinoaplex, a product made of hydrolyzed quinoa protein that protects hair before and after coloring/bleaching. Quinoaplex resolves the issue of thinning hair, split ends, hair breakage and damages. The reason why quinoaplex works is because h air is made up of 85% protein and as we get older, we expose hair to chemical products and gradually lose this protein. Without enough protein in your hair, you damage it even washing with regular shampoo and conditioner strips it of essential protein . B enefits for Quinoaplex:

-Hydrolyzed quinoa protein (mother of all grains) has the same structure of the protein that is in our hair, naturally. By applying the quinoa protein to the hair, we give it the protein required through the molecules of the organic, natural quinoa protein. Because of the size of the hydrolyzed protein, it enters the bulb where hair is produced, under the scalp, feeding the hair. Therefore, the hair that is produced by the body, grows stronger and reduces hair loss.

-You can carry and travel with the Quinoa Protein (the smaller 1.7oz – and for home 4oz) and spray and quickly massage throughout the day. It will not only provide volume, but also make the hair manageable without gels and sprays, which block the cuticles and increase hair loss.

-Hydrolyzed Quinoa Protein comes in one bottle treatment that supplements the hair from the inside out, with the protein that the hair lacks. Throw it in your gym bag or your purse or travel with it. For more information, please contact me and visit quinoaplex.com

5 Ways to Finance Your Lifestyle on the Road

Hitting the open road and traveling sounds like a dream until faced with the reality of financing it all. Although saving for years and living way below your means is one place to start finding the cash to travel, you can also start traveling right now and finance your lifestyle on the road while joining the rapidly increasing mobile workforce. Strategy Analytics reports that the global mobile workforce is set to increase to 1.87 billion people in 2022, accounting for 42.5 percent of the global workforce. But how do you actually get started and enter the global mobile workforce yourself?

You can earn a lucrative, scaleable income on the work that fits around your schedule. Look for jobs and businesses you can build while on the road with flexibility and freedom to pick and choose how and when you work. From tapping into an existing business model to launching an Airbnb co-hosting service, here is some inspiration to get started.

Leverage an Existing Business Model

Financing a lifestyle on the road and transforming yourself into a digital nomad is an exhilarating goal. But there’s no need to reinvent the wheel from scratch. Instead, you can leverage existing business models. Whether you want to sell unique and interesting walking tours or buy into an existing business, you can make money by studying others’ success. Getting up and running with a business like Amway can keep you on the road and traveling while growing a business and earning money. What is Amway’s business model and how can you make it work for you? The direct sales company offers a variety of home, health and beauty products. When partnered with the company, you’ll automatically become part of a community of resources such as personal mentors and free online learning tools that will help you become successful.

Become a Virtual Assistant

Virtual assistants are in high demand to handle everything from organizing spreadsheets, answer customer service emails, write blog copy, or run social media channels. The best place to start is with your own network, or by simply telling people on the road, “I take tasks off business owners plates so they have more time to work on their business instead of in it,” is a solid pitch that gives the impression you’re here to serve. Pick a niche, like social media, or go even deeper and only offer Pinterest pin creation and management. You can also look for clients through platforms like Upwork where people are actively looking to hire.

Sell Your Stuff

Selling your stuff doesn’t have to be mean being tied down to inventory while traveling. Crafters can source materials they need in any city they find themselves in and get to work making jewelry, accessories, and more. Of course, make sure you understand the local regulations of selling whether at a local market or from your own RV before you get started. You can also sell digital products you make including how to use Canva like a pro or organize your finances so you can work while traveling. Offer your courses through a platform like Udemy or Skillshare and promote your products to watch your profits grow.

Co-host an Airbnb Rental

Getting up and running in real estate can be expensive and full of added expenses from maintenance to taxes. But you can leverage existing real estate and get in on the Airbnb profits by offering to co-host. From checking-in guests to organizing cleaning crews and maintenance, you can take the chores of digital tasks off of an Airbnb host’s plate and earn money while doing it. And as your business grows, you can reach out to local vacation property owners, VRBO hosts, and others to expand your services and income.

Do Odd Jobs

It’s not necessary to land in a town for weeks or months to pick-up odd jobs. Plenty of businesses around the world need short-term hires to pass out flyers, help move boxes, help at an event, participate in market research, or even volunteer in exchange for room and board. Look for opportunities at World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) to find opportunities. You could end up walking away with new skills, friendships, and a few weeks of hard work in exchange for staying and eating delicious food for free while exploring the local area.

There are lots of reasons to tread carefully when leaving your job to hit the road whether spending more time with family and friends, renting out your home, or finishing a big project at work. But not having enough money to finance your lifestyle shouldn’t be one of them. Start building a flexible, remote business you love in order to live the travel lifestyle you’ve always wanted.

Overcoming Chronic Illness

Did you know that 40 million Americans are limited in their usual activities due to chronic illness?

Dr. Bill Rawls, a leading integrative health expert on Lyme disease and other similar/related chronic illnesses, has created a PROVEN 5-pronged approach to overcoming a chronic illness.

As a successful OB-GYN, Dr. Rawls’ life came to screeching halt after he was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in his late 40s. While suffering with the symptoms associated with fibromyalgia (insomnia, fatigue, joint pain) and others suggesting this was something bigger (chest pain and heartbeat irregularity), his research outside of conventional medicine began. Shifting his focus from searching hopelessly for a diagnosis towards health restoration, Dr. Rawls’ new lifestyle practices of adopting a cleaner diet, being vigilant about regular exercise, and studying herbal supplements that have healing properties worked in tandem to reverse his fibromyalgia symptoms – until one summer he suffered a tick bite.

After being diagnosed with Lyme Disease and re-experiencing the same symptoms as fibromyalgia, Dr. Rawls consumed everything he could about using herbs for medicinal use; studied remedies used for hundreds of years, reviewed clinical studies, spoke with other professionals well versed in complementary and alternative therapies, and more. After applying what he had learned to himself and his practice, Dr. Rawls is a living testament to how natural health solutions work and that you can live a symptom-free life.

So what are his proven 5 steps to overcoming chronic illness?

  • Keeping a healthy whole-foods diet
  • Regular exercise
  • Stress management
  • Detoxification
  • Microbiome balance

In the middle of his successful medical career as an OBG-YN, Dr. Rawls’ life was interrupted by Lyme disease. In his journey to overcome it, he explored nearly every treatment possible – from conventional medicine to a range of alternative therapies. In the more than 10 years since his recovery, Dr. Rawls has helped thousands of patients find their path to healing from Lyme disease and chronic illness. He is the author of the best-selling book Unlocking Lyme, and the Medical Director of RawlsMD.com and Vital Plan, an online holistic health company.

Rebel Wilson For InStyle May Issue

For her FIRST US COVER, Rebel Wilson is gracing InStyle’s May issue!

Rebel celebrated her 39th birthday in a truly glamorous way: by shooting with InStyle in Paris. Inspired by over-the-top perfume ads from the ’70s and ’80s, she fronted our equally elaborate fragrance campaign for a fantasy scent dubbed Rebelle.  Watch Rebel in her greatest role yet, fragrance model. #Rebelle, available exclusively on InStyle.com.

WATCH THE VIDEO HERE

Here, she sits down with Editor in chief, Laura Brown, to talk about what’s next (politics?), her law degree, dating and more.

  • LB: Do you feel like you have a healthier attitude toward your appearance now?
RW: Actually, when you get paparazzi’d and stuff, it does make you think about it. When Pitch Perfect came out, I became internationally famous, and people were hanging outside my house to take my photo. You have to think about it a bit more than a normal person. But I’m a pretty low-maintenance chick. Through working with my stylist, Elizabeth Stewart, I’ve learned all these little tips and tricks—and they really work. Then you feel more comfort- able when you have to dress up. I remember I didn’t even go to a friend’s wedding in my 20s because I didn’t know where to buy a dress in my size. Now it is the opposite. Now I have a wardrobe full of custom Givenchy.
  • LB: You’ve done so much in a relatively short time.
RW: If you look at the odds of someone from Australia making it, they’re pretty small. When I look at all the things I’ve done in my career … I feel like I’ve got so much farther to go. But I am really proud, and, you know, I didn’t have to sleep my way to the top. [laughs]
  • LB: What’s it like dating and such?
RW: People get very intimidated, which is weird, the idea that I would be intimidating to anyone. But it happens all the time, to the point that someone I really liked was so intimidated and got a lot of anxiety and couldn’t have a relationship with me because I’m in the public eye. They didn’t want that, so that kind of sucked. If someone thinks they’re on a date with Fat Amy, that’s not going to happen. Sorry, I can be almost as much fun, but I’m not like that
    in real life.
  • LB: Whose career do you admire?
RW: I like Donna Langley, who runs Universal Studios. I think that’s awesome. Also, I have this weird feeling that I might go into politics in Australia.
  • LB: So what would your political platform be?
RW: I want to help people, and part of my case [in Australia] was standing up to a big, bullying media organization. When I see other people needing to
stand up for themselves, I like to inspire them or help them with the legal knowledge I have. And, God, as a woman, you need to stand up for yourself in so many ways. It’s important, and I think some people do find inspiration from me and my life. My mother was a public-school teacher. I have a sister who is a nurse, and I’m real big into military—I shouldn’t say just military dudes. [laughs] I’m into good education for people. Through the School [of St Jude] in Tanzania, I have been helping to lift kids out of poverty through education. The health-care system is really important. Those are the political platforms I naturally would have because of my background, so I do think when I am done with Hollywood, that’s what will happen.
  • LB: You could go Schwarzenegger. Except do it in Australia.
RW: Yeah, but I feel like I’m more qualified. I have the top law degree from the University of New South Wales.

The world’s most respected boutique luxury cruise line – Aqua Expeditions – is set to enter the coastal cruise market in the fall of 2019, after operating as an Amazon and Mekong River cruise line for the past twelve years. Scheduled to begin full operations in November 2019, the explorer class vessel will serve three new destinations with year-round departures. The full announcement on vessel name, facts, destinations and itinerary details will be released globally on May 8, 2019.

  • highly tailored guest services and itineraries
