Yung Gravy “Tampa Bay Bustdown”

Buzzing Minnesota-born rapper Yung Gravy releases his new track “Tampa Bay Bustdown” feat. Chief Keef & Y2K today.

Listen to “Tampa Bay Bustdown” feat. Chief Keef & Y2K: HERE

“We made ‘Tampa Bay Bust Down’ like 7 months ago and I hit up Lil Tracy for his blessing since he had just dropped his own country-style rap song,” Gravy says on the track. “Then we heard ‘Old Town Road’ and knew people would instantly think we copied it. But, we realized that ‘Tampa Bay Bustdown’ bangs way too hard to not drop, so we gotta feed the people.”

On “Tampa Bay Bustdown,” Gravy and Sosa sing and flow over a unique beat produced by Y2K— a simple Southern-style banjo reminiscent of “Deliverance” is met with a heinously hard-hitting 808 pattern. Both rappers deliver some unforgettable bars and melodies that blend together perfectly with the beat.

The track follows the release of his critically acclaimed debut album Sensational, which includes tracks like “Alley Oop,” the basketball anthem featuring Lil Baby and “Gravy Train,” the 808-heavy trap twist on Maxine Nightingale’s “Right Back Where We Started From.” Sensational followed the viral success of his Snow Cougar EP, which featured “Mr. Clean” and “1 Thot 2 Thot Red Thot Blue Thot,” both certified gold by the RIAA.

Yung Gravy has headlined 3 sold out tours in North America and sold out tours in Europe and Australia/NZ as well. This fall, Gravy is headlining his 40-date tour of the US, Canada and Europe: “Experience The Sensation, Part 2.” Tickets are available here.

Growing up in the small farming town of Leamington, Ontario, Raffoul first started writing songs at age 10, thanks in no small part to the influence of his father—a musician who’s opened for everyone from Joe Cocker to Bon Jovi. After landing his first paying gig—playing to long-haul drivers at a local truck stop—Raffoul began playing at nearby bars and clubs at age 16, often driving into Detroit for shows. He eventually connected with a manager and moved down to Nashville to push forward with his music career. Soon after scoring a deal with Interscope Records, Raffoul released the critically hailed song “Driver” and followed that with his debut EP 1975 in June 2018 which featured the fan favorite “Acoustic.”

Critical praise followed with NPR raving, “Billy Raffoul has stepped into the spotlight.” Over the past few years, Raffoul has opened for heavyweight artists like, Kings of Leon, X Ambassadors, NEEDTOBREATHE and Kaleo, captivating crowds with his understated yet intensely passionate stage presence.

Anuel AA and Ozuna “Adicto”

Latin GRAMMY© winning producer Tainy taps Latin trap rapper Anuel AA, and reggaetonero Ozuna for his latest single, “Adicto” out now on Interscope Records/ Neon 16. “Adicto” was featured as Zane Lowe’s World Record today on Apple Music’s Beats 1 and is available now at all  digital retailers

The Zak Facts directed video comes just in time for cuffing season, highlighting the trios trysts with love. Coming out swinging as a solo artist, Tainy powers back-to-back hits such as, “Callaita,” with Bad Bunny, and “I Can’t Get Enough” with benny blanco, Selena Gomez, and J. Balvin — the mogul continues to thrive on the music scene. View the video for “Adicto” here.

“Adicto” is the latest single off of Tainy’s upcoming solo project under NEON16 — his multifaceted label recently co-founded with renowned music exec, and former EVP at Roc Nation Records, Lex Borrero. The “Adicto” music video features Tainy’s first-ever close-up as a bonafide solo artist. And the multi-hyphenate, Tainy, plays his renowned keys on camera for his loyalists, as Ozuna croons: “Han pasado varios días y estoy enfermo de ti/ Dime que me hiciste mal/ De mi memoria yo no te puedo borrar/ Dios me va a castigar le prometí te iba a olvidar.”

Anuel AA articulates the growing pains of love, as the MC’s “Adicto” vice on wax is his woman. The thrill of a passionate love often runs its course, and the picturesque “Adicto” video shows both the highs and lows of multiple young lovers. And with the outro, “Bebe yo soy adicto a tu piel/ Yo trato de explicarte y tu no quieres entender,” Tainy, Ozuna, and Anuel AA leave their “Adicto” viewers wondering if the thing they love most is what they are better off without.

5 Seconds of Summer “Teeth”

“Teeth,” the explosive new single from 5 Seconds of Summer (5SOS), was released today by Interscope Records. Produced by Andrew Watt and Louis Bell, the track ventures deeper into the dark sonic territory that 5SOS explored on their summer hit, “Easier.” “Teeth” features the legendary Tom Morello soloing on guitar throughout the track. Listen to “Teeth” HERE.

The official video for “Teeth” was helmed by French director Thibaut Duverneix (Elton John, Tierra Whack). In the clip, 5SOS become subjects in a consciousness-altering experiment that triggers harrowing hallucinations. Watch the video HERE. “Teeth,” which is the second single from the band’s forthcoming album, will also appear on the original soundtrack to 13 Reasons Why (Season 3), set for August 23 release via Interscope Records.

“’Teeth’ came about after a month or two long blur of writing and pushing ourselves to go a step further than Youngblood,” says lead vocalist Luke Hemmings. “It was a tumultuous time in my life and the lyrics in the song definitely reflect that. It speaks lyrically about a trying time in my current relationship. Musically it’s another step forward from ‘Easier’ and really embraces industrial sounds and rhythms.

Collaborating with Ryan Tedder was incredible as was Andrew Watt, Ali Tamposi & Lou Bell. ‘Teeth’ captures the soul of 5 Seconds of Summer and I truly believe it is a unique song to us as a band and doesn’t sound like anything out at the moment. It’s my favorite song we’ve released ever and I can’t wait for people to hear it.”

Last week, 5SOS released the Charlie Puth remix of “Easier.” Listen HERE.

“Easier” is currently #11* at Top 40 radio and has amassed over 231 million streams worldwide across video and audio. Hailing “Easier” as a “Song You Need to Know,” Rolling Stone observed, “‘Easier’ culls inspiration from Nine Inch Nails’ industrial pop hit ‘Closer’…The added edge of their new sound is a promising sign.” GQ named “Easier” as one of the “Best Songs of 2019 So Far” and noted, “Why fight a good thing when it’s this damn good?” Entertainment Weekly praised the “edgy music video,” which can be seen HERE.

5SOS is the only band (not vocal group) in chart history to see its first three full-length studio albums enter the Billboard 200 at No. 1. Across their catalog, 5SOS has sold more than eight million equivalent album units and sold over two million concert tickets worldwide, while cumulative streams of their songs now surpass seven billion. 5SOS –comprising Luke Hemmings (vocals/guitar), Michael Clifford (vocals/guitar), Calum Hood (vocals/bass) and Ashton Irwin (vocals/drums) – are recognized for an array of prestigious accolades including an American Music Award, a People’s Choice Award, two iHeartRadio Music Awards, eight MTV European Music Awards, five ARIA Awards, two APRA and two MTV Video Music Awards. The band will be touring North America this fall.
