Artist Statement

‘After years of therapy, I’ve decided to turn my traumatic adolescence into sustainable artistic expression, unapologetically picking up my power tools and paint brush. Instead of constantly dumping, I’ve made a conscious effort to lower my carbon footprint by upcycling unwanted objects.

As a notable media representative, I have had the opportunity to review some of the most prestigious properties and destinations. While in the presence of both architectural and environmental design entities, I have been able to fabricate my mixed media using a transdisciplinary approach.

Creating a hotel lobby space, an immersive pop-up, and/or an art car is something I aspire to do in the future.

Overall, my commissions revolve around my newfound curiosity about neorealism, constructivism, and contemporary conservatism.

A portion of proceeds are gifted to philanthropic agencies encouraging mental health stability amongst marginalized youth.’

More About Vaughn

At the culmination of college, he relocated to New York City; and thus, Vaughn began a career as an actor and model. It was there where celebrity makeup artist Sam Fine set him up with a fashion photographer, Fadil Berisha. Above Joe Boxer, he worked as a successful print model for many companies such as GAP, Old Navy, as well as a runway model for Tommy Hilfiger, Phat Farm, and Karl Kani. He has graced the pages of Elle, Cosmopolitan and Glamour. Additionally, he flipped the Houston Chronicle.

Years back, ABC News Primetime aired a segment chronicling his life, along with the tragic John Ritter story. Vaughn has also filmed a Super Bowl commercial, completed a high-profile Dasani Water billboard ad campaign, appeared on Top Model + The Tyra Banks Show, guest-starred on the comedy, Scrubs, and screened his controversial 35mm festival film, The Young & Evil, at Sundance 2009. Having been represented by major industry players such as NEXT, he was also named Seventeen Magazine’s 17 Hot Guys. His hindmost project, The Company We Keep boasts director Roy Campanella II, along with comedic co-star Leslie Jones. At present, Vaughn wrote a short Chasen Life, which won a writing competition. He adapted audiobook Say Uncle into a feature-length film, pitched a reality series, and is in the process of architecting an immersive design experience.

Due to his turbulent upbringing in Detroit, Vaughn has kept his personal promise to be a contributing citizen to those in need. He has lent his name and support to: Women At Risk, Human Rights Commission, March of Dimes, Heart of Los Angeles Youth, Awakening Young Minds and schools across the nation where he encourages adolescents to step into their power.

Manischewitz Debuts SOUP A New Art & Photography Exhibition Exploring Jewish Cuisine, Memory, and Identity as Living Culture via 360 MAGAZINE.

Manischewitz Debuts SOUP Exhibition

A New Art & Photography Exhibition Exploring Jewish Cuisine, Memory, and Identity as Living Culture

For more than 130 years, Manischewitz has been part of American Jewish life — not just as a food brand, but as a constant presence at the table. From immigrant kitchens to modern homes, from Shabbat dinners to Passover seders, Manischewitz has helped nourish generations through moments both everyday and sacred.

Now, in celebration of the launch of its new Manischewitz Homemade Jarred Soup line, the iconic brand is stepping into the cultural spotlight with SOUP, a thoughtfully curated art and photography exhibition exploring Jewish cuisine, memory, and identity as a living, evolving culture.

SOUP will be open to the public from February 6–10, located at 155 Suffolk St. and is free and open to all.
Note: The exhibition will close early on Friday, February 6, at 2:00 p.m.

Public hours: February 6th to 10th

Friday: 10 – 2 PM

Saturday: 7 – 10 PM

Sunday: 10 – 6 PM

Monday: 10 – 6 PM

Tuesday: 10 – 6 PM

*Art will sold on site.

Through contemporary visual art, photography, and storytelling, SOUP examines how food — particularly soup — functions as a powerful cultural connector: a source of comfort, care, humor, ritual, and shared memory.

By presenting this exhibition, Manischewitz affirms its role not only as a trusted food brand, but as a steward of Jewish cultural memory. The project reflects a shared belief that food is more than sustenance — it carries language, history, resilience, and belonging — and that art, like food, plays an essential role in sustaining culture.

Rather than leaning into nostalgia, the artists featured in SOUP explore how Jewish identity continues to evolve across generations and geographies. Their work considers how meaning is preserved, translated, and reimagined over time, much like the recipes passed from one family member to another.

This exhibition also marks a meaningful cultural re-engagement for Manischewitz as the brand evolves in today’s food landscape. That evolution is grounded not in trends, but in returning to its most enduring role: showing up at the table.

That philosophy is reflected in the brand’s renewed focus on soup, anchored by matzo ball soup, a humble yet powerful symbol of care and connection. Long associated with healing, gathering, and intergenerational memory, soup represents nourishment in its most elemental form. In this way, Manischewitz’s cultural support and its culinary innovation move in parallel: both rooted in everyday ritual, both shaped by communal experience.

“This isn’t about selling products,” said a Manischewitz spokesperson. “We see ourselves as caretakers of cultural memory. Jewish food has always carried history, humor, and identity. Supporting this exhibition is about sustaining the artists and stories that continue to shape Jewish life in America.”

By presenting SOUP, Manischewitz honors its place in the collective imagination — not as a commercial add-on, but as part of a living archive that continues to grow, change, and nourish future generations.

Participating Artists

Dan Weinstein is a multidisciplinary artist and creative director whose work bridges underground art, design, and narrative storytelling. His practice spans visual art, animation, and serialized storytelling, exploring identity, power, and modern allegory through bold, often humorous visual language.

Rosemarie Gleiser is a Peruvian-Jewish interdisciplinary artist based in New York whose work examines diaspora, memory, food culture, and migration through deeply personal narrative. Her Lexicon series on view — presented publicly for the first time — intertwines language, recipes, and imagery as acts of cultural preservation.

Ohad Romano is one of Israel’s leading photographers, known for cinematic still imagery that distills narrative, tension, and character. Working at the intersection of photography and film, his images feel suspended between moments — deliberate, intimate, and deeply human.

About the Soup

The Manischewitz Homemade Soup Line brings the comforting flavors of traditional Jewish soups into a modern, ready-to-serve format — echoing the warmth and nostalgia of what “bubby” used to make. Inspired by time-honored recipes and built on the foundation of classic Manischewitz products like its soup mixes, broths, and matzo balls, the new line comes in 24-ounce glass jars and includes seven varieties:

  • Clear Chicken Broth
  • Chicken Noodle Soup
  • Chicken Matzo Ball Soup
  • Tomato & Rice Soup
  • Split Pea Soup
  • Bubby’s Vegetable Soup
  • Mushroom Barley Soup

The launch continues Manischewitz’s legacy of preserving Jewish culinary heritage while meeting the convenience needs of today’s families — delivering comfort, tradition, and flavor in every spoonful. Available in supermarkets and at www.manischewitz.com

The Manischewitz Deli on Wheels, a traveling deli around New York,  will also be parked outside the exhibit serving soup; knishes; hot dogs and other traditional items.

How to Choose Designer Eyewear That Suits Your Style

Have you ever tried on glasses and felt that something just did not look right? Many people want frames that feel special, yet they are not sure how to choose designer eyewear that suits their style. Glasses are not only tools to help you see.

They are also part of your daily look. The right pair can make you feel proud and at ease. In this guide, you will learn how to pick frames that match your face, fit your needs, and boost your confidence every single day.

Read on!

Understand Your Personal Style First

Before you look at brands or prices, think about your personal style. Your clothes, shoes, and even your hairstyle say a lot about you. Your glasses should match that same feeling.

Take a moment to think about where you wear your glasses most. If you work in a formal office, you may want a neat and polished design. If you spend more time in casual places, you can try relaxed and playful shapes.

Match Frames To Your Face Shape

Your face shape plays a big role in how glasses look on you. Some people have round faces, while others have square or oval faces. Frames that contrast with your face shape often look best.

If your face is round, try frames with sharper lines. Square or rectangular frames can add structure. If your face is square, round or oval frames can soften strong angles.

Oval faces can wear many shapes because they are balanced. Heart-shaped faces often look nice with frames that are wider at the bottom. When you try on glasses, look in the mirror from different angles.

Notice how the frames sit on your cheeks and near your eyebrows. The right pair should highlight your features without covering them.

Focus On Comfort And Fit

Style matters, but comfort is just as important. You may wear your glasses for many hours each day. If they pinch your nose or press behind your ears, you will not enjoy wearing them.

Check that the frames rest gently on your nose without sliding down. The arms should sit smoothly over your ears without causing pain. Your eyes should be centered in the lenses, not too high or too low.

Designer frames often use better materials, which can make them lighter and more durable. This can improve comfort over time. Wear the frames in the store for a few minutes to see how they feel.

Pay Attention To Quality And Materials

When you invest in designer eyewear, you are also paying for quality. Good materials can last longer and look better over time. Frames may be made of metal, plastic, or a mix of both.

Metal frames are often thin and light. They can give a clean and modern look. Plastic frames can offer bold colors and thicker shapes.

Some high-quality frames use special blends that are strong yet flexible. This helps prevent breakage. Look closely at the hinges and small details.

Strong hinges help the glasses open and close smoothly. Smooth edges and solid joints are signs of good craftsmanship. Quality eyewear can handle daily use while keeping its shape and shine.

Choose Colors That Enhance Your Look

Color can change how your glasses look on your face. Some colors blend in, while others stand out. Think about your skin tone, hair color, and the clothes you wear most often.

If you have warm skin tones, shades like brown, gold, or warm red may look nice. If you have cool skin tones, black, silver, or blue can work well. Neutral colors like black or tortoiseshell are safe and easy to match with many outfits.

If you enjoy making a statement, you can try brighter colors. Just make sure the color still feels like you. Your glasses should enhance your look, not distract from it. When the color feels right, you will feel more confident wearing them.

Think About Your Daily Needs

Do you use digital screens for many hours? Do you play sports or spend time outdoors? Your daily habits matter when you choose eyewear.

If you work on a computer, ask about lenses that reduce glare or blue light. If you are active, you may need frames that stay secure on your face. Sunglasses with UV protection are also important if you spend time in the sun.

Some people need glasses for reading, while others wear them all day. Make sure the frame works with your prescription. A stylish frame is not helpful if it does not support clear vision.

Explore Designer Brands With Care

Designer brands can offer unique styles and trusted quality. They often pay close attention to details and trends. Still, you should not choose a pair just because of the name.

When you explore options, try on different designs. Compare how each one looks and feels. You may find that a simple design suits you more than a bold one.

In promotional materials, you might see phrases like Guess designer eyeglasses that promise a strong and fashionable look. Use these ads as inspiration, but always trust how the frames feel on you.

Take your time to compare shapes, colors, and materials. A well-known brand can add confidence, but the best choice is the one that feels right for you.

Build Confidence With The Right Choice

The right eyewear can change how you feel about yourself. When your glasses match your style and fit well, you may stand taller and smile more. Confidence grows when you know you look good and feel comfortable.

Remember that trends come and go. Choose frames that reflect who you are, not just what is popular. If you love your glasses, you will enjoy wearing them every day.

Do not be afraid to ask for advice from friends or store staff. Sometimes another point of view can help you see what works best. In the end, your opinion matters most because you are the one wearing the glasses.

Step Forward With Confidence And Style With Designer Eyewear

Now you know how to choose designer eyewear that suits your style in a simple and smart way. You learned to think about your personal style, face shape, comfort, quality, and daily needs. Each step helps you find frames that enhance your look and support clear vision.

The right pair can offer comfort, quality, and confidence every day. When you choose carefully, your glasses become more than a tool. They become part of who you are.

High Risk FW26 at LAFW in Beverly Hills via 360 MAGAZINE.

High Risk FW26 at LAFW

On February 12th in Beverly Hills, High Risk didn’t just host a fashion event — they made a statement. Shutting down part of the iconic Rodeo Drive, the emerging street-luxury label unveiled its latest collection in a spectacle that fused high fashion with raw cultural energy.

From the moment guests stepped onto the block, it was clear this wasn’t a traditional runway show. The atmosphere felt more like an exclusive concert-meets-fashion takeover. The crowd was stacked with tastemakers and artists shaping modern culture, including G Herbo, Playboi Carti, Ken Carson, and more. The turnout alone signaled that High Risk isn’t just participating in culture — it’s embedded in it.

The newest drop leaned heavily into exaggerated silhouettes and statement textures. Oversized, boxy hoodie sweatsuit sets commanded attention with their sharp structure and relaxed drape. The proportions felt intentional — architectural yet wearable — blurring the line between elevated luxury and underground streetwear.

The leather garments added weight and edge to the collection. Models walked in chiseled cut leather pants and cropped jackets, while one of the boldest looks of the night featured a full-length leather trench finished with a dramatic oversized fur collar. The trench carried a cinematic presence — equal parts modern outlaw and high-fashion renegade.

For 360 Magazine, one of the defining pieces of the night was the brand’s classic hoodie, reimagined with an impeccable cropped fit. Designed with a shortened

hem and a subtle V-shaped cutout at the chest, the silhouette felt both timeless and refreshed. The V-neck detail paid homage to vintage boxer aesthetics while maintaining a clean, modern structure. The cropped finish sharpened the proportions, giving the piece an elevated edge without losing its everyday wearability. It wasn’t about reinvention for shock value — it was about perfecting a staple and executing it flawlessly.

The runway casting elevated the show from fashion presentation to cultural moment. Gio Ramos walked with commanding presence, embodying the brand’s fearless identity, while the Combs twins brought a polished, next-generation energy to the runway — merging legacy with rebellion in a way that perfectly reflected High Risk’s street-luxury balance.

By taking over Rodeo Drive, High Risk symbolically claimed space in one of fashion’s most traditional luxury corridors — and did so entirely on its own terms.

ADEKUNLE GOLD RELEASES ‘ONLY GOD CAN SAVE ME’ VID F/ DAVIDO

WATCH HERE | LISTEN HERE

Global Afropop star Adekunle Gold unveils the official video for “Only God Can Save Me” featuring Davido, directed by Perliks. Watch HERE. It is a standout collaboration from his newly released album FUJI. The visual brings a playful, self-aware edge to one of the project’s most talked-about records, pairing sharp storytelling with vibrant performance scenes.

On the track, Adekunle Gold and Davido lean into candid reflections on marriage, fame, and temptation. Rather than a spiritual record, “Only God Can Save Me” captures two married superstars acknowledging the realities of life in the spotlight — constant attention, beautiful women, and the discipline it takes to stay grounded and loyal. The song balances humor and honesty, turning a relatable conversation into a confident Afropop anthem.

Sonically, the record blends Fuji-inspired percussion with contemporary Afropop bounce, allowing both artists to trade charismatic verses over an infectious groove. The chemistry between Adekunle Gold and Davido highlights their shared superstar perspective while keeping the tone light, charismatic, and self-aware.

The official video expands on that concept with striking visuals and cinematic moments that mirror the song’s themes of temptation, celebrity, and restraint. It marks the latest release from Adekunle Gold’s FUJI era — a project that sees the artist reimagining traditional Fuji influences through a modern global pop lens.

Released in 2025, FUJI is Adekunle Gold’s sixth studio album and one of his most dynamic works to date. The album blends Fuji, Afropop, and R&B influences while exploring growth, confidence, love, and evolution. Since its release, the project has generated strong conversation across global music media and continues to highlight Adekunle Gold’s versatility as both a songwriter and performer.

The Impact of Online Academic Support on Student Performance via 360 MAGAZINE.

The Impact of Online Academic Support on Student Performance

Online learning is everywhere at colleges and universities now. Every year, the number of programs that teach online is growing. Lectures stream, assignments upload, and discussions happen in apps. As this trend grows, so do tools that help students learn. Tutoring, writing help, and feedback tools now work online. This article explains how online academic support affects university performance.

Academic Tasks That Cause the Most Writing Stress

University learning places strong focus on written work. Essays, research papers, and coursework impact final grades. These tasks demand planning, source work, and certain academic structure – things that cause panic among young people.

  • Term papers. Learners must select a topic that fits course goals and form a research question. This step causes issues when guidelines feel vague.
  • Long papers also require steady progress over weeks. Delays increase pressure near submission dates.
  • Citation formats like APA and Chicago follow detailed standards. Each style uses different rules for in-text references. This is difficult to control without help.
  • Plagiarism concerns raise anxiety across campuses. Most institutions rely on detection software. Learners fear accidental overlap with sources.

Time pressure connects all these issues. Overlapping deadlines remain common. Writing tasks compete with exams, work shifts, and research duties. Such pressure pushes learners to seek online academic assistance.

How PapersOwls Guides Students Through the Challenges

The platform serves as a complex online helper with a bunch of options. They help learners manage written assignments on any subject. Users can request help with research papers, lab reports, and any other academic texts. During peak academic weeks, students seek help from PapersOwl’s service at https://papersowl.com/do-my-homework to stay on track with their studies. Each request starts with task details. Users describe subject area, format, and deadline. This step helps align expectations from the start.

Authors deliver the final paper in time and wait for approval. Users can ask questions and request revisions. This interaction helps clarify feedback. If everything goes well, the customer passes the money to the author.

There are free tools too. PapersOwl offers a plagiarism review tool, paraphraser, citation generator and more. Grammar and clarity tools add another layer. They support sentence flow and academic tone. These features assist non-native English users as well.

PapersOwl does not replace independent learning. It supports clarity, structure, and planning. Users remain responsible for ideas and learning outcomes. The platform offers online student support services with writing aid.

Online Learning as the Way to Effective Education

The 2020 lockdown pushed classes into digital spaces. UNESCO recorded over 1.5 billion students in remote education. This change made learning more flexible. But it also made it harder as learners had less face-to-face help. This gap has led to support services becoming a lifesaving alternative to regular classes.

  • 40%+ of full-time students work while enrolled.
  • 94% feel overwhelmed by academic pressure
  • Some manage research or family duties.

That’s why flexible support matters in this situation. Online help stays available outside office hours and for any student level. This access lowers stress before deadlines. Lower stress helps memory and focus.

Support that Changes University Study Habits

Thanks to new forms of education available, youth change habits from last-minute study to steady effort. Motivation also matters here. Self-determination theory focuses on control and skill growth. Online help gives students choice. They pick time and pace. This freedom supports effort during busy weeks.

Connection with teachers also plays a role. Even short messages create presence. Students try harder when someone responds. Brain research supports these outcomes. Feedback activates reward systems. Dopamine helps knowledges stick. Repeated guidance builds long-term skills.

Common changes appear across campuses:

  • Better weekly study routines
  • More completed assignments
  • More revisions before final submission

These habits support better grades. Writing-heavy programs show strong gains. Science and math courses benefit from quick clarification. Remote learning improves when help stays close.

Long-Term Effects on University Success

Critical thinking scores rise with guided practice. OECD performance report links feedback-rich learning with deeper understanding. People in classes rely less on memorization.

Mental health affects performance. When anxiety harms focus and memory academic support reduces confusion. Guidance lowers stress and improves exam results.

Distant education needs structure. Without help, dropout risk grows. Academic support provides that structure. It keeps youth engaged through degree programs.

Final Words

Evidence clearly links online academic support with university performance. But online studies work best with effective guidance. Both sides gain practical results: universities that invest in distant learning and students who gain skills that last beyond college.

Why “High Definition” Lace is the Future of Natural Hairlines

One invention really changes the game in the constantly changing beauty and hair styling scene: High Definition (HD) lace. From red carpet glam to casual wear, HD lace wigs are transforming what it means to have a natural hairline — and they are rapidly becoming the preferred choice for anyone wishing for a perfect, confidence-enhancing appearance.

What is it about HD lace that is so groundbreaking, then? Also, why is it praised as the future of natural hairlines?

Let us get right in here.

What Is HD Lace? Why is it important?

“HD”—which denotes High Definition—perfectly captures the somewhat unusual characteristic of this lace: ultra-thin, ultra-transparent, and very realistic. Unlike other kinds of lace, including simple transparent lace, HD lace practically dissolves into the scalp to provide an invisible hairline that makes it appear as though the hair is growing straight from your skin.

The material and design hold the wonder. Created to be lighter, thinner, and more transparent than anything else that existed before it, HD lace was meant to be superior. It’s so subtle that even close examination or high-definition photography won’t show it’s there when it’s put on.

This is a big beauty breakthrough for people who wear wigs.

1. The Most Naturally Looking Hairline One Can Dream Of

The main reason HD lace is dominating the wig market is its capacity to provide a realistic, imperceptible hairline. Conventional lace wigs may give the impression of artificiality since they frequently have a subtle border or contrast at the hairline. By fitting easily with virtually any skin tone without the need of thick makeup, color, or extensive preparation, HD lace solves that issue.

For beauty enthusiasts who formerly believed this was unattainable, this implies no noticeable lace edge, no artificial contrast, and a shape that matches actual hair growth.

Whether you are on a Zoom call, snapping selfies, or going to an event, your hairline will be perfect. Stylists understandably view HD lace as essential for daily confidence and on-camera appearances.

2. Comfort Lasts All Day

Wearing a wig should never feel like a trade-off between comfort and style. The game here has also been transformed by HD lace. Its thinner and lighter nature than conventional lace lets more air flow to the scalp, therefore lowering heat and inflammation — especially crucial in hot regions or during extended wear periods.

Many users say HD lace wigs seem practically weightless, like an extension of their own hair as opposed to something above their head.

Especially for those who value comfort without compromising appearance, this characteristic helps HD lace to be a top choice for wig newbies as well as seasoned aficionados.

3. Adaptability in Styling

Flexibility in style is another great feature of HD lace wigs. You can part your hair in a number of different ways—middle, side, deep-side, or even pulled back into ponytails and updos—without revealing any lace lines because the lace is so natural and clear.

Your ability to change your appearance anytime the spirit moves you will be enhanced by this adaptability. Want gentle, everyday waves? Go all out.

Considering for a night out daring, elegant straight hair? You have got it. Whatever your style, HD lace lets you fearlessly express yourself.

4. Less Customization Needed

With older lace types, getting a natural look usually involved bleaching knots, dying lace, or blending with makeup. Although effective, these methods lengthen, complicate, and add product to your daily schedule; overdone they may even harm fragile lace.

HD lace makes such bespoke work far less necessary. Its openness naturally changes to fit various skin tones, which reduces styling and streamlines prep time. That’s a great win for many people, particularly on hectic mornings or when last-minute styling is needed.

5. A Resilient Investment for Daily Use

Some might be concerned that extremely thin lace means less durability, but that is untrue of premium HD lace wigs. These wigs keep their suppleness and durability over several wears when made with high-quality materials and treated properly.

Actually, HD lace is usually more comfy and looks better than other kinds of lace.

For anyone who often uses wigs—for fashion, protection, hair loss solutions, or cultural expression—this makes them not only a beauty statement but also a wise purchase.

6. Inclusive Beauty for All Skin Tones

The capacity of HD lace to match a spectrum of skin tones without significant color or tinting is among its most discussed advantages. One of the main reasons HD lace has grown in popularity is its inclusiveness; it is beauty that honors everyone, whatever their complexion.

From rich tones to light shades, HD lace seems natural and beautiful, therefore broadening its use throughout many groups and individual styles.

Wearable tech to monitor health and sleep via 360 MAGAZINE.

What’s Actually Causing that “Constantly Tired” Feeling?

Even though people are obsessed with wearables that track and analyze health patterns (granted, that’s pretty cool), not all of this can inherently pinpoint certain issues. Like feeling tired, you might be sleeping eight hours a night, or maybe walking 10k steps a day, but there can still be problems, though. And of course, that “tired all the time” feeling can make a guy feel a little insane, right?

Like, the day starts with decent intentions, coffee happens, work happens, life happens, and then by mid-afternoon it’s already like, okay, why does everything feel heavier than it should? And of course, this is all in the context of having a fairly healthy lifestyle. Now, sure, there might be a few things to blame here, maybe even a few things to ideally check too, but what exactly?

You Need to Start with Sleep Quality

Well, it’s hard to believe here, but eight hours doesn’t automatically mean good sleep. Actually, plenty of people technically sleep, but they wake up feeling like they got hit by a truck anyway. Be it snoring, waking up with a dry mouth, waking up multiple times, morning headaches, tossing and turning, you better believe those can matter. Usually, sleep apnea is a big one, sometimes the biggest, especially fr those over 30, and it’s one of those things that can make someone feel exhausted no matter how “early” they go to bed. And now, even without apnea, sleep can get wrecked by late-night screens, heavy meals late, alcohol, stress, and inconsistent wake times.

Check Basic Labs Before Assuming It’s Just “Getting Older”

Sure, maybe it could be due to old age, maybe it’s not. It’s really hard to say here. But if fatigue is constant, labs are worth it. Not because everything has to be medicalized, but because guessing is exhausting too. Like way too exhausting. Vitamin D comes up a lot, especially for people who don’t get much daylight. Actually, thyroid levels can throw energy off in a way that feels like pure brain fog. Iron issues happen, too, and yeah, sure, people associate that with women more, but men can still have problems there.

But for the men out there, you might honestly want to consider testosterone as well, because low testosterone can overlap with other issues. So, if a clinician confirms it and decides treatment makes sense, options might get mentioned, including Kyzatrex, but of course, maybe you can suggest this too (so you have some more options out there).

Are You Accidentally Dehydrated?

So many people are under-hydrated and don’t realize it, then they wonder why they’re dragging. And it doesn’t help that people use the argument of “but I’m drinking coffee all day”, well, that’s honestly, it’s own issue here because while it might help fight tiredness, it’s also making you dehydrated too, see the issue?

You Can’t Ignore Stress and Burnout

Well, yeah, obviously, stress is normal. The issue is when it becomes constant. But you need to keep in mind here that chronic stress can mess with sleep, appetite, energy, motivation, and focus, and it can make someone feel tired while also feeling wired. Like exhausted, but unable to fully rest.

Veteran Stars vs New Faces: Player Prop Shifts in the 2025–26 NHL

Veteran stars still shape the NHL’s weekly headlines, but 2025–26 has quietly changed how player prop boards get built. The shift is not about hype or highlight clips. It is about usage, role clarity, and the tracking era, making certain categories easier to price with confidence.

Oddsmakers are leaning more heavily on repeatable inputs such as ice time, shot volume, power-play deployment, and matchup-driven goalie workloads. That is why a familiar name can look “stable,” while a new face can move numbers faster, even without leading the league. Here’s how the 2025–26 season is reshaping player prop expectations from the top of the lineup to the newest call-ups.

Prop Boards Shift Toward Ice Time and Shot Volume

Points props still draw attention because the league’s top producers remain the cleanest anchors for pricing. Connor McDavid and Nathan MacKinnon keep showing up near the top of the scoring race, and MacKinnon’s goal pace has been a steady reference point all season. That consistency matters because elite production keeps the points baseline from drifting too far week to week.

The bigger change is that workload stats are getting treated like core markets rather than side options. Shot volume, time on ice, and power play time are now central inputs because they signal repeatable opportunity, not a short scoring run. For anyone tracking NHL player props, minutes, and shot rates are often the first clue. League-wide leaderboards back it up, with defensemen logging heavy workloads and top playmakers soaking up power-play reps every night.

Trade Fallout and Role Tweaks Hit Veteran Props

Veterans remain the safest reference points because their coaching usage is predictable over large samples. When a player like Nikita Kucherov leads the league in power-play time on ice per game, it signals to oddsmakers that the role is locked in and the opportunity is steady. That kind of stability is why established stars often open with tighter ranges in assists, points, and power play-related props.

The twist in 2025–26 is that even veterans are being repriced quickly when their circumstances change. Trades and late-season roster decisions can flip usage in a single week, especially for stars moving from one system to another. Artemi Panarin’s move from the Rangers to the Kings is a clean example of a veteran profile that stays elite, while linemates, zone starts, and power play structure can change immediately.

Rookies and Breakouts Are Forcing Fast Repricing

Rookies and young breakouts are pushing the fastest movement in shots and ice time markets, because teams often discover their “real” role midseason. Macklin Celebrini’s appearance among the NHL scoring leaders is the kind of signal that forces books to stop treating a player as a small-sample story. Once a young forward sticks in a top-six role, shot rates and points chances become easier to model, and the pricing tightens.

Award race coverage also shows how quickly the league is elevating first-year contributors into heavy minutes. NHL.com’s Trophy Tracker has highlighted Matthew Schaefer as a Calder front-runner, which fits the broader trend of teams trusting rookies with serious responsibility. More responsibility usually means more reliable volume props, even before the player becomes a household name.

Defensemen and Goalies Get More Prop Attention

In 2025–26, defense props are getting more respect because the workload is more manageable to track than streaky scoring. Mattias Samuelsson’s rare mix of goals and hits shows how volume in non-scoring stats can push a defender into the spotlight. When that profile expands, markets around shots, blocks, hits, and points usually move with it.

Goalie props are also priced more on the team shot environment than on reputation. Shot-quality data shows significant differences in where chances come from and how often they occur. That is why a young goalie in a tight structure can look steadier than a bigger name behind a leaky one.

Tracking Stats Are Shaping How “Repeatable” a Player Looks

The NHL’s EDGE tracking coverage continues to push new reference points into the mainstream, from shot speed to skating and on-ice patterns. NHL.com has been publishing the 2025–26 EDGE leaders on an ongoing basis, which reinforces that props are no longer built solely from box scores. When tracking confirms that a player consistently generates certain shot types or pace metrics, books can set firmer numbers sooner.

This is also where veteran-versus-new-face dynamics become sharp. Latest NHL Player Stats and Trends can surface these signals before they show up in season totals. Veterans usually have stable ranges in the underlying data, so pricing starts closer to the mark. New faces can pop in tracking first, which is why their shot and ice time props often move ahead of their points.

The “Breakout Window” Is Shorter Now

The market is not waiting a month to believe in a new name. If a rookie sticks in the top six and keeps the shot rate, props move quickly because the role is no longer a tryout. That compresses the window in which a player is undervalued across volume categories. Veterans are still the steady anchors, but they are no longer the only ones treated as constants. This season is faster, more reactive, and more tied to lineup reality.
