Louis Vuitton Objets Nomades Collection

Louis Vuitton presents an unprecedented exhibition celebrating the Louis Vuitton Objets Nomades collection and its long-standing collaboration with Estúdio Campana. As an official partner of Design Miami/Paris 2024, Louis Vuitton will host this exclusive display at the LV Dream space.

Allies of Louis Vuitton since 2012, Estùdio Campana has created some of the most iconic designer pieces of the Louis Vuitton Objets Nomades collection. Designed by the Campana brothers, the first floor of the exhibition showcases the Bomboca (2017), the Bulbo chair (2019), the Merengue seats (2022), and the free-hanging Maracatu cabinet (2012). Humberto Campana revisits the Cocoon chair (2015) with six one-off pieces. Additionally, the new Kaléidoscope Cabinet will also be unveiled, composed of more than 500 colorful pieces of leather marquetry arranged to form a trompe l’œil.

The exhibition continues with a showcase of a signature Louis Vuitton interior, highlighting its new table art collections. The first room sets the tone with the Signature sofa and chair designed by Frank Chou, followed by Binda armchairs by Raw Edges and Basket coffee tables by Zanellato/Borlotto. Game tables and sports objects join in to fully illustrate the playful spirit of the Louis Vuitton art of living. Trunks, fabrics, cushions, books and vases embellish each space.

MARY J BLIGE – You Ain’t The Only One

9x GRAMMY® award winning, 2x Oscar nominated and 1x Emmy award winning artist, producer, actress, and entrepreneur Mary J. Blige releases a brand new single “You Ain’t The Only One” ahead of her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this weekend in Cleveland – listen HERE. Blige will also drop a music video for the song on Monday, October 21st, at 11AM EST, which will premiere on MTV and BET.

The single, released through Blige’s own Beautiful Life Productions in partnership with 300 Entertainment, was produced by Pat Kelly, Angelo “Doc” Velasquez, Will Campbell, and Aidan Brody. The song was written by Blige, Pat Kelly, Angelo “Doc” Velasquez, and Jezus Rose. “You Ain’t The Only One” will be featured on her forthcoming album, Gratitude.

Gratitude is available for pre-order now and will be released on Friday, November 15th. This past August, Blige released her first single off the album, “Breathing” featuring Fabolous. This is her first album since the critically acclaimed Good Morning Gorgeous, which received six GRAMMY nominations at the 65th GRAMMY Awards, including Album of the Year and Best R&B Album.

Support for Americans in Lebanon

The safety and security of U.S. citizens is the United States’ top priority. The U.S. government is working around the clock to help U.S. citizens in Lebanon and provide as many options as possible for them to stay safe:

The commercial airport in Beirut remains open with many commercial flights departing daily, and we continue to secure seats for U.S. citizens and their immediate family members to depart Lebanon.
To facilitate family reunification, we have resumed full immigrant visa processing at Embassy Beirut for Lebanese family members of U.S. citizens.
Embassy Beirut also continues to offer emergency loans to help U.S. citizens during this difficult time, and to issue emergency U.S. passports.

Since late September, the United States has secured more than 8,600 airplane seats for U.S. citizens, their immediate family members, and lawful permanent residents (LPRs) to depart Lebanon both by reserving seats daily on commercial flights as well as providing seats on U.S.-organized flights from Beirut. Many seats remain available on these flights. The United States will continue to organize augmentation flights as long as there is demand.

The Department continues to communicate with U.S. citizens in Lebanon through virtual town halls, email, WhatsApp messaging, and phone calls regarding the support the United States is providing.

The advisory encourages U.S. citizens not to travel to Lebanon and those who are in Lebanon to depart.
