#BespokeIsRollsRoyce

  • Rolls-Royce unveils Ghost ‘Champagne Rose’ – a pure expression of individuality finished in a single Bespoke colorway
  • Champagne Rose Signature Bespoke hue developed specially and reserved exclusively for the client
  • A one-off commission conceived as the ultimate personal statement to celebrate the client’s artistic success
  • Design inspired by client’s digital persona – @ChampagneRose
  • Bespoke interpretation of a rose motif on the waterfall and rose-inspired embroidery on the picnic tables
  • Bespoke ‘Champagne Rose’ Starlight Headliner took more than 60 hours to create
  • Commission presented to the client at a private Miami event

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars reveals Ghost ‘Champagne Rose,’ a magnificent Bespoke commission highlighting Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective’s mastery of color. Commissioned by the self-made musician from South Florida, this Bespoke creation takes its name and inspiration from the client’s digital persona, @ChampagneRose. The client challenged the Bespoke Collective to capture her personality with a Bespoke signature color, reserved exclusively for her use.

The journey began with the client spending four days viewing, inspecting, and driving the entire Rolls‑Royce model family to select the one that would best suit her eclectic lifestyle. She chose Ghost as a motor car she could both enjoy driving herself and being chauffeured in, offering a pure canvas for celebration of her success.

VISION IN PINK

The Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective’s greatest challenge task was to create the perfect Bespoke color hue to express the client’s persona. The search began with a mood board of nearly one hundred color swatches of varying pink hues, which the client shared with the Bespoke Collective at Goodwood. Following an extensive analysis and examination of her work and preferences, they developed 30 paint samples, from which the final ‘Champagne Rose’ color was selected.

Executed on nearly every surface of this unique commission, the ‘Champagne Rose’ Bespoke color presented the team with an opportunity to accentuate Ghost’s pure, minimalist design. The ‘Champagne Rose’ exterior with a Crystal finish produces an elegant, shimmering effect, highlighted with a single hand-painted coachline featuring a ‘Champagne Rose’ inscription. Matching wheel centers and single pinstripes complete the exterior finish.

A LABOR OF LOVE

The monochromatic interior continues to immerse the passengers in a daring splash of color, with the ‘Champagne Rose’ leather trim providing a contrast to the Piano Black veneers, black piping, and the interlinked RR monogram on the headrests.  Specialists from the Interior Trim Centre at Goodwood spent six months developing a Bespoke ‘Champagne Rose’ leather hue to perfectly match the exterior. Rigorous sun-simulation testing will ensure the color remains consistent over time in the Florida climate. The interior palette is completed with lambswool carpets, also in ‘Champagne Rose.’

Creating a single-tone colorway at the level of perfection expected from the Bespoke Collective is a highly complex undertaking. Because materials absorb and reflect light in their own way, the human eye will perceive slight variations if the same color is applied to different surfaces. To ensure the consistency of the color experience within the car, the Bespoke Collective, therefore, had to develop numerous formulations of the ‘Champagne Rose’ hue, each subtly adjusted

ROSE MOTIF

To celebrate the personality of the client, the rear seat waterfall is adorned with a delicate rose motif. To ensure the design was exactly in accordance with the client’s wishes, the Interior Surface Centre experts spent several days experimenting with prototypes. The final design is created by combining multiple coats of paint and lacquer in a process that took over 14 hours to complete. The rose motif continues in the embroidery on the back of the picnic tables, each created with 5,500 individual stitches and representing over 30 hours of collective work.

The rose motif also appears on the Bespoke Starlight Headliner. Created by particular positioning of 482 from the 1,132 fiber-optic ‘stars’, this beautiful expression of the client’s persona took over 60 hours to design. Unique Bespoke backlit treadplates in the Champagne Rose color complete this exceptional commission.

ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES

Launched in the fall of 2020, Ghost provides Rolls-Royce patrons around the world with the ultimate blank canvas for expression of their individuality through Bespoke personalization. Its infinite potential is as boundless as an owner’s limitless imagination and, over past years, Rolls-Royce has encapsulated clients’ visions in the most extraordinary Ghost commissions, representing the full bandwidth of Bespoke craftsmanship. Clients’ imaginations and the unparalleled skills of the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective continue to push boundaries of creativity for Ghost.

Bremont luxury timepieces via 360 Magazine.

BREMONT MB VIPER

To test Bremont’s manufactured movement series, the ENG300, the luxury British watchmaker, created a concept test instrument to put it through the most extreme testing environment, equaling that of fighter ejection seat technology. Enlisting the support of renowned British aviation company Martin-Baker it would have to be designed, developed, and built to endure anything a pilot might and more. The test instrument that was developed captured the imagination of both Bremont and Martin-Baker who have subsequently decided to launch it in its own right, and so was born the Limited-Edition MB Viper, a lightweight model crafted from titanium and anodized aluminum.

Pushing boundaries to understand the true performance potential of Bremont’s ENG300 movement, the ultimate challenge had to involve putting it through the rigorous schedule of environment testing conditions. that Martin-Baker deploys across its suite of fighter ejection seats. This included Live Ejection Testing, Zoom Temperature Climb Testing, Extreme Temperature Endurance, High Altitude Testing and Salt Fog Testing. To this end, Bremont initially developed a functional and minimal casing housing a shock isolating mount that could be fixed to the cockpit ‘dashboard’ of a Martin-Baker live ejection ‘simulator’. The test instrument was then developed further with the addition of forged carbon fiber lugs so that it could be affixed to an ejection manikin. Most importantly, the movement, protected by Bremont’s patented Anti-Shock movement mount, passed with flying colors and maintained impeccable time.

Developing the concept model into a limited edition piece is an exciting proposition that will undoubtedly appeal to collector’s interested in something unique with real testing credibility behind it. The MB Viper is notably the first model in Bremont’s iconic Martin-Baker range to house an ENG300 movement which is visible through its flat exhibition case back. The 43.5mm matte DLC Grade 5 titanium case employs a protective carbon coating and features an anodized 6082 aluminum case middle. Limited to only 300 pieces, the MB Viper not only showcases a different design direction for Bremont but is a true embodiment and representation of what the brand has achieved in its design, engineering, and manufacture.

The self-winding ENG352 caliber boasts a 65-hour power reserve with silicon escape wheel, free sprung hairspring with inertia weight timed balance and KIF shock protection. The movement features rhodium plated bridges with a gold-plated automatic bridge and is encased by Bremont’s trusted rubberized Anti- Shock mount that was developed back in 2009 when the brand first started working with Martin-Baker.

The vibrant orange anodized aluminum case middle is secured with 4 corner Torx® screws and encircles the highly legible white dial with a seconds track. Hours are marked on the dial ring with green emission Super-LumiNova® along with the tips of the chevron-decorated hands whose pattern nods to the signature ejection pull handles seen on fighter ejection seats. This particular feature was actually inspired by some of the very early unreleased MB prototype designs and unlike all other MB models, the MB Viper features a different seconds hand, mimicking that which was used on the test instrument. The tactile matte black lugs, which taper towards the screw down crown, have pockets machined into the rear of them to further reduce weight. Completing the look, the MB Viper comes with two canvas straps, one orange and one black.

Bremont Co-Founder Nick English comments: “When Martin-Baker first approached us in Bremont’s very early days, it wasn’t a branding exercise, it was with a vision of creating the definitive aviation watch. The testing that they could offer was something previously untried or tested in this industry, it was entirely unparalleled. It’s truly remarkable what these mechanical timepieces can actually withstand. For me it really is the ultimate pilot’s watch and it’s exciting to still be testing the boundaries of the possible with such an innovative and technically excellent British business at the center of aeronautical and military engineering.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve created together, and interestingly, much of the Bremont MB Viper testing was carried out in conjunction with the Martin-Baker Mk18 seat in the Korean KFX Fighter ejection test program. The Mk18 seat can also be found in other fighter aircraft like the F-16 ‘Viper’. This new limited edition is pioneering for Bremont with its use of the ENG352 movement, and it’s a timepiece we are incredibly proud of. It really is tested beyond endurance.”

Dating back to 2009, Bremont’s partnership with Martin-Baker truly gave birth to a new generation of pilot’s watch, the Bremont MB. The MB Collection remains to this day the only mechanical timepieces to have undergone and withstood the rigors of live ejection seat launches. Martin-Baker, the British aviation company responsible for supplying over 70% of the western world’s Air Forces with fighter ejection seat technology, is at the very pinnacle of British engineering and innovation; the now iconic Bremont MB range has redefined the aviation watch world. Never has a mechanical watch gone through such extensive testing.

Andrew Martin, Business Development Director and grandson of Sir James Martin, Co-Founder of Martin-Baker, comments: “This is a relationship which has continued to flourish for more than 15 years. It’s a relationship built on a shared passion for engineering excellence and British innovation. I simply cannot think of another timepiece that has been subjected to this such a draconian testing schedule and pass with flying colors. It is truly exciting what can now be achieved in this country in horology. We all have a lot to be proud of.”

Iranian singer-songwriter SHAB Releases new single INDESTRUCTIBLE via 360 MAGAZINE.

SHAB IS INDESTRUCTIBLE

The emerging mega-star SHAB is one of the most transformational recording artists of our generation. This Iranian singer-songwriter and mother of two is a martyr for change in the Middle East.

Cleverly coined as a ‘prissy tomboy’ by 360, she speaks a great deal about empowering women. In a frank conversation with Vaughn Lowery, she explicitly states the importance of providing cohorts of women with enough ammunition and tools to adequately protect their counterparts.

As a citizen of the world, she has been influenced by both German and American cultures; however, her adolescent exposure to Europe has made her the person she is today. Now that it is in its forties, it is in an ideal position to easily maneuver within the industry. Her sentimental body of work is transparent and relevant in today’s new world order. With a handful of notable projects like Dolce Vita, Spell on Me, and Industrictible, SHAB is soon one of the industry’s most sought-after artists in 2023.

More About SHAB

Global pop star SHAB, who just released a new love-charged anthem, ‘INDESTRUCTIBLE,’ and is gearing up for an upcoming UK tour alongside Boyzlife (Westilife’s Brian McFadden and Boyzone’s Keith Duffy) in May.

SHAB is an outspoken Iranian refugee living in America who also happens to be an international Pop Star. In a recent Instagram post to her millions of fans about Iran, SHAB spoke out for the first time about how the Iranian Morality Police would harass her beautiful sisters: as no one was empowered to stop them. She remembers her brothers being kidnapped and held for ransom: simply because her family opposed the revolutionary regime. She remembers how pro-Khomeni forces persecuted her father and burned down his workplace: with her Dad dying of a heart attack in his early 50s from the stress that was brought to their doorstep. And she remembers his death leaving her mother with 13 kids to raise, without any help and during a horrifying revolution and social upheaval.

A star across three continents, SHAB first gained attention in the Western Hemisphere during late 2020 as a “breakout star of the global pandemic,” SHAB has registered three consecutive Number Two hits on the British commercial pop charts with her first three English language singles released during the 2020-21 COVID lockdown. Her February 2021 debut album, INFINITE LOVE, has been met with immediate critical acclaim, with her unique electronic dance sound typified as “an energizing Global Pop that is both effortless and memorable.”

In addition to setting the world on fire with her music, SHAB is also a proud mother of two. She first came to America by herself at age 14 as a refugee and learned English while working three jobs. After graduating college, SHAB attended law school but soon left to pursue writing and performing music full-time…and she has never looked back. She has a passion for meditation, mindfulness and yoga—truly a living example of beauty from the inside out.

Last Autumn, SHAB showcased her scene-stealing vocals supporting Anastacia on her European ‘I’m Outta Lockdown’ tour. Ready to get back out there, SHAB is expected to deliver a remarkably dazzling performance supporting super duo Boyzlife, both members of record-breaking and multi-platinum-selling boybands Westlife and Boyzone. SHAB’s leg of shows will kick-off on May 13th in Plymouth and more dates across the country.

With Millions of YouTube views and fans worldwide, ‘INDESTRUCTIBLE’ is steered by Grammy-winning producer Damon Sharpe, who is known for producing Ariana Grande and Jennifer Lopez. This dazzling track showcases SHAB’s passionate music-making as she landed her sensual and richly textured hit single SEXUAL, which opened February 2023 at #2 on the British commercial pop charts as well as #47 on the U.K. Upfront Chart. Last year’s release ‘Serenity’ saw Shab on a winning streak, reaching #4 on the Commercial Pop Top 50 Chart.

SHAB is known for her ear-worm combination of urban tilting songs, pop ballads, and dance-inducing knockouts. She combines an eclectic mix of sonic effects and catchy dance-pop hooks to make energizing music effortless and memorable. SHAB delivers a kaleidoscope of sound that goes hand-in-hand with her introspective and powerful lyrics partnered with her distinct yet unpredictable vocals, ultimately achieving a cultural ubiquity that few artists could hope to reach.

Cybersecurity – Password Managers

Cybersecurity experts  VPNOverview.com have revealed exactly how password managers can help and how to find ones that are trustworthy to use.

How Password Storage Helps Your Online Security

Emails, Google, web shops, social media – you name it. The likeliness is that you have countless accounts on several different websites and platforms. For almost every account you create, you have to think of a password that will allow you to access any secured data without being hacked easily. This means that you will have countless of passwords to remember – unless you use a password manager.

Password managers – for example, Blur or 1Password – allow you to store all of your passwords safely in their ‘password vaults’. From the moment you have installed one, you are only required to remember your master password, which will give you access to every single password you have saved within.

That means you do not have to write passwords down on a piece of paper that could be stolen or keep a word document with sensitive information that could fall into the wrong hands. Your password manager ultimately has you covered with one simple app.

The Advantages of Using a Password Manager

Password managers help you to remember all of the passwords you use online, but there are some additional advantages to using them. In fact, password managing apps help you to make your system far safer and more efficient. Here’s why:

·      Password managers encrypt your passwords so no one but you has access to them.

·      They save you time as you can log into your accounts automatically or with just one click.

·      They create unique and strong passwords for all of you accounts, so none of them are easy to guess.

·      They work on different devices, meaning you can log into your accounts on both your computer and smartphone with minimal effort.

Are All Password Managers Safe?

Anyone who spends a lot of time online should install a password manager, so it can keep track of all your passwords and sensitive information.

However, not all password managers are 100% safe. As you will be giving the password manager access to all your passwords, it is important to choose one you can trust. Some self-proclaimed ‘password managers’ misuse that trust to gather your personal information and use it against you. Similarly, other password managers are simply not secure enough and could be compromised – even though they may have better intentions. Ultimately, if they are incapable of keeping your information safe, you should not risk using them.

Luckily, VPNOverview.com have tested several password managers on their security and ease of use. Not sure which manager to choose? Checkout their top picks via the links below.

R.I.P to an incredible man! Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Jerris Madison, particularly his mom in Detroit.

Years ago, we (at 360 MAGAZINE) met JM at Men’s Fashion Week L.A. as an official media sponsor. During his presentation, our entire team was instantly fascinated by his artistic vibrations and still a fan of his fierce photographs.

Right off the bat, we offered a mini makeover. At the time, Brian Perry, our hair editor, would use shears for light grooming, a trimmer to clean up your beard/mustache, and/or hair chalk to add color. To remove the edge, we offered tequila shots alongside artisanal cocktails as you browsed the printed copies and met the publisher. Finally, we offered free tattoos of the former icon of Inked Mag and the famous tattooer Baba. It was first come, first service for a gratis quarter-sized single color figure. Yes, these were permanent drawings. And after many drinks, Jerris got his cherry popped and lost his tattooed virginity.

As Detroiters compatriots, we started to support each other. His design sense was prevalent in all of his captors. OBVIOUS MAGAZINE was among the first publications on cultural diversity to celebrate marginalized models. For us, he was and always will be a pioneer.

We literally just discovered the news of his death (from a prominent editor), and we are at a loss for words.

Growing up in a city full of dreams and disappointments, there was an unwavering connection.

On behalf of 360, we would like to dedicate our forthcoming issue to you, listing you as our Honorary Editor-in-Chief in the masthead. Rest in paradise.

Jerris Madison is a Los Angeles-based noted Fashion Photographer who is also the Publisher and Editor-In-Chief at OBVIOUS Magazine. OBVIOUS Magazine is one of the most influential magazines with a global reach of 4 million each month via social media and obviousmag.com.

Among his clients are Kevin Hart, Essence Magazine and Eva Marcille. His most recent work was featured on the Dianne Reeves 2015 Grammy win for Best Jazz Vocals Album.

Attending The Creative Circus, he graduated in 2002 with an imagery degree, focusing on the photography/art direction. His early studying would propel him into a career full of photography for mainstream media, editorial and celebrity clients.

A Detroit native, the media mogul finds his stability through family and friends. Noted for always “living his best life,” this perspective was put to the test in November of 2014 when Jerris lost his right leg to Chondrosarcoma Bone Cancer.

Not one to be slowed down, Jerris views himself as a survivor and continues to play varying roles such as Image Consultant, Social Media Expert, Film/TV Wardrobe Stylist, Motivational Speaker, as well as Photographer. He discusses his story of survival more in-depth with Johnny Gyorke on The Power of Your Voice podcast.

He hopes that his story and experience will lead him to become an author, global philanthropist, potential talk show host, and even docuseries that focuses on his life and the stories of other amputees around the world.

Editor. Fashion Chief. Photographer. Survivor! Jerris Madison, you deserve this ovation!
