HÏ IBIZA – WORLD’S NO. 1 CLUB

Hï Ibiza has been voted The World’s No. 1 Club in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs 2022 poll, reaching the top spot for the first time. The annual poll was decided by more than 600k votes from DJ Mag readers all around the world.

Speaking about the win, Yann Pissenem, CEO and founder of The Night League, the company that presides over Hï Ibiza said:

Fresh off the back of epic sets at the unforgettable Hï Ibiza opening party, The Martinez Brothers and Paco Osuna now announce the full list of international talents who will join them for their forward-thinking, season-long residencies at the club. Reading like a who’s who of global house and techno talent, these names make for the island’s most unmissable Tuesday parties from 14th June to 27th September.

American house duo The Martinez Brothers proved why they are the hottest names in house at the Hï Ibiza opening party, as they wowed the adoring crowd with their energy, DJ dexterity and superb selections. They are now set to do that every Tuesday in the Hï Ibiza Theatre, joined by a carefully curated mix of guests. These include South Africa’s kingpin and fellow Hï Ibiza resident Black Coffee, US house pioneer Dennis Ferrer – who was The Martinez Brothers’ mentor in the early days – Chicago-born rule-breaker Honey Dijon and globally-renowned selector Seth Troxler.

A long list of big hitters shows just how far these brothers have come at their first-ever Ibiza residency with, Detroit techno royalty Carl Craig, Swiss-Chilean minimal man Luciano, Desolat label head Loco Dice, musical maestro and house titan Louie Vega, French house trio Apollonia, techno ambassador Marco Carola and the one and only New Jersey deep house don Kerri Chandler all playing. The larger-than-life talent that is Gordo also steps up, along with cutting-edge UK talents Enzo Siragusa, Jackmaster, and stylish underground innovators Chris Stussy and Jaden Thompson.

On top of these long time and proven innovators comes a scintillating list of red underground hot talents in the form of AJ Christou, Ash Lauryn, Blackchild, Blas Cordero, Caleb Calloway, Chklte, DJ Holographic, DJ Minx, Fleur Shore, Guti, Jesse Calosso b2b Jean Pierre, La La, Manda Moor, Mason Collective, Michael Bibi, Natasha Diggs, Timmy Regisford, Salomé Le Chat and Sirus Hood.

Over in the Hï Ibiza Club room, Tuesday nights welcome long time techno stalwart Paco Osuna, who begins his new residency having played a sensational sunrise set at the club’s opening party, making for some spine-tingling dancefloor moments. He will be joined in each week by the likes of Beatport chart-topper Dennis Cruz, big room techno oracle Nicole Moudaber, legendary Frenchman Technasia, Dutch-born, Ibiza based favourite Chelina Manuhutu, UK tech talents Ben Stirling, Iglesias and Latmun, Italy’s sturdy groove-maker Blackchild, and new school favourite Cuartero. Watch out for some secret special guests too, as well as regular appearances from Manu Gonzalez, Fer BR, Melanie Ribbe, plus Mahony, Anna Tur and Tomi & Kesh.

These cutting-edge line-ups offer a seriously heady soundtrack that looks firmly to the future. Award-winning nightclubs Ushuaïa Ibiza and Hï Ibiza are celebrating the return of clubbing and nightlife to Ibiza, following record-breaking attendance of their official opening party Better Together. The 24-hour musical marathon, which took place across both clubs from Saturday 30th April to Sunday 1st May, sold out in record time and welcomed back a world-class lineup of global musical talent and thousands of clubbers to the dancefloors of Ushuaïa & Hï Ibiza.

Yann Pissenem, CEO & founder of The Night League, the team behind venues including Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza, said:

“We’ve waited a long time to welcome our worldwide music family back to the dancefloors of both Ushuaïa & Hï Ibiza, so it was an amazing feeling to open the doors for Summer 2022. With both clubs at full capacity, the atmosphere was incredible! The earliest-ever season Opening Party for both clubs saw performances by many of the biggest names in electronic music, including Adam Beyer, Black Coffee, Charlotte de Witte, Kölsch, Layla Benitez, Paco Osuna, Paul Kalkbrenner and The Martinez Brothers. Alongside incredible DJ sets and live performances, music fans witnessed the spectacle of custom-built production that has made the multi-award winning Ushuaïa Ibiza and Hï Ibiza world-famous.

Moving forward in the season, Ushuaïa Ibiza’s iconic poolside stage is set to host the biggest artists of the moment with residencies including ANTS; multi-platinum selling artist, producer, DJ and songwriter Calvin Harris; Ivor Novello-nominated electronic duo CAMELPHAT; David Guetta‘s legendary F*** ME I’M FAMOUS!; Dutch DJ/Producer hero Martin Garrix and Tomorrowland presents Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.
