PIRELLI × PORSCHE PARADE

PIRELLI SUPPORTS THE PORSCHE CLUB OF AMERICA IN CELEBRATION OF ITS 64TH ANNUAL PORSCHE PARADE

Pirelli will be once again supporting the Porsche Club of America annual parade, now in its 64th year, by sponsoring the Welcome Party to kick-off the week’s events. This year, the legendary Porsche Parade will take place in Boca Raton, Florida from July 21-27.

As a powerful and prestigious tire brand that has become an icon of excellence, Pirelli has continued developing as well as producing tailor made tires for Porsche since 1982 including the P Zero, Scorpion and Pirelli’s Collezione tires – which will be on display at the Pirelli stand during the parade for Porsche Club members to learn about and immerse themselves in the many Pirelli products available in America.

“It is a pleasure for Pirelli to participate in the historic Porsche Parade and continue to strengthen the partnership it has built with the Porsche Club of America, the largest single-brand club in the world,” stated Marco Crola, CEO of Pirelli Tire North America. “Pirelli is the absolute world leader in the prestige segment, claiming 50% of the market. For us, prestige means bespoke tires that contain state-of-the-art technology on the inside but are also closely focused on the individual needs of the customers who will eventually drive them. Including, of course, Porsche owners. The two brands are aligned on many levels and we hope to work together for many years to come.”

The Porsche Parade is Porsche Club of America’s signature annual event and is exclusive to club members only – over 1,500 from all over North America. In addition to the parade, attendees can experience competitive events, tours, an art show, and other social gathering opportunities.

“Pirelli continues to be a longstanding fixture at the Porsche Parade, our most coveted event,” stated Vu Nguyen, Executive Director at Porsche Club of America. “Always with an exciting surprise in store, Pirelli will greet eager attendees at the Welcome Party to officially kick-off the weeklong event.”

This year, the Porsche Parade will be held at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Florida. For more information on the Porsche Parade visit Pirelli or the official Porsche Parade website.
