HUMMINGBIRD FASHION AWARD ANNOUNCES NOMINEES

Spread the love

FOR THE GLOBAL FASHION AWARD 2025 TO BENEFIT THE ELTON JOHN AIDS FOUNDATION

We are delighted to announce the nominees for the Hummingbird Fashion Award 2025 (HFA), taking place on Tuesday 9 December, in Frankfurt, Germany.
HFA is organized by LA Vision Entertainment and serves as the fundraiser for the Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF), a nonprofit that is committed to overcoming HIV and LGBTQ+ stigma, discrimination, and neglect that prevents us from ending AIDS for everyone, everywhere.

The Awards celebrate fashion’s role at the intersection of culture, creativity, and positive change, spotlighting the talent and stories that defined the past year.

A Jury of 3,000 industry professionals — editors, buyers, stylists, photographers, educators, and executives, distributed equally across all six inhabited continents to ensure a truly global perspective on contemporary fashion made the selections in their first global voting. Their votes were cast anonymously via a secure platform to ensure transparency and geographic parity.

“Our jurors—from Accra to Auckland, São Paulo to Shanghai—reflect fashion’s truly global dialogue,” said Maike Lanz, Head of Planning Team of the Hummingbird Fashion Award. “Their selections honour creative excellence on a global scale”
