Angel, the dynamic UK R&B singer, has announced the date of his highly anticipated forthcoming album WOMAN. Set for release on June 8th and available for pre-order on April 27th, the new album which is a celebration of the women in Angelߣs life from over the years, features 14 addictive R&B tracks and explosive collaborations with the likes of Giggs, Eric Bellinger, Haile from WSTRN and Swizz Beatz.
The lead track taken from WOMAN is Nothing Wrong which alongside 6 other brand new tracks is released today as Part 1 of the forthcoming album and was written by Kassa Alexander (aka artist and producer PRGRSHN) and Angel, produced by Angel and follows a stand-out support slot for US R&B singer August Alsina and string of sold-out headline live dates, including two dates at Londonߣs Bush Hall. The new music also follows the launch of Angel’s More of HER playlist which featured tracks such as Hi Grade ft Protoje, Road Closed, Crud and No Days Off and his HER EP which featured rapidly rising UK rapper Steff London on the track Hop On and Atlanta, Georgia’s Rich Homie Quan on the Harmony Samuels produced Fvxk With You which made a huge splash across both sides of the Atlantic.
Signed in the US by Motown records VP, Ezekiel Lewis (also responsible for forming the group The Clutch who have gone on to write and produce hits for Beyonce, Justin Bieber, Neyo and more), alongside Island Records, Angel continues to reinforce his position as one of the UK’s hottest R&B talents.
