For those looking to tie the knot in a not-so-standard fashion, The Standard, London’s recently launched wedding offering has you covered. Now licensed to host legal wedding ceremonies, The Standard, London is joyfully situated in the heart of King’s Cross and the ideal location for a city wedding. From the ground floor terraces to the sweeping views up on floor ten, The Standard, London has a venue for every size, mood, and aesthetic.

Set in the former Camden Town Hall Annex, The Standard, London’s brimming with mid-century character and striking design details. There’s space for intimate ceremonies for 20 guests, as well as party places for up to 150. They aren’t short of space for guests to stay the night either – the 266 bedrooms range from Cosy Cores – perfect for those who like to party til dawn, to the Suite Spot – a bright and spacious spot for getting ready ahead of the big day with views across the city or the historic St Pancras.

In-house event planners are on-hand to ensure that the lead-up to the special occasion is as smooth as the day itself, with plenty of recommended suppliers to help make sure every detail is spot on. Plus, their chefs have carefully curated the perfect wedding menu – from canapes and light bites to a sit-down dinner and late-night snacks to keep guests going until the early hours.

Decimo
Situated on the 10th floor of The Standard, London, Decimo is uniquely positioned with floor-to-ceiling windows and dramatic views across the London skyline and is accessible by the iconic exterior red-pill lift. Decimo has a capacity of up to 90 for a ceremony, 140 for dinner, and 300 for a party.

Sweeties
A cocktail bar and late-night lounge like nothing you’ve seen before – Sweeties is located directly across from Decimo and is interior design catnip. Velvet curtains, plush orange couches, Instagrammable-carpets, and a marble-topped bar. The space boasts vintage-inspired stacked speakers and a central DJ booth so you and your guests can party into the early hours. Sweeties has a capacity of up to 150 for a reception or party.

Double Standard

Double Standard, The Standard, London’s street-level bar, serves draft beers and classic cocktails. This Shawn Hausman-designed space has the UK’s second-longest bar, cosy booth seating, long-form tables, and plenty of space to mix and mingle, including in the outdoor garden, as well as a premium sound system and DJ booth ready to go. Double Standard has a capacity of up to 150 for a reception or party.

Isla Terrace
The Isla terrace is The Standard, London’s weather-proofed outdoor space with ample seating. Filled with romantic fairy lights in the evening and complete with a retractable awning, heating, and cosy blankets. Ideal for cocktail receptions or wedding breakfasts. Isla has a capacity of up to 30 for a ceremony and dinner, or 50 for a drinks reception.

Townhouse 8

Townhouse 8 is a destination designed for play. Taking inspiration from a 1980s New York Townhouse, it features a living space with midcentury cool sofas, a vinyl library, and listening area, a dining space, a working kitchen, and a sweeping wrap-around terrace with views of the London skyline. Townhouse 8 has capacity for up to 20 for the ceremony and dinner, and 80 for the party.
