COINBASE CELEBRATES PARTNERSHIP WITH ASTON MARTIN ARAMCO FORMULA ONE™ TEAM AND DEBUTS A GIANT F1 INSPIRED HELMET IN LONDON AHEAD OF BRITISH GRAND PRIX WEEKEND
Coinbase is celebrating its partnership with Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team by taking to the streets of London with a larger-than-life installation – a giant Coinbase race helmet that will tour London by crane lorry before arriving at Covent Garden on July 3rd for the public to interact with ahead of the British Grand Prix weekend.
The activation marks Coinbase’s continued support for the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™team.. The larger-than-life helmet, nearly 10-feet tall, and painted Coinbase electric blue, will be driven through iconic parts of the city, before arriving at Covent Garden .
The activation is part of a multi-day experience curated by Coinbase to bring fans closer to the world of Formula 1 ® while celebrating the power of community, technology, and the future of finance.
As part of the experience, the helmet will be on public display in Covent Garden on 3 July from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Fans will have the opportunity to see the installation up close and explore an exclusive Coinbase x Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team merchandise collection featuring limited-edition long sleeve shirts, racing caps, jumpsuits, embroidered patches, enamel pins, and collectible sticker packs. Coinbase’s campaign will also include an OOH takeover of the BFI IMAX at Waterloo Station, Europe’s largest OOH canvas, capping Coinbase’ creative takeover of London.

The activation follows Coinbase’s successful VASP registration in February 2025.
