A$AP Rocky announces Australian and New Zealand dates for his Don’t Be Dumb World Tour. Promoted by Live Nation, the tour marks Rocky’s return to the region in eight years, giving fans the chance to experience his fourth studio album, DON’T BE DUMB, live. — listen HERE.
The Don’t Be Dumb World Tour Australia and New Zealand leg commences on Saturday 5 December at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena, with stops in Sydney, Auckland and Brisbane, before concluding at Perth’s RAC Arena on Thursday 17 December.
The announcement follows the conclusion of the tour’s sold-out, 25-date European and UK leg, an arena run that brought Rocky to 19 countries and saw him perform tracks from DON’T BE DUMB alongside fan-favourite hits from across his catalog. The run delivered a series of landmark achievements across Central and Eastern Europe, making Rocky the first rap artist to play eight arena shows in the region. It also included the fastest-selling rap show ever in Greece, the biggest arena sales for a rap artist in Zagreb, Belgrade and Sofia, and the highest-grossing rap tour across the region. See photos from the EU/UK leg HERE and video HERE.
During his Paris stop, Rocky announced his SS27 fashion show, Anti War Global Economics, just hours before the presentation took over Accor Arena. The same-day spectacle drew an unprecedented 6,000 attendees, setting a new record for the most-attended fashion show ever. Rocky then took the stage immediately afterwards for his sold-out show.
