As part of MyNorth’s never-ending quest to understand their audience’s travel plans, they are excited to give you access to additional results from a second survey. From May 15th through June 3rd, over 1,900 respondents answered 5 questions on how they will plan their 2020 travel both locally and regionally.

both business owners and those traveling to consider health and safety
standards more closely when making decisions. MyNorth asked their
audience what factors would be more important to them when traveling.

Communicating Your Plan

In making Up North businesses a safe place for local and regional
travelers, it’s important that they find effective ways to communicate
health and safety plans with those that plan to visit. 90.2% of
Northern Michigan travelers expressed that they are more likely to
visit a business that adheres to a cleanliness regimen and social
distancing guidelines
