At long last…CATCH brings its sought-after weekend brunch to The Strip

Let There Be Brunch! Los Angeles’ hottest brunch scene is set to make waves in Las Vegas as CATCH debuts its daytime feast at ARIA Resort & Casino. Beginning Memorial Day Weekend, the celebrity hotspot brings its heralded brunch experience to The Strip featuring CATCH’s showstopping takes on quintessential brunch favorites in a chic, high-energy atmosphere.

Available Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., highlights from CATCH Brunch include:

Cold

Diners craving a taste of dinner can enjoy the restaurant’s signature selections, even during brunch. Options include the ever-popular Truffle Sashimi with tuna, Hamachi, chili ponzu, caviar and black truffle purée; and the Tartare Trio with salmon, Hamachi, tobiko and wasabi crème fraiche.

Rolled

A meal at CATCH would not be complete without extravagant sushi options, and its brunch is no exception. Favorites include the CATCH Roll with crab, salmon and miso honey; the Hellfire Roll with spicy tuna two ways, pear and balsamic; and the MRC Roll with seared tuna, shrimp, avocado, ponzu and brown butter.

Sweets

Sweet tooth fanatics can enjoy a collaboration of two breakfast staples featured in the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes with brown sugar cinnamon swirl, candied almonds and cream cheese frosting or the visually spectacular The Anytime Waffle Tower created with maple, milk chocolate and raspberry ice cream, chocolate ganache, raspberry jam and toasted almonds.

Eggs

Brunch traditionalists can enjoy the pillars of the meal executed with exceptional quality, such as the Steak and Eggs pairing a 6-ounce New York strip steak charred with two sunny side up eggs; and the Egg White Omelette with egg whites, turkey bacon, artichoke, arugula, caramelized onions and goat cheese.

Grains and Greens

Bowls and salads abound at CATCH for guests looking for a fresh take on the healthier side of brunch such as the Tuna Poke Bowl made with avocado, tomato, sour apple, pineapple, yuzu- chili, brown rice and crispy taro; or the Coconut Kale Chicken Salad with poached organic chicken, heirloom tomato, roasted sweet potato, quinoa, avocado and shallot vinaigrette.

CATCH Classics

Popular dishes that have become signature to the restaurant will be found in this section with offerings such as A5 Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu, prepared tableside on CATCH’s signature hot stone, feature yuzu soy, garlic oil, Malden sea salt and sesame; Mushroom Spaghetti with wild mushroom, snow peas, tomato and parmesan, and Crunchy Rice Cakes with tuna tartare, wasabi and tobiko.

Beyond the renowned cuisine, guests can imbibe in handcrafted cocktails, coffee or freshly pressed juices. CATCH will serve traditional morning libations such as classic bloody marys, mimosas, bellinis and more, in addition to a variety of innovative beverages:

  • One Too Many, made with strawberry-infused Absolut Elyx vodka, coconut, avocado and lime
  • Pineapple Trainwreck, a mix of Finlandia Vodka, fresh-pressed pineapple, tarragon, lemon and Peychaud’s
  • Grapefruit Spritz, featuring brut champagne, gin, aperol, pamplemousse, and Lillet Rose
  • Toasted Almond Coffee, prepared with Califia Farms almond milk, roasted almonds, vanilla and espresso
  • The Eye Opener, a fresh juice with ginger, lemon, orange and cayenne
