The sandwich combines Babe’s distinctive twist on timeless diner classics with Monte’s special vodka sauce, uniting long-time friends Julian Cavin and PJ Monte. Their connection dates back to high school when they threw parties and DJed across New York City and the Hamptons, prior to establishing their own hospitality empires with Greenberg’s Bagels and Monte’s.
