Please join us for an intimate conversation with Francesca Belluomini, author of “The Cheat Sheet of Italian Style: Confidence and Sustainable Chic in Ten Struts”, a literary catapult into a life of rousing style filled with carefully-crafted clothing, summer holidays in the Italian countryside, the aroma of fresh tomato sauce simmering in the kitchen, and fresh lavender escaping from grandma’s armoire.
Through playful and witted prose, anecdotes, tips and interviews, Francesca transports the reader into a world of desirable glamour, and teaches them how to achieve the same understated chicness Italians are recognized for regardless of nationality, age or budget. Her career and personal life choices have led her to live in fashion capitals like Milan, Paris and London, and sealed her unmistakable knack for mixing sartorialgarments, local market finds and vintage. People would always compliment her chic style and would wantto dress like her. They would admire her ability to put things together with a nonchalant elegance. She worked to capture the essence of her process, extracted a concentrate, and created the tools forevery woman to achieve this same flair by adapting their wardrobe to the Italian style.
