While speaking with New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell, Wayne announced his non-profit, One Family Foundation, and Apple Music are donating $200K to New Orleans via World Central Kitchen. Additionally, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey announced his $750K donation to add to Eminem’s $250K donation to support COVID-19 relief efforts in Detroit.
Funeral marks Wayne’s 5th No. 1 album on the U.S. Billboard 200 Chart, joining Tha Carter V (2018), Tha Carter IV (2011), I Am Not a Human Being (2010) and Tha Carter III (2008). Wayne recently released an extended music video for “Piano Trap” and “Not Me.”
