FERRARO’S ANNOUNCES TASTE & LEARN EVENT SEPT. 18 FEATURING LE FALEZZE WINERY
Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar invites guests to experience the next Taste & Learn on Saturday, Sept. 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. featuring the wines of Valpolicella, Italy’s Le Falezze. Taste & Learn is Ferraro’s popular, monthly wine-tasting and education event that provides illuminating wine education along with a menu of expertly prepared, authentic Italian small plates crafted by Chef Mimmo Ferraro.
Every Taste & Learn offers a tour through Italy’s most esteemed wineries, and Le Falezze is a family-run company in Valpolicella, Italy with three generations of winemaking tradition. September’s event will allow guests to explore the wines of its centuries-old vineyards, which embody a family history cultivating the Earth with devotion.
We are always excited to teach our guests about Italian wines and look forward to our monthly Taste & Learn events, said Gino Ferraro, owner of Ferraro’s. With Chef Mimmo’s thoughtful pairings, it’s not only an incredible wine education experience, but also a wonderful culinary one.
