TREVOR DANIEL – Nicotine

Alamo Records/Interscope Records artist Trevor Daniel has announced the release of his major debut album, Nicotine, out later this month. To celebrate the announcement the songwriter/performer released a brand new offering to tide fans over till the project’s release. “Past Life” is a powerful single that teeters on the anthemic scale while keeping in with Trevor’s signature trap-rock vibe. The song was co-written by Grammy winning songwriter and Billie Eillish collaborator, Finneas O’Connell.  A sure fire hit single, the track breaks at the minute mark to bring in the upbeat synth elements, elevating it’s melancholic subject matter to new heights.

Houston, TX native Trevor Daniel has been on a dedicated path towards music industry infamy with the massive success of breakout RIAA Platinum certified single “Falling.” The platform Tik Tok gave the single a second chance since its initial release in 2018 but has now racked up over 36 Million views for it’s official video released last month. In addition to hitting No. 7 and No. 11 peaks on Rap Streaming Songs and Hot Rap Songs, respectively, he snagged his first top 40 appearance on the Hot 100, setting a new peak at No. 25. Trevor’s upcoming major label debut, Nicotine, will seek to mirror this success with all new tracks but more importantly, a sound and voice that is sure to capture an entire generation.
