Founded by Yayo and Ricardo Nava. It is a tribute to their grandfather, “Mauro,” who was the first person they remember enjoying the “aperitivo hour,” before they knew anything about the spirits industry. Bar Mauro is a space where you can find a piece of their hearts, their childhood, and a “meeting point” for friends and new friends; it is a “neighborhood bar” open for all the people who want to feel a family connection.
