The Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles (The Foundation) today announced the promotion of Naomi Strongin to vice president of its Center for Designed Philanthropy (the Center). A 12-year veteran of The Foundation, Strongin had most recently served as the Center’s acting director. In her new
